Parts department charges over Ford MSRP at the parts counter for in stock parts. I have had this happen 2 times. When questioned on this, staff will reduce the price down to MSRP.

Update: I ended up having to bring it to another Ford dealer. The rear breaks were at 1 mm, and metal on metal on one. This is now costing an additional $300.I have fords premium maintenance plain that includes break pads and liners the dealer had said on the past 4 oil changes my vehicle needs breaks. Every time I say ok, it's under warranty, their tune changes, and I don't need the brakes. I played this game for about a year and now have some other warranty work that needs to be done. I said I wanted the breaks changed as they have repeatedly said I need them serviced, and they have now begun to not preform as well as they used to. They wanted me to put myself on the hook for $400 for work that is under warranty. This is unacceptable. The package of warranty and services I purchased was nearly $9k and this is not how I should be treated.

Quoted for a price, cancelled the order because they misquoted the price claimed it was due to item being from back order, then relisted the part for double.

Customer service is on very low level.I call them, they put me on hold for 20min, they never got back.Email responding, doesn't exist.I paid over $80,00 for overnight shipping. The goods came with a 3-days delay. Since they did not arrive on time, I will have extra expenses. I do not recommend this store.

Terrific service! I needed an invoice record to cover the warranty for two separate parts that were placed in separate orders and I no longer had the order details. I spoke with Ryon both times and in no time at all after providing a very brief description of what I needed he already had pulled up the info for the order and described to me how the process would go with the warranty, then proceeded to send me a copy of the paperwork to show what I would expect to see, and then faxed the invoice to my local dealership where the repair is being handled. He also then called the service department to ensure they had everything required to complete the warranty work. I can t emphasize enough how refreshing it is to experience such a high level of customer service. I ll be using Lasco again because of Ryon s exemplary support.

Love it here! Been to many dealerships in my days working as a tech and delivering vehicles. This facility ranks up there with the best. If your ever in the market to buy or sell, I highly recommend Dylan Carroll. Stop by and see him, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered parts and paid for overnight shipping. Nobody has responded to my request for information. However, FedEx did just inform me that, even though I paid for overnight shipping, Lasco sent the parts via FedEx Ground. If I could speak to a person, I would want a refund. Since nobody will respond to my emails or phone calls, I guess my only outlet is to complain here. Don't be tempted by their price structure, they don't deliver as promised. Reading through these reviews, it would seem that I'm not the only one to experience this.

Heard great things about this place. Ordered a part through website on Wednesday, paid for overnight shipping (missed 10am cutoff for next day, delivery supposed to be Friday). Tracking initially stated Friday end of day delivery. Friday comes and goes and delivery now changed to pending. Was it Lasco or was it fedex? Nobody knows. Called in on Monday to get a refund on shipping as the promised date was not met and a cheaper slower shipping options would have gotten me into this week anyway. The only resolution offered was every excuse under the sun on how it was my fault for missing the cutoff for Thursday delivery, the holidays, etc. Your choice of shipping company is not my fault. If fedex screwed up, do right by your customers and take it up with the shipper. Only option I had was to cancel my order. Going to be supporting my local dealer from now on.

I placed an orders for a Ford OEM part and was unable to use the promo code in the order to save on the shipping costs. It s literally hidden. I immediately sent an email to their contact info explaining the issue. After the order was placed I received an additional promo code for 25% off shipping cost from Lasco. I emailed Lasco within minutes after the order was placed expressing I was unable to use the promo code and would like a credit for the discount. The manager applied the credit! Job well done addressing the issue and resolving this issue. Thank you. I ll be back.

Buyer beware. This may be a real brick and mortar business but their online store is run like some guy shipping out of his basement. I ordered 2 parts (floor mats) for my vehicle. I entered my VIN as requested. I get an email response to my order saying I had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and asking if I want them to swap out with the new part. After a review of the new part I realize that it is the same part I ordered. I reply telling them this and I get a generic response thanking me and saying they swapped it out. I then receive an email saying it shipped with a FedEx tracking number but only one of the parts I ordered were shipped. During this process I left two voice-mails asking for a call back to help try to figure out what's going on, I never received a call back. After about two weeks the shipment tracking number still just showed label printed. I email again asking what the status is and finally get a response saying they would look into it. A few days later half my order shipped and I finally received my product. I still have not received my other part, yet the shipping cost was never reduced. At this point rather than try and get them to refund me the shipping difference and or getting my other part with a bunch of unanswered emails and calls I'll just take the loss. Definitely a frustrating experience.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it.Ryan is an outstanding online parts rep; He always answers the phone with a great attitude and will jump through whatever hoops he needs to in order to get you your stuff when you need it. Just a solid dude, and the reason why I keep coming back instead of going to the other guys. Give the guy a raise.Their prices are always the best as well.I was not provided any compensation for this review, it's just my honest feedback.

