I normally take my vehicle into a dealership whenever I have an issue.. couple friends recommended Barry's. Glad I chose to give it a shot! Phil made for a great experience. Fast, friendly, fair, and efficient.

Took my car into Barry's to have the trans fluid checked and changed since the trans has been acting up on my car. Had them do an oil change while it was in the shop as well. Front start to finish Phil was professional and up front with everything and I felt assured I was told the truth and not being upsold on anything. They ended up dropping the trans pan and finding the clutches were failing so they did not change the fluid. (They even only charged me for the little bit of fluid the needed to replace) Instead of quoting me on the most expensive service possible, they explained all the different options available and did not push anything at all. In fact their prices are the most reasonable prices I have seen from a mechanic. I have never felt comfortable with other mechanics after leaving my car in their care, so to have a mechanic that is honest and fair is a real breath of fresh air.

Could not say enough good things about Barry s. For this small shop I could never get enough completely honest guys. I had a rough 08 grand Cherokee that was giving me problems only had the car for 8 months and was leaking a lot of coolant. After wasting 1k on random repairs at other places and never getting a full assessment on what s wrong with my car I finally got a recommendation for Barry s and they found my jeep out in less than one hour. Now I get my terrain serviced here when I need it and never have issues.

We've been taking our personal and work vehicles here for a while, and it is always 10/10 service. Great prices, fast service, honest work. The guy "Phil" at the front desk is phenomenal!

I had a wonderful experience with Barry's Automotive. Every member of their team was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & patient. Called in with no clue what might be wrong & they were able to get me in quickly. I added on an oil change at the last second and they were more than willing to make that happen. My car was ready quickly & the price was beyond exceptional. One of the services I needed was not available at their shop- they went above & beyond with that too. Told me exactly what I needed to tell a tire shop & even gave a referral as to whom to see (who were also fantastic). I am so thankful to have been able experience this business & am glad to finally be done with a dealership. These guys are incredible, I will absolutely be back. Barry's Automotive is the best place you will probably find in this area! HONEST, great knowledgeable service from Barry himself to his associate mechanics, the mechanics are the ones you talk to when checking in and servicing your auto, Definitely a credit to their profession. The absolute best place in town to go ! I'm never going another place for any of my work I need done, a big thank you to Phil and the boys for a great job!! Please bring these guys business, it means alot not to have to worry about things like that!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. After a mouth he didn't even know what was wrong because it was sitting out side in the parking lot and not in the shop. He did nothing but lied to me and he said i called him names and i didn't. So I got ripped off for over $300. I never had such a bad experience in my life.

I've been taking my vehicles to Barry for the past 11 years and have always been beyond pleased with both how prompt he can repair my vehicle and also the reasonable rates for the repairs as well. If at all possible, Barry will offer options for a given repair so I always have flexibility on choosing the right repair. He's very trustworthy and hardworking, always making my repair a priority. Quoted motor mount job at $1500. After he got in there, said one didn't need to be replaced. Bill was only $600. Barry is the best. Other place was going to charge $200 extra for broken bolt to be drilled out, not Barry, just part of the job.

Barry is one of the only repair men that didn't treat me like I had no brain. I told him what was going on with my vehicle. He took time to ask me a few questions about things I didn't explain well. Was very happy with his ability to treat me with respect. Got the call to give me my quote. One of the things that he had looked at was going to be expensive and was I still wanting him to do the repair. The places I have had repairs done were trying to take my money not asking if I wanted to still get it fixed.The price I was given was very good. I had planned on paying alot more. Will definitely go back and recommend him to friends.

Our whole family has used Barry s from brakes to oil changes for the last year. We ve never had an issue that we knew of. Today I had to take my Jeep to another oil change due to Barry s being booked until next week. The other oil change facility found that my vehicle was over full more then 1/4 quart of oil which forced oil into my air filter. Also found was that a piece of my air cleaner was broken off. This piece is impossible not to notice when performing an oil change service and will break when opening filter if you do it incorrectly. Since my hood had not been opened since it was at Barry s it would figure this happened while Barry s did service, if not, then Barry s would have notified us that this part was broken. After showing this and explaining to Barry that my hood had not been opened since his facility serviced my vehicle. He offered no remedy then denied that they did this. If they didn t break it then why wouldn t they tell us it needed to be replaced? When I asked Barry this he had no answer.Beware of this service center. Broke my Jeep and over filled the oil.

Neglected to advise he did not do alignments and that I should get one then tried to blame me. Put me in a very dangerous position then declined responsibility. I literally had no control on wet pavement at 80 miles per hour on I75. Barry is honest and professional.He will get the job done when he tells you he will.He is the only person you will talk to about your vehicle.The estimate he gives you is spot on .HE IS AWESOME
