Stood in line, only person in store, for several minutes before the cashier even looked up. Didn't say can I help you or anything. I was just standing there like, "are you ready to check me out?". She still didn't say anything, just stared at me with dead eyes. I understand people have bad days. I have them too. But if you're too exhausted to say ANYTHING to a customer that is literally standing right in front of you, just stay home.

I ordered and paid for a battery online and it went very nicely. The nice people at the counter took care of my order and saw me on my way in a just a couple minutes. When I came back later in the afternoon with my old battery for the $20 core refund they got a cart for me to bring it into the store. I have a very bad hip and the good folks there were very kind. The store is brightly lit so reading the print on packages is easy. It's clean and I saw no empty spots on any shelf throughout the store. A+ store and A+ employees.

Amazing staff! I needed new windshield wipes and mine were frozen, could not remove. They were able to use de-icer and get the old wipers off and put the new ones on. Serious life saver as we have a long drive ahead

I came in for a turn signal bulb and I was assisted by Mia and she was very helpful. She gave me the correct bulbs and also helped with my jammed bulb connector in 6 degree weather...She's the best!!!

First time visiting the place, I wanted to tested my battery for my car so after they test it I was told my battery was bad and I need to purchase a new battery which is fine with me. Try to buy one and the employee told me they don t install it for me if I want he can get the tools for me outside and show me how to replace it. So told him that my family and I in the past AutoZone replaced it for us so he said no thats not their job maybe they felt bad so I left and I went to another location. I show them the paperwork for the battery test and I was informed that they didn t test it in the correctly way plus the other location installed a new battery for me with out saying that s not our job. I will never come back here anymore

When I first showed up due to my car overheating I can say the lady in front taking care of me was not super friendly and I got the impression she thought I was an idiot (I am lol, so I can't hold that against her). She gave me some coolant and sent me on my way. I don't know anything about cars but wasn't about to make myself look even more dumb by asking for help so I went outside and started googling.But then John pulled up for his shift and before even getting out of his car he yelled over to me that he would be right over to help, and he was! I was obviously having a rough day and his kindness and patience made such a huge difference. He didn't just do the thing, he went above and beyond taking the time to teach ME how to do it so that I don't run into this issue next time. And he also took extra time to teach me other must-knows unrelated to my current issue just so I would know how to take care of it if it ever came up. Reminded me of my own father. John saved the day with his expertise, patience and care. Thank you for your help getting me and my dog home safely!!

I asked suburban nissan for Nissan rogue wiper blade service but they screwed it. I came home with no visibility in rain because Nissan suburban of Farmington hills screwed my wiper blade installation. 60 dollarssss is a big amount for wiper bladesSuburban Nissan of Farmington hills I want answer how can I trust you for further service now i doubt on all the other services you did. Either those are legit or not

First and last time coming here. The who helped me tried. Kevin the manager i believe on the other hand was the opposite of helpful and friendly. Stood around waiting for a refund that had to be checked out by a manager. He was on the phone, after which the other employee and my self asked to get my refund but was told I have something I have to do first and continued putting in an invoice I believe. Either way the computer can wait for the customer infront of you thats been waiting 10- 15 min. If so don't be rude like I'm ruining your task. Will not be back and will tell other to avoid this location or kevin the rude and inconsiderate manager

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. About a month ago I came to this store to purchase power steering fluid. I didn t know exactly where to put it, so an Autozone employee helped put it in for me. Fast forward to a few days ago, I was doing a maintenance checkup and they asked when I last checked my power steering. I said about a month ago and pointed to where the worker put the power steering. I was informed that was in fact NOT my power steering, and that was where brake fluid was supposed to be. Now I m paying to get my car flushed. It s crazy because when I came BACK to the store to confirm the mistake, all the manager could say was, This is why we tell employees to not work on cars. No conflict resolution, no sincere apology, anything. Will not be shopping at Autozone anymore.

I went in to just buy disposable gloves. When a nice gentleman helped me I went to the front counter to purchase them. I saw his line and a woman working there had her line open. Both were servicing customers. I saw the woman being sort of bossy and loud with her customer and wasn t going to be available. So I Stepped behind a man in the other line. She stopped what she was doing with her current customer to tell me ma am are you in line? I said yes and he helped me find something. She said you need to move over to this area , I can t have people all over every where. I said ok. I saw the man move in her line to the side so I asked her are you ready? She didn t respond.The customer waiting on the side for a call said you can go ahead of me. I waited for her response then after she didn t respond I came and put the box on the counter fast to get my credit card out before the nice customer needed to continue. I have back issues and move slow at times. So I saw that she was being rude to me and tried to get my card from in my hand purse. She suddenly said ma am don t throw anything at me. I don t have to cash you out. I and other people were astounded. I said what? I didn t throw anything up at you. Are you kidding? It s Sunday and your doing this? She said it again. I said I m just trying to get my money from my purse and put that box on counter. A man in the other line looked and was shocked,he said they just have you all over back and forward. She took my box and started to ring up the gloves. It was time to pay and I said no never mind, I don t want this. You can just keep going how you re doing. I don t want you even knowing my name from my credit card. This is Sunday and I get treated like this. I walked out and will never go back. Others told me how this Black female employee treats people there too. I wouldn t be surprised if she is the manager. I wasn t going to ask for one. Easier to leave and go somewhere else. I did. She needed to be reported. I saw her being mean to others.

The oil light in my car came on and because I usually have everything handled at the dealership, I knew I needed assistance. When I went to the AutoZone in Farmington Hills, I had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager, Joe H, and he was more than happy to help me out. He went above and beyond by not only double checking the type of oil I needed, but also came out to my car and made sure the appropriate amount was added. Thank you, Joe!

Worst experience & service ever ! Walked into Auto Zone & there was not one staff member to be found . Waiting & 5 more customers came in .we waited a good 5-10 minutes - saying helloooo . Finally 2 staff came out from the back . After telling me that they could help me change an engine air filter & rear wiper when I had called there first . The woman that waited on me said they didn t do that . But , perhaps maybe they could figure out the air filter . After asking for my vehicle info for a wiper blade , cabin filter & engine filter , she entered some info in the computer looking puzzled / confused & then left the front desk not saying a word . Customer service at its worst . None of them appeared to know what they were doing . How does this Auto Zone stay in business ? I just left & went over to O Reillys across the street . They were very helpful , knowledgeable & I purchased the items there . The Mgr went as far as to installing my rear wiper & filter . I was immensely grateful .

Would agree with the previous review, came in and said I had a malfunction indicator light on in my car. They responded that they only do check engine light tests which I explained it was.She then asked if I knew how to run the test myself. Once she couldn t find the device I walked out and won t be back

I came in at 12:25 pm on Sunday, 10/20. There was a lone woman working- this is to establish The Who- she offered no help, was condescending and couldn t give me any ACTUAL help. I ve come here time and time again with people helping me. I asked a simple question and she said I m not a mechanic, I don t know. She didn t say it nice, she was just trying to push me out the door.Hire better people or train better

Greg helped replace my battery on a late Friday evening. Old terminals corroded and he patiently cleaned them before replacing the battery. Definitely will go back here.

The place to go for auto parts! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I called ahead and they had my alternator sitting on the counter. In and out in 2 minutes. Don't forget to take advantage of the rewards program to save even more!
