Brought my s550 in for an alignment that even the dealer couldn t fix, and they did an excellent job. Brought my car back to perfect straight alignment. Very professional and they did full car diagnostic. 100 times better than dealer.

I own a 2007 328i. I m a car enthusiast and I like to work on my own vehicles. I bought this car as a project car. The car had a few issues and one issue in particular was a misfire. I purchased items from ECS and FCP to rehab the car and to get it back on the road. After I installed the parts that I purchased the misfire was still present. I couldn t understand why. 2 years ago I went into this location and ask if they could inspect the vehicle and to give their assessment. 2 weeks ago I finally dropped off the vehicle. I know everything about the car. The inspection of the issues and the information disclosed were spot on. Another issue was with the drive belt and tensioner which I knew. I could have r&r this myself but I was impressed with shop so I ask them to repair it for me just to build a relationship which is important in business. Time is money. I still have a few more items that need to be repaired. I will definitely return once I m done with the upgrades.Customer satisfied.

N62 engine in E70 X5. I've had prior shops replace gaskets and valve covers twice, only for them to start leaking again. It wasn't until MCER stepped in to diagnose, know what to look out for, and how to do the job correctly.Furthermore, they worked late on a Friday to finish repairs because Monday morning I was starting a new job. Solid communication.Very much appreciate these guys and make me less stressed about owning a BMW.

Motor City Euro did a very thorough inspection and fixed everything. Taylor and Zach explained everything and were very pleasant to deal with. They accommodated my after hours drop off and pick up. They are on the pricier side, but you are paying for the expertise. Overall, great experience.

I had a great experience with Motor City Euro. They went above and beyond with my Audi Q7. From the very beginning, they communicated absolutely everything with me. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner by some of the most knowledgeable techs and advisors that I have dealt with. I can t recommend this shop enough.

Great customer service and great when it comes to prioritizing certain issues so you re not breaking the bank. Great prices compared to other shops, no issues. Simple service. Great work. Hopefully be in soon to repair my transmission.

This is a great alternative to dealer repairs. It's my understanding that they use OEM replacement parts. In terms of price point it appears lower in some areas, e.g. oil changes, average compared to chain repairs, and it seems less than dealers. I was sold in my particular case as they did a very through job on my wife's A4. In fact some of their inspection services are even free which is a selling point. Their explanation of those services was logical and presented in a way that a non-mechanic can understand (that was my wife's impression). Also, it's imperative that the repairs make sense, you simply don't rely on a date...you physically inspect and analyze. It was nice that they took pictures and showed me exactly what the root cause(s) were. As a former Army aviation mechanic I saw a lot of value in how clean the operations are. The snack/waiting area was well stocked and was unusually clean. I recently took my VW for a series of services and was highly satisfied. Communications were structured well and timely. And lastly, I was pleased as they provided a loaner to me while my car was in service. Free shuttles were available. Thank you Motor City!

Taylor and the team at Motor City Euro were professional, extremely swift, and more than accommodating with the repair and oil change needed for my 2018 E class coupe. My vehicle was purchased out-of-state and they noticed a small leak needed to be addressed as well as performed the Mercedes Service A. Most convenient shop around as they have an after hours drop box - perfect for a packed work schedule.

I am from Ohio! While visiting, my boyfriend found Motor City Euro because I needed an oil change. Everything went well. i have absolutely zero complaints. honestly the route to go rather then a dealer LOL. i was able to drop off and pick up when it fit my personal time and needs. they re quick, honest, and 110% trustworthy. my audi will definitely be going back for any further service.

If you own a European car, this is the place to bring it. These guys know these cars inside and out. They are fully stocked in all the Euro OEM stuff and only use top notch quality parts. When the owners themselves are Euro car owners and have decades experience working on them, it s a no brainer to get all your service done here. My new go to place in Metro Detroit.

Outstanding customer service! I know for Mercedes they use the legit diagnostic program to ensure the vehicle codes and software are the most up-to-date which helps troubleshooting. I had a great experience with Taylor and I feel very comfortable bringing my Mercedes back there for regular service and any issues I may have in the future.

Taylor was great. I witnessed him working with multiple people and was pleasant and informative. Communication was great. Multiple people checked in on me throughout my visit to make sure I was ok. Clean building. I would recommend them to anyone. Booking online was pleasantly easy as well.

Motor city euro always does a great job. Easy to get appointments, easy to text communicate with, and quick service. Love the shuttle when needed and especially the loaner when we ve needed to leave our vehicles for a few days.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE ADVISOR.ALL MY CONCERNS WERE ANSWERED WITH A DETAILED INSPECTION OF THE CURRENT HEALTH OF MY VEHICLE. NO UPSALE OF UNNECESSARY SERVICES, VERY HONEST EURO SHOP. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY WORK THAT I MIGHT NEED DONE ON MY AUDI.

Took a high end Audi vehicle to them for pre purchase inspection, best money I've spent. They inspected the car thoroughly and found fault codes and damaged motor mounts that the dealer didn't even know about. Would have cost me $7k+ to repair. Glad they helped me dodge that bullet

I had front axles replaced. I was very pleased with the service and my car rides better than ever. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Also, the waiting room and work area was very clean. And as a bonus the waiting room had lots and lots of complimentary snacks and they even left a token of appreciation in my car. I do have more work to be done so I am glad I have found a reputable repair shop to go to. November 2023-As suggested on this service visit I had the oil filter stand and rear coil springs replaced. My 2008 E350 is riding better than ever. Thanks guys for being the professionals that you are!Service: Oil change

I've had my European car serviced here twice. Both times they were spot on the cost estimate with prompt and professional service. The engine bay was put back together just the way it was before, not a single thing out of place. Same with my interior after the second job. This shop was able to get me in and out the same day I called; I needed new brakes as I was on a journey across the counter and the dealers in the area were not answering their phones.They sourced OEM rotors and pads for my diesel Touareg just in time and flushed my brake fluid. Dealer quality service with better humans and at a slight discount (2200 usd vs the same service at the dealer for 2400 last year)The staff are all great characters- personable and articulate; I felt very safe driving the car 1300 miles over the next two days, including a four hour journey through the mountains of Colorado through a winter storm.

They did work on my Audi A6, not only was the repair done quickly and with quality work but they also cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle.
