Shane (the owner) is fantastic and so are all of his staff. They're all knowledgeable or at least willing to ask another employee for help on a question if they don't have an answer. They also have the best prices. Can't beat great customer service, and great deals!

The guy working there would not make eye contact and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Felt like I was discriminated against for being a woman.

Was stuck and stranded and they had all the parts I needed. Very grateful for a parts store to carry older parts. !!!

As promised here is my post. Shane is an awesome guy who during the middle of rush hour, came out to the freeway to change my serpentine belt. I believe what he charged me was more than fair.From the lady driving the red Mustang with the 10-foot kayak on top. God bless ya!

Good service, they really know their stuff. I used to hate getting parts at this place, then Shane bought this Napa. He really turned the place around, we don't go to other parts stores anymore.

Normally have to order in your parts. Make sure to Inspect parts before leaving, have received a lot of wrong ones and it's not any special make.
