Hit a deer and a took my car here and they did an AMAZING JOB!!! 10/10!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND! NOT ONLY THAT but the girl, Kathrine, did the most AMAZING detail on the inside of my car!!! I actually cried when I saw how beautiful my vehicle looked!!!! THEY MADE IT SOOO EASY, from the tow (ANDY) to the DETAIL (KAT)!!!! You can just tell they took their time with EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL! EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THEIR CAR HERE!

My truck lost an alternator on the way up to Farwell. I had it towed to Auto Solutions in hopes they could get me back on the road. They did an excellent job with quick turnaround. The service was top notch. Thanks again!

Absolutely outrageous in their pricing. My vehicle was impounded at no fault of my own, legal as well. They tried charging me more than $1500 to tow from mesick. I'm a single mother and it was nearly Christmas. My vehicle is our lifeline. There was zero cause to tow it in the first place, this place cost me nearly everything for the holidays.

We picked our Yukon Denali up fromAuto solutions. I am very happy with the entire experience!From the time our vehicle was towed to their shop, insurance adjuster did his thing and the repair work, it took 3 weeks to get it back.They were very patient with our many questions and phone calls. They offered a loaner car to use while they had our vehicle and they offered to make arrangements for someone to come in on a Saturday to help us out.They stayed beyond closing time for us to make it there to pick our vehicle up. Their customer service goes above most every repair shop I have worked with!The building is easy to see from the road, is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. You can tell they care about their building and reputation and will take care of your car too!And my Yukon looks GREAT!!!! They did the expected repair work to the body and the radiator. But they also detailed my baby!!! It was sparkling clean inside and out, including my weathertec floor mats!!!THANK YOU for the wonderful job!!

I dont understand why your drivers have to do 60 down Mansiding Road passing a Semi and also hit me headon! Or 50-55 through Harrison and Clare If the slush and ice would have been just right he would have and killed a person driving for the weather...so who knows what your vehicle will look like after they get it to the destination! So if you need a tow company and will drive properly I highly reccomend and call S&S towing in Harrison!

Got my vehicle towed....they charged me and my insurance. They said they had to send me a check because their system won't allow them to refund my card....that was a month and a half ago....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....YOU'LL NEED A LAWYER TO GET WHAT'S RIGHTFULLY YOURS!!!!

I hope this place keeps expanding there are great and they car about thier customers please check them out save their number use there services lyn is the best tow guy around saved my life this Saturday at 430 am with a tow yall know im a dj so I travel all hours of the week and was very thankful they are fast courteous and get the job done with affordable pricing definatley recommend

As someone from out of the area needing repairs. Joe gave me a courtesy vehicle to use to get home! $6,000 in repairs were completed in a week! Joe's crew was the best. Facilities were spotless! Communication and service were top-notch and if you just need detail cleaning go to them. My interior and exterior were spotless! Thank you Auto Solutions!!!

We just had a tire blow on our camper on HWY 131 and the service guy was AMAZING. The kid was 18, hardworking and super nice and knowledgeable. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!!!! Not to also mention that he was to us within 20 minutes after first contact over the phone! Highly recommend this company!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Auto Solutions went above and beyond to get my car unstuck and out of the surprise sand trap the Forest Service set on their road. In the end, we sawed logs and jacked it up and resurfaced the sand on the road a bit and got it moving. Some people might be upset that their tow call took 7 hours, but these guys just stuck with it and worked the problem. The first driver ended up stuck as well and still maintained an amazing attitude and genuine commitment to finishing the job well and being a really great human. The second driver never lost his patience or creativity in getting us both unstuck and back to solid ground. If you've ever needed a tow when you were off the main road, you know that not everyone will come and not everyone who might come will be nice about it. If I had to get stuck, Auto Solutions made it a pleasant experience.

Joe and his guys have been doing body work on our vehicles for almost 15 years. Deer & raccoon strikes, custom paint on motorcycles, and a complete frame replacement on a vehicle that another body shop messed up. There's a reason we keep going back - they do fantastic work and are super people.

Chris was awesome! I had to have my truck towed which was in my garage and would not shift into neutral. Chris took his time to make sure he got my truck out safely without doing any damage to it. He was very nice and walked me thru what he was doing the entire time. I really appreciated it.

I did not know where to take my Truck to get the body work done. A friend told me about Auto Solutions so I thought I would give them a try. I was so glad that I did. When I dropped my Truck off it was in very bad condition inside & out. When I went to pick up my truck I didn't recognize it as my truck. It looked like a brand new showroom vehicle inside & out. Joe & his team of experts went above & beyond. I am so Thankful I went there. Now I will never go anywhere else for my repairs.Service: Body & Trim

This is now my fourth time using Auto Solutions for repairs! Once again, Kersten (service advisor/writer) came through for me! She made sure I was able to get in quickly and had everything mapped out. Also, Dillon was the mechanic/technician that performed the repairs this time as well! This mechanic/technician is exceptional at what he does and is extremely thorough! Everyone at Auto Solutions is aways friendly and accommodating as well! Thanks again to everyone and thank you Joe for all of assistance every time I see you!This is my third time having the crew at Auto Solutions work on my truck! They did extensive body work in 2017 (exceptional experience), alternator and battery replacement (2018), and alternator replacement (2023). I also have utilized their towing service (both Farwell location and Mount Pleasant) and have always had extremely positive experiences. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and overall positivity of every employee here! Joe is a great guy and man of his word! Today (January 25, 2023) Dillon was the technician that worked on my truck and Kirsten was the service advisor that made sure I was able to squeeze in ASAP. Kirsten also went above and beyond to figure out that I had warranty coverage on the part I needed replaced (saved me a lot of money and time). Dillon, Kirsten, and Trevor made this experience much better than I expected! They were each upbeat, professional, friendly, and extremely personable! They were reasonably priced and could repair my vehicle in a timely manner. They also supplied me with a loner vehicle while my car was repaired.
