Avery was amazing to work with! I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima in September and Ive loved it since. The buying process was easy thanks to Avery being patient and honest, he never pushed to talk numbers and was always quick to respond in person and over the phone! Les was awesome too, put my license plate on for me when it was delivered to the office. I loved how nice everyone was and how stress free the whole experience was:)

We had a great experience with Family Auto Sales. There was no high pressure sales, they were professional and friendly, and our sale went smoothly. They really are concerned with finding the best vehicle for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle! They most definitely earned all five stars.

My father and I are so grateful we found Family Auto Sales. Les was awesome to work with. He had great communication skills, prompt & professional, very friendly/family like feeling going into the whole experience. Never once felt the sale being pushed on us that a typical dealership experience unfortunately holds over the buyer, elsewhere. Truly a great feeling leaving the lot & I honestly can say I would come back or reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again!

Beth and Les were just wonderful to deal with. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on my purchase of my New to me 2014 Lincoln MKZ. They never pressured me into anything. Such kind and wonderful people work here! They were very patient with my loan process and were very helpful in the whole process! I didn t know God could be glorified at a car dealership but family auto sales proved me wrong!! Les and Sarah are the bomb diggity. Def buy a car from here! They filled my gas, cleaned my car inside and out so I didn t have to worry about a thing!

Bought a car from Les (owner) that I saw on FB Mkt Place ad. Fast communication. Polite, professional, to the point and no non-sense about what they could and couldn't do. No stereotype "cheesy" sales pressure or antics, which we much appreciated. Gave us a good deal, but had his vehicles priced close to what he would sell for and gave fair explanations during our negotiation. I have another vehicle I will be in search of and will definitely attempt to buy from them again. Thank you Les and staff!

Bethany at Fenton Auto Sales was extremely helpful and understanding with us as we looked at a van for possible purchase. Family Auto was amazing to work with. When my car broke down, I was in desperate need of a new *used vehicle. I searched around at multiple big name dealerships and was shocked at the low quality cars and the standards by which the salesmen sold the cars through.Going to family auto was a HUGE relief. Les was reliable, honest and dependable. He sat down and listened to me to find out what the best car would be for my needs. He worked hard and was patient with me in the hunt in finding the perfect vehicle.If you want to buy a car from someone you can depend on go to Family Auto. They sell their cars through integrity, and only want the best for their customers.

We purchased a vehicle from here just 1 year ago. We spent over 10,000, and bought an additional expensive warranty. As soon as we returned home it went to the shop with an additional very expensive repair. One year out we now find out that it is unsafe to drive, the warranty will not cover and the vehicle can not be traded in due to flood and frame damage. None of which happened while we have owned the vehicle. We are out about $13,000 dollars with nothing left to buy another car of any value. Never again will I trust someone who vowed to be honest and Christian.

This dealership had exactly the used van I was looking for, which I couldnt find at the big dealers in our area. Les was helpful, knowledgeable, straightforward and gave me a fair price while telling me what he had repaired on the vehicle. Best car buying experience I can recall.

Please stay AWAY from herePURE EVIL Les=LESS for sure,He is cunning and he will draw your attention away from what he knows you you are looking for.Ended up being a dangerous car. I told him I needed it for getting to Ann Arbor for cancer treatments . I almost crashed at the first curve on the highway .When I test drove it I asked where the best route was, the route he sent me on was one I couldn't drive over 30 mphVery well planned Les, you must be so proud to fill your pockets while hurting others.You have cost me 6,000$ and still counting . The rear-ended and the CV axle is making noise also.I could have bought a brand new car Les, who knows, maybe I'll come visit you for another picture buddy.Dangerous behavior sir,

Wonderful people!Sara and Les were fantastic in helping me and my wife get a new car. The customer service is unmatched compared to other local dealerships. I came across a minor issue within the week of getting my plates and Les drove out to my house to fix the problem. Overall positive experience getting my car here!