Just got off the phone with Ryon who was just AWESOME in helping me round up some parts for my Ford F-150 truck.He was friendly, cheerful and attentive; his patience was amazing and he knew exactly what I was trying to find. He obviously loves what he does and puts his customer first. This pleasant experience was far and above my expectations! Thank you for hiring great employees like Ryon.

Ordered a small part for my truck, the wrong part was sent to me. Contacted customer service and was told I ordered the wrong part. I double checked and verified that the mistake was on their end and requested the correct part be sent. Multiple exchanges with their support telling me in different ways how I was wrong. I started to question my own sanity. Triple checked and confirmed the wrong part was sent. Pleaded with them to just send me the part that I ordered. Finally someone agrees, tells me to keep the wrong part and wait for the correct part. In the end, I got what I needed and I m grateful for the fairly quick shipping and low price, but the customer service is lacking.

Ford dealer wanted $800 for LED tail light for Expedition. Lasko was about $500 plus $80 core charge. After shipping charges of $20 to send to me and $68 to send core back I guess it s still a good deal. Shipping box was Huge! The light was perfect and fit like new. Maybe keep the core for parts rather than return it.

Took my car in for full service oil change The service adviser was pushy had a Coupon For $54.95 Tried to charge me for stuff I did not need at all Long story short The final price was over 1 hundred dollars. I had trouble with them before and thought I would try them one more time. Guess I will not be going back again.....

I had just ordered something from Lasco Ford Parts online and had a couple of questions, I called the number on their website and was connected to Austin in the parts department. Austin took the time with me that I needed to understand the shipping and timing of my order and really filled in the whole story for me. Purchased some parts for my truck from Lasco ebay store, the listings were very specific about the part numbers and I knew the exact parts I needed. Following day, while I was at work Austin at Lasco messaged saying if I didn't provide my VIN they would send the wrong parts, not the parts listed in the item listing. Apparently two hours was too long to wait for a response with my VIN so he sent another message saying they are sending parts and if they aren't the right ones there's a high restocking fee, high return shipping charge, etc. Of course I didn't see either message until 4 hours later when I finished work. Messaged back to Austin why he couldn't wait for my response and received a long-winded response about how people should always have there ebay on and blah blah blah. Order didn't ship for almost a week. Will not order from Lasco again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please, please, please heed my warning. I have a 2009 F350. The truck was sounding more like a vacuum cleaner than a big, strong diesel. I took it to a local shop and they could not figure it out as they do not do much work on diesel engines, and recommended I take it to a Ford dealer. I have heard and witnessed shady practice from Lasco on the sales side, but had never dealt with their shop, and they were close by, so I figured I would give it a try.They cahrged me $120 for a diagnostic - which was fine as if I went with their fixes, it would come off as part of the bill. After several days, I got a call. They told me that there was an exhaust leak somewhere, but in order to find it, they would have to pull the entire engine out. $2,000 was the jump off fee for this plus fixing whatever leak there was. I declined this option to find somewhere else cheaper. They sent me a text to make my payment for the diag fee, in which I replied "start" to as told, but never got this link.I went and got the truck anyways - I had the wrong keys put back in, so whomever has a white F150 with a topper, is probably going to be typing a complaint, as those are the keys I received. I took my truck to another shop. This shop was weeks behind, but received a call from them. They told me EXACTLY what the issue was AND the fix for this...drum roll please...$150 out the door!Lasco charged me as much for the diag fee as the entire fix and was trying to get somewhere north of $2,000 more for the repairs.Please use this as a warning and DO NOT BOTHER.You have been warned.

Came to buy a F150 and the salesman was very kind to me. My credit score was decent enough to get an above average APR. I wanted a certain color for the pick up, and the salesman went beyond his duties to help me search around for one. It would be available in 2 weeks, so I was very happy with the effort. Excellent service.

Oil change price has definitely gone up. They stated they rotated my tires but did not (I have tires marked for my cars log book). The service team was okay but nothing beyond expectations, if anything slightly below.

Lasco has always been such a HUGE help for having and locating parts for CarMax. They are my #1 go-to for hunting down Ford parts. Ryon has been the main person I've dealt with but every time I've called, no matter who answers the phone, they have *always* been friendly and extremely helpful. I'm always pleased doing business with them! Thank you Lasco for all that you do!

Needed OEM Ford parts and my local dealers wanted my first child and some. Found Lasco Auto Parts using a popular internet search. Called them up and Ryon / Austin were a tremendous help. Their low prices gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I will shop here for my OEM Ford parts in the future.
