Honestly a great experience. I had scheduled a windshield replacement for 1:00 and called to see if they could move it up to an earlier time which they did to 11:30. When I dropped off my car I inquired about getting my windows tinted and asked if they could squeeze me in. Which they did same day. It all took just over two hours and the results were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

My insurance company was referring me to work with a popular national company to replace my damaged windshield, but I am so glad that I checked with Auto One regarding their cost to replace my windshield. Auto One s cost was less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me, and Auto One also picked up my vehicle from my place of employment, completed the replacement, and returned my vehicle before my workday completed. Super satisfied with Auto One!

Our back window shattered in the middle of winter and our insurance referred us to Safelite. They couldn't fix our window for almost a week. So we called Auto One and they offered to lower our out of pocket cost and could get us in the next day. We showed up about 15 minute before they opened and they walked out turned their open sign on and signaled us to come in.Took them maybe a hour and we had a back windshield again! Super nice people!

The owner Ron was yelling at my son for being late. Ron was red faced and spitting he was so mad. My son has a concussion and was so embarrassed. Ron scared other customers with his unbelievable yelling. Just because my son was late. No one deserves to be yelled at by a narcissist. Who do you think you are Ron?? You probably treat your family that way too. The other employees were just as rude. If you have any decency you would apologize. But most narcissist think they do no harm. But you do!!!

My insurance co. sent me to Sun Roof Express (which contracted the work out to Auto One Glass & Accessories in Fenton, Mich). My immediate impression was that the staff at A1 was Very unprofessional and simple rude. They were short/curt. They replaced my sunroof and left the interior roof dirty with finger prints, stood on the door frame without protecting it and when they were finished with the repairs they parked it running with unlocked doors, the passenger door ajar, the driver s window down and keys I plan sight! Not to mention he waited on another customer while leaving my car like that! When I took possession of the car I asked why was it running and left he said so I would be warm Remember the window was down! If I could give a 0 rating I would!!! Never again will I use them!!!!!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Cannot recommend Auto One to replace windshields for newer cars. I had a windshield replaced via insurance, on an 21 Tiguan and they failed to inform me that the windshield would need to be calibrated and that they were not equipped to calibrate it for me. Had they given me this information I would not have had it done by them. Now the car is at the dealer getting the windshield calibrated.....10 days later. Should have been done in 1 visit, instead now its 2 and I will be getting a bill from the dealer which will hopefully get reimbursed. The windshield that was installed wasn't a genuine VW windshield either. Those with newer cars, just go to the dealer and save yourself the aggravation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called and scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted. Appointment scheduled, tuesday the 13th @ 3. Said they would call to confirm the time on Monday. No one called. I call this morning, oh yeah we have you down for Thursday at 2. Explained that wasn't the Appointment date or time and was told "Oh sorry, earliest I can get you in now is Saturday " I moved my schedule around to get this done, I understand mistakes happen but really? Wait another week for your guys mistake?

Very courteous, professional and prompt. They scheduled me for a windshield replacement within days of my call. Unfortunately this was not covered by my insurance. $284 out the door for a 2015 Silverado was a very good price. And they transferred my oil change sticker without me asking, great customer service. This is my second time coming to this shop to reprogram my remote starter fobs. The shop near me didn t want to help because they never installed it. So I had to drive almost two hours to this shop, just to get my fobs reprogrammed twice*. I hope they fixed it for good, gas is getting expensive. I don t recommend going here for any service.

Had windshield replaced in November 2019, they said i would need to have it calibrated. Took it to the dealer and they were unable to calibrate it. So we were unable to get the lights off the dash. Now I need to trade it in or sell it. So took it to another local glass place to pay $300 to have it recalibrated and they said it was installed improperly and I would also need to buy and replace the windshield again as well. Roughly $500 out of pocket. Called this shady place not expecting anything, just wanted them to be aware. Basically got blown off by the guy that answered the phone and his supervisor. Customer service at it s best! Stay clear!!!

Auto one is great. They stand behind their work. They stand behind their product. They stand behind their customers. I had a dealership that blamed auto one workmanship on the problem my car was going through when it was the lack of their knowledge. Auto one went to Feldman dealership in New Hudson and removed the remote starter free of charge and offered to reinstall the starter free of charge once Feldman figures out how to fix my car. THANK YOU AUTO ONE

Terrible to deal with. I've went to this place 3 times. The first time they tinted my car and did a fine job, no complaints. I decided to go back to them for my wife's remote starter. The installer shorted out the security module and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership and a new $400 part installed. They did pay for everything, but that is something that should never happen. My third and final straw was getting my windows tinted again. I opted for a windshield banner and it looked absolutely ridiculous. My windshield had a very large curve, so instead of cutting a 4" strip along this curve, they just left it straight. So the middle of the banner was 4" and the edges were 18.5" long at the A-Pillars. They also wanted to charge me $90 more for 7 windows on my Honda Civic, 6 and 7 are 4"x4". 7 window installations are for SUVs. Very rude employees also.

