The body shop did a beautiful job on my 2010 Sierra. I was very happy with the outcome.. and they went above and beyond my expectations when they completely detailed the interior and washed/waxed the exterior of my truck. Bang up job guys .... My truck is looking awesome. Couldn't be happier with that.The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is for a lack of communication. I requested a quote for some work i wanted done in addition to the already projected job...i asked for this on a few different occasions, including the initial contact ahead of the project, and never did receive any answer until a couple days before i picked up my vehicle. I also asked for some of the parts (specific parts) to be returned to me at completion of the job. I only received a few parts i really didn't need and none of the ones i specified i wanted. Not a deal breaker but was a bit disappointed.So pretty much i felt a little brushed off honestly.But otherwise these guys were completely professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anybody.

I took my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP in with a broken buttress. I knew how to open it but couldn t get the trunk to open. I took my car to their Buick dealership, so I was sure if anybody could fix it, they could. Sure enough they got her open. The part they needed to fix it wasn t available anymore so they made the part to fix it. I m so thankful. If and when I go to buy another car, you can bet it ll be Randy Wise.

I recently bought a Ram and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant! There is another Ram dealer in Fenton that was charging $30k OVER MSRP during the pandemic and I decided I would never buy from them. Randy Wise never charged a penny over MSRP, and the same truck was literally $30k less at Randy Wise. Because of this, I decided I was going to give my business to them.I had an awesome salesman named Tim and he was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire team from Tim to the finance manager, Shayna, made the process so easy. I traded in my 14 Ram and got a fair price. I would highly recommend Randy Wise for anyone looking to get a new/used vehicle because they don t waste your money, time, or try to sell you nonsense you don t want or need. I was in and out in about 3.5 hours, which is the fastest I ve ever had at a dealership. Thank you everyone at Randy Wise! I found my truck at a different location and they brought it to the Fenton location so I didn t have to drive an hour. Everything about my experience was 5 stars! Thanks again Tim and Shayna! I ll definitely be back the next time I need a new truck!

Oliver, Jon, Katey, Dave, & Tony are the best in the business! I ordered the truck that I wanted. I flew into Detroit. Dave picked me up at the airport, & took me to the dealership. The entire process went smoothly. From the paperwork, to going over all of the options on the truck, and even recommending a great place to have lunch before getting on the road back to Iowa; I had a great experience! I highly recommend Randy Wise Buick-GMC!

I couldn t have had a better experience! Chris, Oliver, Katie and John were all phenomenal. I m big on customer service and they absolutely killed it. They went out of their way to do anything possible to make it easy on myself and my wife to find our new car! In the future when our older car sees its last day we will be back to Randy Wise 100%.

Everything was great. Car had a scratched bumper which they fixed. Given a loaner car while being repaired. Car dropped off less than 24 hours later. Tim the sales person and Jason Dillon the finance guy were great. Jason found a better rate than expected. Would certainly purchase another vehicle from Randy Wise Buick GMC.

Jason, Tim and Dustin were efficient, helpful and kind!I would appreciate a call from your GM Mr. White to discuss the 3%credit card fee which I feel is completely in contradiction to me wanting to be loyal to you and GM and earn points on my GM rewards or extended family credit card! On $1000 repair thank goodness I was able to locate my own part and was only charged the additional fee on the service portion! Not at all customer centric the way the price of parts and service have skyrocketed! Kind regards, Janet

Not happy with Randy Wise at all! Had our 90 thousand dollar pickup truck in for service three times and didn't even have it a year. Now being a diesel pickup truck other then oil change we should have not had any other issues. But we did, they were not accommodating at all. Been buying from them since 1996 but no more. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership.

Thanks for a smooth transaction! Tim Taylor and Shayna Brown provided a great end to end experience and I m very happy with my purchase! Tim offered to pick me up from a location 40 minutes away from the dealership which really helped me save time. The truck could ve been wiped down better to remove some of the water marks but that s my only complaint and obviously a very minor one. Thanks again!!!

Recently bought a used 2021 Acadia from here & the process was super quick and easy. Last time I bought a car at another dealer, I remember spending half the day there on top of dealing with pushy & annoying salesmen. Our salesman Jared Ring got us in & out within 2 hours or less! He was very nice & easy to work with. He answered any questions we had & did what he could to make things go smoothly. Overall we had a great experience & got a great deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer & make sure to ask for Jared Ring!!!

We've been here a few times already. The first time was when my truck was in the shop for repair from hitting a deer. Matt was the main contact person in the service department for the repairs. He went above and beyond to take care of us. He was the most professional person we have dealt with. Matt kept me updated and informed along the entire way. I could not have asked for a better experience in the body shop. We also purchased our new truck at Randy Wise. Charlie was knowledgeable and helpful along the way. He took care of our concerns quickly and professionally. We would go back to him for another vehicle purchase. Again, Matt from the body shop had to do minor repairs to the new truck. He was just as great dealing with him the second time around. I appreciate the care that we received from these two employees. Thank you!

Stopped at Randy Wise to get information on the new 2024 Buick Envista. Kristen, walked me through all the details about the vehicle and stated that the vehicle was just beginning to be produced and that they didn't have any to look at in person yet. She went through all the options of the three models. Once she determined what features I was interested in she looked through the inventory that was scheduled to come in over the 2 to 4 months. She found one that matched what I was looking for and she reserved it for me. Kristen called me as soon as one (not mine) arrived on their lot so I could see it in person and sit in the vehicle. I could not drive this particular one as it was reserved for someone. Kristen kept me updated during the production and shipping period of my car. Kristen was a true pleasure to work with.

Tim Taylor was incredibly helpful and helped make the car search and buying seamless! I can honestly say the process was so much better than previous dealers I have worked with. I was dreading the process but Tim made it easy. I was willing to drive the hour from Saginaw to test drive, set up, and sign everything, however, Tim was gracious enough and set up for the car to be delivered to us so we didn t have to come down again after a few trips this week. That was an unexpected, but appreciated gesture. Thank you for helping us upgrade our family vehicle and get us into a 2020 Acadia!

No problems with the service provided. I liked that my service advisor kept me updated on the progress of the service. I was shocked to learn that the price of a service hour at this dealership has risen to $170/hour. I had asked to have my horn replaced and was quoted $510 in labor. Also there is an up charge to pay with a credit card. Who carries that much cash on them?! If I were rich I probably would have given 5 stars, but this is not a business for your average blue collar person.

I recently brought my GMC in for servicing at this location and would like to advise potential customers to compare prices. After receiving a service quote, I discovered that the cost for a basic repair was significantly higher, 7x ($1,460.00 vs $230.00), compared to my local repair shop, especially for those whose warranty has expired or have issues not included in the extended warranty. It's worth shopping around for better deals.
