Chris is the man! Great shop that ll take care of all your vehicle needs! Honest crew that goes above and beyond. My custom exhaust was beautifully done and it sounds amazing! They truly care to make sure the job is done right! Highly recommend!

Yep! Another very satisfied Fentonite customer-once again. Each time I bring in my vehicles when they open, they always make every effort to get my car in for inspection within a few hours and in most reasonable cases, repaired that same day. And they consistently approach the job from a cost-savings perspective of the customer and communicate clearly on cost of time and money. I've come to trust these guys over the years to do excellent work and their customer service remains solid to get us all back on the road and back to our own work as soon as possible.

5 stars. They have helped me out so many times. Fair affordable prices. Great staff. Always willing to go out of thier way for you. Have gad everything from a new engine, to an alternator. Awesome service! My muffler was rattling around and they got me in quickly, tightened everything up, and sent me in my way. Super friendly staff that won t just try to get money out of you. Will come back here every time I can!

Giving 3 stars because my 1st experience was good.Recently brought in my vehicle and didn t hear from them for days, called once and nobody answered which is fine I m sure they re busy. I emailed a few times and they for some reason couldn t tell me anything over email?? They said my phone wasn t accepting their call by the weeks end when I finally got through (which I ve never had happen before). I got sent around on the phone to 4 different employees, got confirmation my car would cost thousands to fix so I opted to pass since it s old. Asked me to call back to pay another day and when I did, cringe!, they repeated my card number out loud which is never smart.I picked up my car to see a different estimate attached to my payment receipt for a much lower estimate at just a few hundred dollars which is feasible .but why wouldn t they have told me that to begin with???!And what prompted me to write this review was also the fact that they took my seatbelt cover off and just kept it! It s no where to be found in my vehicle. An item that was mine and that I paid for. My seatbelt is scratchy and so I had a sliding cover piece where it would rub on my collar bone area and now after getting my car back, I don t! :[Overall, I wasted an entire week of my time and someone else s whose vehicle I had to borrow plus lost out on an item from my vehicle.I don t know if they are understaffed but they certainly are unorganized! Don t know if I will be back, may try again down the road when perhaps things are hopefully better for the business? Not a place I d recommend at the moment due to this latest experience.Updated to add an employee of some sort called me at 1017pm? But we are up early at 5am so I didn t take the call as I was already sleeping

