Excellent service! Honest and great prices!I had some serious noises coming from my brakes,I called at 8 am arrived at 8:25, they put new brakes and rotors on for me and I was out of there at 10:15.Very nice and friendly crew, best appointment I ve ever had, it was actually fun lol.My Trax is driving like a dream once again.I will be recommending them to everyone!Thank you guys!

I took my car in for brakes, tie rods and balance recently; the guys there were great! They were able to use aftermarket parts on my 10 year old Car, and they let me use a loaner for the weekend. Price was fair. I would go back!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received recently. The owner Mike provided a very fair estimate for several much needed repairs and then followed through with outstanding service. They even took photos before starting repairs then showed me all the failed parts afterwards. I would highly recommend Auto-Lab Complete Care Center of Fenton to everyone seeking vehicle repairs.

Took my van in because my locks were locking and unlocking was told it was my auto start so they took that out said there are about 30 wires that have to be wired back. The day I picked it up my service light was on & is still on. With in 3 -5 days I noticed my cooling fan was staying on, my cruise control and heated seats stopped working. I called them about 2wks later they had me bring it back up had it for 6 days ( I called several times to check on my van didn t get no info except working on it) to be told that it s my thermostat which I had replaced 1 1/2 yr ago & is fine & the comment that stuff happens. 3 things don t stop working at once especially when I never had a problem before. Well guess what my locks are still locking & unlocking so I paid for a job that was not done right or diagnosed right. All I get is bring it back in again and again. They should not have had my van for 6 days to tell me my fan is staying on from a thermostat a diagnostic like that should know with in a day maybe 2. I paid for a job that was not done right & was done in a day & half. Every time I call to tell them what is wrong I get told to bring it in Monday not right away so I m stuck without a car for days being a single mom who takes a teen to school. Then on top of that they said if I want to get my thermostat done it cost $590 which is crazy when other places are $175-$250. I paid $175 a year and half ago when I got mine done.

My car got oil changed today at Auto-Lab of Fenton. It was very smooth and quick process. Had a great professional advise and service.Asked to check weather Tire rotation is needed or not? Surprisingly technician advised me not to do it since it was looking great as it is. I think this was very honest advise since they could have done Tire rotation and charged me for that.This people here, think about customer's wallet not their profit. Is this not Great? It is.....I highly recommend this place!

I brought my car in hoping to get a check engine light looked at same day. I was not sure what to expect as there were several cars in the parking lot. They were able come out to pull the codes immediately. Within a couple hours, it was diagnosed, repaired- and they also fixed a wiring issue that was a separate problem for the initial one. Every single person was kind, respectful, and they explained things to be in clear terminology. They updated me regularly on their progress and I never felt rushed, pressured or like I was a bother. While I waited, I witnessed the same excellent care for all of the customers both in person and over the phone. I highly recommend Auto-Lab for your automotive work.

Took my 2015 Grand Caravan in for oil change, tire rotation and a few inspections. I was satisfied with their suggestions. They didn t hassle me when I decided to wait on those repairs. They provided me with a ride home. Were courteous and helpful. The only problem is a crowded parking lot.

Scott is absolutely the best. This company gets you right in and they never do what is not necessary. Completely trust them 100% with all decisions on my vehicles. I will not go anywhere else!!!

This was a PHENOMENAL experience! I recommend this place without hesitation. We were on a bachelorette party trip coming from CLE, OH when my brakes went out! We still had three hours to go and were devastated as earlier attempts for getting help with the car did not work out. We came here to try the rental place attached to this shop. We went in here on a whim, and they were so incredibly helpful. They were able to make us a new part and get everything fixed within the hour! Not only that, but they were so hospitable while we waited, so friendly, and even helped us with travel destinations for where we were heading for the party. Talk about above and beyond! HIGHLY Recommend this place, they go above & beyond, with not only care for the vehicle but also in EXCELLENT Customer Service, I've been here twice, once was for a second opinion, after another shop had told me my vehicle needed a whole new engine, Auto Lab found that was NOT the case at all, I went from an original 8k estimate for a motor from the other place, to a $1700 repair from Auto Lab, they could have completely tried to upsell me, but they were SO Honest, I will now Only Trust Auto Lab with my vehicles, I sent my parents to them, after they had a similar issue with the same shop that I had, and Mike at Auto Lab, is actually going to bat for my parents, trying to make right, when the other shop completely took advantage of my parents on a fixed income, and the 2nd time I took my vehicle here for breaks, when it took slightly longer for the repair then they originally thought (Not Auto Labs fault), this was due to a major storm rolling through, it left me in a bad spot with my own business, not having my vehicle to make deliveries, Auto Lab again went over and beyond and one of their employees offered to loan his own vehicle to me for the day, till the repair was completed, which definitely, helped save me and my business that day, allowing me to continue Great customer service for my own clients. I cannot stress enough, how much I appreciate Mike and all the staff at Auto Lab, I have never trusted ANY auto repair shop, until now.They're the BEST! Thank You Again Auto Lab!