Mostly went well but the kids attitudes first thing in the morning were pretty salty. Could not believe it when the kid hops in my car and starts fishtailing around in the snow. Definitely on purpose. Price was good and the install was fine hence the star rating. Perhaps a real adult around to deal with customers?

WOW!!! Darren and the guys at the Auto One Fenton store made my wife and I gobsmacked. We handed them a disaster we thought they could never undo, and we picked up a MIRACLE!!! No joke. Our Jeep had been through 5 grandchildren, 4 coat shedding German Shepherds, and many mile with the top off. It looks like the day I picked it up at the Dealership.I can't say enough words to express my amazement. OUTSTANDING!!! Oh yeah...they replaced the windshield as well. Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced, Darin got my vehicle in right ON TIME, I walked down to The Laundry for lunch. Darin Bassett called me when it was ready. Darin was very friendly and honest. Had an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I dropped off the car and went to have breakfast. Soon after I ate, I got a call from Auto One. The windshield that was shipped to them had a stress crack. Tina drove down to the restaurant to pick me up and gave me a loaner for no charge. The windshield was delivered, installed that day. I returned the loaner and picked up my car.It was unfortunate that the original windshield had a crack, something Auto One could not control. The things Auto One had control over - they provided exceptional customer service.I had great dealings with both Tina and Mike.

3/24/2016Just had my baby's (S600) windshield replaced by Auto 1.Excellent job and the car was as clean as can be.My car has a rain sensor that requires a bit extra on the part of the installation team - great job works perfectly!The job was done to the highest p[professional standards. Had to get a new windshield that was covered by my insurance. Took it here because I ve never had issues in the past. This time when I took my truck in, it has an aftermarket light bar that had to be removed to change out the windshield. These a******* broke one of the bolts that held it on and instead of coming to me to notify me so I could fix it, they glued the screw head back in place to make it look like it was normal. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going else where.

I've now had 2 vehicles tinted here. Both times craftsmanship and customer service were excellent. Pricing was on par with others I checked.

told us there windows as good as ford glass not so.their glass not tinted it is to bright to drive in sun light . am now looking for a reliable tinter.what a mess and costly. watchout dont buy here even though past transactions were ok beware.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

I would have recommended Auto One in Fenton to anyone, I have had both of my vehicles windows tinted there with great results with the exception of one window and when trying to get fixed because of workmanship issues was basically told to get bent by the man behind the desk. Its unfortunate to see Tina no longer works there she was great to deal with and took care of people. I must also mention that i was going to have them install a remote start on my truck but after seeing how much of a fight they were putting up over fixing window (which by the way the man never even asked to see my car so he had no idea what i was even talking about just refused me service) i must be honest my cars tint was out of warranty as of 1/16/14 but seriously were talking less than twenty days lets get real not 3 years or something outrageous needless to say i asked for my money back on the remote start because if thats the kinda of service i get with window tint god only knows what these guys will do with the wiring under my dash and if something goes wrong. I can not speak for other locations in fact i will probably go to the one in Brighton but Fenton it's out of the question employees are a joke. This was all over a $160 dollars and they lost a life time of business and any one i know. If i can spread the word to keep there cars outta there and save them the anguish i went through.

Couldn t be more unprofessional. I had Auto One in Fenton install 4 door speakers (plug and play) and a small sub woofer to round out the sound. The new Alpine subwoofer has stopped working twice. I insisted to Jim that wiring or something isn t correct. When the first speaker stopped working he ordered a new one and never called when it was in. Then a week later the 2nd speaker stopped working again. I called and Jim said they would figure it out and call me....never got a call so I called. Jim then said that he called the manufacturer and they haven t called back. 3 days later I checked in again and Jim stated he didn t call the distributor because he s been busy and slipped his mind and that he would call right away and call me back. NO CALL. Called on a Tuesday to check in yet again and said the next speaker would be in on Thursday or Friday. I call on Friday and Jim said the UPS driver didn t show up (there was a ups package by the front counter. I m still waiting to hear back.... I will never deal with this place again nor will I recommend anyone to go there unless they would like this sort of service.

Last week, I caught a rock while driving down the highway,. After work I came out to find a crack across the entire passenger's side.As always, I called AutoOne. They arranged to be out two business days later, which worked with my schedule. They fixed it while I worked.Thanks again, this isn't the first time I've had you do a windshield for me.

Overpriced. Their prices have been rising for years, but at this point, you are better off driving to Flint for any of these needs. Even with these gas prices, it's still significantly cheaper for equal or better work.