I came to Muffler and Go firstly after my catalytic converter was stolen. The guys were able to get me on the road the same day before my insurance company even responded to the claim at a discounted price.I next came in for a transmission flush when my transmission acted up. This resolved the issue at an affordable price.Today I came in for a break leak. They built a whole new line for just 300.00 a job that runs over 500.00.This shop truly cares for the everyday hard-working customer with payment plans and options. Had transmission and wheel bearing service on my Lincoln MKT at Mufflers and Go. YES AT A MUFFLER SHOP. Chris Burke and his team were awesome! Chris found multiple options for me and then got the job done in a timely manner. Chris made it clear that they stand behind all of their work and their parts 100%. Fantastic service. Wonderful people to work with. We all want to be able to call someone my mechanic . These are my mechanics! I will be back and will recommend them to anyone. PHENOMENAL WORK for a PHENOMENAL PRICE by Chris and his team at Muffler & Go!! They had my Honda Pilot up and going in no time, needing only a period of 1 day to properly diagnose it and replace a dead battery and my alternator with such big-time quality service!! What a BLESSING this auto garage was this week to our family as we leave for a vacation today! We needed our Pilot -- and Muffler & Go made it happen!!Our family vehicle that needed to be towed to Muffler & Go late Monday night was running to perfection on its own less than 48 hours after being towed!A quality-running family vehicle makes for a great family vacation! UPDATE: The last few times I've had them work on my vehicles, the costs/estimates have been comparable to dealer (or higher). That coupled with their slow turnaround has be drop my rating from 5-star to 2.5-star.If you know what's wrong with your vehicle, I recommend getting estimates from a few places (including dealerships and/or an online-estimator like repairpal) to ensure you are getting realistic pricing. My last quote from them was for $1100, which was ridiculous, so I researched the problem on youtube and found a 20-minute fix for about $20.Also, consider asking them to quote with non-OEM parts if your vehicle is on its last legs.--------------------------------------------------Honest service with fair pricing. Muffler & Go is the only place I will take my truck for service because I have always been pleased with the quality of work and the more than reasonable pricing. I discovered them when I needed an exhaust manifold gasket replaced and their estimate (which they stood behind) was half to a third of the quotes from other shops. Now, I typically take the vehicle in for repair without asking for an upfront quote because I am confident the charges will be reasonable and fair. I wouldn't consider doing that anywhere else.Thank you, Chris.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My A/C went out yesterday. I gave Muffler & Go a call and they told me to bring my car in this morning. Chris and his crew got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service! I scheduled an appointment a week prior, I came in and talked to the guy at the front desk and said I have an appointment today at 2 and he asked if it was a drop off I told him no I had an appointment to get it done today. He told me I'll have it done for you in 20 minutes, so I decided to get a bit to eat next door at the coney. I come back 45 minutes later thinking my vehicle will be done right, I get there and he tells me that it hasn't been worked on yet and said give me 5 minutes and I'll have it done for you. Let me tell you after all the years I've owned a vehicle this is probably the worst job I've ever seen in my life. I'll be posting pictures for anyone to see them. The muffler was sideways the clamps were still on holes in the weld and it was a very unprofessional job. I took it a step further cause I was upset about the job that I paid money for and called up there to speak to a manager, well it turns out the guy at the desk who welded my exhaust was the manager and he was so disrespectful to me and I didn't appreciate it at all, he wouldn't let me talk and after a few minutes he hung up on me. Told me he has been welding for 30 years and telling me I'm all wrong. So with further ado I will be posting pictures and giving them a bad review!

very nice and trustworthy folks here.i was experiencing exhaust issues and they gave me great game plan on how they were gonna tackle the problem. I recommend anyone in the area to have them look at their vehicles! also, they have a really cool fish tank!

I called to see how long it would take to get an appointment to have my muffler replaced, oil changed and tires rotated, thinking it would be 2-3 weeks, like the dealership. He asked if I could have it in the next day. I said "Sure!" I dropped it off at 8 am, had a call at 12:30 pm saying it was complete. He said tires were not rotated because they needed to be replaced badly. I will use them again for my vehicle's service needs.

Highly recommend this shop. I took my SUV somewhere else to be looked at and was told I needed A LOT more repairs than what I actually needed. I called Muffler-n-Go and spoke with Keith was very honest with me as I explained what I had been told by the previous shop. He apologized for other business in his industry for lying/scamming and ensured I understood what was wrong with my SUV and why I didn t need the additional repairs the other shop mentioned. Plus, the turnaround of my service was way above my expectations! This is definitely my go to shop for all car repairs now.Service: Exhaust

Chris was nice and professional. Him and the mechanics got me in immediately and replaced my exhaust within a few hours and oil change, when I couldn't even get other places to look at my truck until 3 days prior!! I've updated this review... The owner took care of their sprinkler system issue and I did notice the situation was resolved. I have gotten good service here over the years and that does matter as not all car repair shops are equal. Five stars isn t even enough to say how awesome this place is. I had my transmission rebuild here late January and Chris really worked with me on a price I could afford seeing as it is a costly repair. He walked me through everything he was doing and even sent me a personal video of a part direly needed replaced.I returned today to get my car checked out since there was a check engine light continuously coming up and taking it out to muffler and go they were able to find the problem and get me back on road. I highly recommend this shop because of their honesty and efficiency.

Muffler & Go provides professional and extremely honest service. I brought my car to Chris under the impression that it needed thousands of dollars in work. Rather than just taking my money, Chris saved me thousands of dollars by being honest about what did and did not need to be fixed. Chris is very honest and reliable! I highly recommend muffler & go!