Listen we can talk all day about how companies treat their customers like family . Well Brad and Kitty go beyond that faaaaaaar beyond that!I m not a Fentonite, as a matter of fact I live an hour away and am only in Fenton on business one day a week. So imagine the impact Brad and Kitty must have when people are singing their praises from COUNTIES away!Their service is impactful, their compassion is unmatched and the life experiences they bring to their relationships with us, their customers is above that of a family.Thank you Brad and Kitty for what you bring to your community, for what you bring to your customers and for the way you treat your fellow humans.

We were desperate to take our truck in to get an oil leak repaired. They took the truck in, said it was available next day and gave a cost estimate. The truck was available next day, which was great, however the 5 hour labor cost seemed suspicious since everything I read online and hear from others is it only takes 1 hour. We paid it anyways. Then we were told the front brake pads were critically worn, we got a second opinion and told everything is fine. I'm thinking there was an attempt to upsell.

I really appreciate the work they do at auto lab. Ive taken my car here twice now and have had excellent service each time. Their quotes and time estimates are pretty spot on and the problems with my car are problems no more!

This business is a total ripoff, they must hire poor mechanics who really don t know what they re doing. Had car in 4 times for the poor job they did on new breaks. Told me the engine and transmission was good just eventually needed a new muffler. After driving the car for one week car wouldn t excellerate or go in reverse. Was told by another mechanic that the transmission was bad. Payed this place 3300.00 for brake work, new water pump and thermostat. Said the car was good to go. Buyer BEWARE, stay away From this place.

Great job! I called an hour before close on a Saturday to see if they could look at a suspected brake line-leak issue. Brad got me right in and showed me the issue with the line. I will definitely be back and recommend this repair facility to my family, friends and business associates.

I had work done there and the mechanics and that had no idea what was wrong with my car charged me $1,600 bucks but yet I went to another mechanic and he fixed the problem right off the bat they charge me for things I didn't even need

I have a rare 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT8, it has a custom tune and some aftermarket parts. I find it hard to trust anyone with my baby. I took her in for some misfires and temp gage fluctuations. They found all the issues and fixed it in a couple days. Car is running like a champ. Great experience. Would definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable.

After being disappointed by my car's dealership service department too many times, I tried this establishment. Tom and his team handled everything professionally and quickly. Great communication and diagnostic skills along with fair and accurate pricing means that I now have a trusted place to take all of my cars. My car repair was cheaper than I budgeted and the work by the mechanics is excellent. I've never been happier with an auto shop. Thank you, Tom and your team, for such excellent service.

Transmission went bad in my Ford. Had AAA tow it to auto lab. I received a call the next day, they said it would be ready sometime next week this was on a Friday.I did not hear from them the entire next week. I called on Friday and got no answer at 4:00 p.m. .The next week I went up there on Monday and talked to a very nice service rep. He apologized for not being in contact with us and said there would be a discount on the service. He also said my Ford should be ready that week.The next week on Thursday I finally got a call to come pick up my vehicle. I was given a bill that was the same as my original price. No discount. He said he wasn't going to charge me for having the transmission programmed. That should have been part of the service of installing a transmission. Not at all happy with the service, communication or their pricing. I do not recommend them and will not go to them again.Service: Transmission

These guys are great! My old toyota has had a check engine light on for three years and I saw 4 other mechanics who charged me hundreds of dollars for repairs that never fixed the problem. Fenton auto lab had my car for less than 24 hours and it is fixed. I am so grateful! Thanks guys! We recently stopped at Auto Lab after being turned away at another service shop for a sudden brake problem on our road trip. They immediately took us in and fixed the problem within an hour. Everyone here was absolutely amazing and so friendly! I truly have NEVER had such a great experience at an auto shop before this. I cannot recommend this place enough. I've used Fenton Auto Lab for several years, and I continue to use them because they do a great job and their customer service is awesome!! I had a wonderful experience taking my vehicle to Auto-Lab in Fenton. They were honest and really cared about fixing my suspension issues. I brought my car to Auto Lab in hopes to fix an air conditioning issue. I dropped my car off and less than an hour later, received a call that was extremely confusing. They couldn t fix my AC because their diagnostic reader wasn t reading anything and so now they have to correct this electrical issue so that they can diagnose the reason as to why my AC isn t working. This would take days and possibly hundreds of dollars JUST to use a reader on my car. This sounded super sketchy and I immediately felt like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of mechanic knowledge. I kindly told the man on the phone that I would just pick my car up. I had my brother come with me and ask why the electrical issue needed to be fixed. The man made no sense when explaining it to my brother who has much more car knowledge than I do. I brought my car to Barry s Automotive in Fenton where they lifted my hood and called me with a diagnosis in 20 minutes. It was an $100 fix. I am SO grateful I trusted my gut and took my car home that day. I could ve been out of a car for days and out of hundreds of dollars. Either that man didn t know what he was doing or I was being duped. Either way, I don t like what happened and I won t be returning.Service: Air conditioning

Exceptional customer service! Tom the manager went above and beyond when I was in a difficult situation needing my car looked at. Instead of turning me away because they were busy, he told me to "stop by and let us take a look. Maybe we can get the part ordered today." I was beyond grateful for him and the staff who helped get my car fixed. Amazing compassion and unparalleled quality!
