Top notch communicators and professionals. This is the second time I ve hit a deer, and these guys will make your vehicle look like nothing ever happened. Stephen, Lee, and Brian will demonstrate customer FIRST service during every aspect of your experience. Thanks again guys!

Claim was easily handled through the insurance and Thomas Auto Collision. I enjoyed the text updates, no wondering about progress. They also ran my check engine light and referred me to another local shop that does that type of work. I'd be happy to refer them to anyone who needs work done.

They did a nice job repairing my beetle after being T boned. Can't tell where the damage was and the paint matches perfect. No rattles or squeaks. Took a bit longer than I thought it would have but I don't rely on this car for my main transportation so no biggie there either. I would recommend this shop and their top grade work.

Dropped my mom s Ford Escape off to be repaired - front end damage from a deer. Brian was a gem to deal with, from start to finish. We were able to obtain a loaner vehicle as soon as one became available which was a nice plus. All in all - extremely happy with the work completed. Her ride looks brand new again. Thank you - Stephen definitely has the best crew in town!

What a great experience I had today at Thomas! Brian and Jasmine were so warm & welcoming and what can I say about Lee he s not only a master of his trade, but kind hearted and generous, who took care of my vehicle s unfortunate kiss with an iron post, right then and there I was in & out in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Team Thomas. I will not hesitate to see you again, should the need arise (and of course, when I drop off Dunkin )!

i accidently met a cart corral at Target with my brand new car and was absolutely devistated. I took it to Thomas Auto and they quickly checked it out and said they could take care of it right there! A good little polish and everything is back to normal. Appreciate you guys!!

This is my third superb visit here. The other two were for more major repair. This was minor damage to my mirror and the owner came out and buffed it out to look like new. No charge. I hope to not have to come here often but whenever I need collision repair, this is THE only place I will go.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Love this place! Was in a hit and run on Wednesday, turned my car in Thursday and they had my car back to me the following Tuesday. They offer free rental cars, a huge help! My car looked like I just bought it when I got it back. Thanks for all you guys did and do for people.

Thomas Auto Collision was able to get my vehicle in within a day of the accident and had complete, clean, and quality repairs done within 10 days. I m very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy and will absolutely go back if I ever need body work done on my vehicle.

Just took a Kia in to see if the drivers door panel could be fixed (it came off and I couldn t get it to stay on) They were very busy but he asked the trim guy if he had a minute to take a look well he not only took a look he grabbed some tools and fixed it on the spot didn t even charge me! I went there because my sister had used them and was happy! I highly recommend! I won t go anywhere else EVER. I wish I had gotten names because they were so nice Service: Auto body & trim repair

First time using this business but not the last. Their staff is pleasant and friendly, reception area spotless with clean, comfortable chairs. I left my car overnight and it was ready early the next morning. I always use local businesses and now Thomas Auto has a new customer for life. I stopped in without an appointment because my front door was not shutting properly and I needed a wheel well cover replaced. I believe it was the owner who greeted me and was friendly took time to walk out and look at my car and fixed the door at no charge that day then got my part ordered for the wheel well I was very pleased defiantly recommend and will use him in the future for any repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I was looking for a great, reliable collision shop in the Fenton - Linden area. A deer had run into my car, and it was in need of repairs. I chose Thomas Collision mainly for their great reviews. I met Stephen and he discussed all the details of my car repairs and service to be done. He offered a free rental but I declined due to our family having a second vehicle to use. Stephen was great from the start, through everything and the finished product. My car looks like brand new again. I recommend this facility, and his expert help to repair your car needs. Big thank you to the owners & staff at Thomas. We chose Thomas based on positive Google reviews and also they were the kindest to my daughter as she visited 3 or 4 other shops for estimates. A couple months ago, her Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit by a neighbor while parked in our driveway. Then, about 3 weeks later, she hit a deer driving home from work. Two accidents in less than a month. The staff at Thomas were very professional, understanding and pleasant during the whole stressful process of repair and/or replacement of all parts from both accidents. Definitely recommend Thomas Auto Collision if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto detailing

We have had to get two cars repaired from here and we were very impressed from start to finish. They communicated clearly at how much the repairs would cost and how long it would take. One of the cars was repaired earlier than they had estimated. We were even able to get a loaner car during the duration of the repairs. When we got the cars back, you would never know that the car had previously been damaged. Both cars look great!If I find my self need auto collision again, I will not be going anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing service. They fixed my side panel quickly and stayed in touch the whole time. Went above and beyond to help me with insurance issues and other problems on my car. Lee gave me the best service I ever received at a car repair place. Highly recommend!

Thomas Auto Collision just replaced a fender on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I went to them after receiving a wishy-washy estimate for repair from my local Gerber Collision which left me feeling less than confident. When I showed up at Thomas I immediately got the vibe that this is a real body shop like from the good old days and not a fancy front for a corporate Goliath. I got to deal directly with the owner, Stephen, who was informative and polite. He gave me a few different options budget-wise and he delivered as promised. The repair is indistinguishable from new. Stephen did a fantastic job repairing my truck after a deer collision. The panels and pieces are precisely aligned, the paint is a perfect match and you can t tell it was ever touched. Every dealership in the area also recommended him when I called for body shop repairs. Thanks, Stephen!!!
