Jimmy and Mike were very very kind and most importantly they were entertainingly helpful. I was only there to get my tires filled, but this location across the board has always been very helpful to me. Whether it is oil changes or fluid refills, this place has welcomed me with open arms!

First time here. Just bought mini van and maintenance light came on so I took it in and manager Mike and team mentioned oil was clean and up to me if I'd still like it changed. Their honesty and integrity just earned a new long term customer!

I've been coming here for 3 years, customer service is always amazing and they are fast and efficient. I also appreciate that they make service recommendations but aren't pushy like dealership service techs.Update: 1/3/24The new crew is awful! Marjuan specifically, was the most abrasive, he told me they fired the entire old crew for being unprofessional but I never experienced that nor did I find it prudent to tell me that, unsolicited. He was also openly argumentative with the new manager, Mario, and got sarcastic with me.The old crew always greeted me with a smile and were very polite and professional. I'm very big on customer service which includes cuatomer experience but it seems that is no longer a priority at this location. All that being said, I'll be going to another location moving forward.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been going here for years to have routine oil changes done on my vehicles. This last visit was different. The kid that went to open the hood had no clue as to how to do this and proceeded to continue to bend up on the hood as if that would be a way to undo the latch. He did this about 10 times before I told him to stop. I get it that different brands have different hood latches, but I do assure you that none of them work by bending the hood. This leads me to wonder if the kid would know the torque spec for the nut on the oil pan or if he would just twist the wrench till the bolt was stretched..?..Given this experience, and the assistant manager's attitude, I will no longer go to here.

I have been coming to this location for years and the customer service I received a week ago was top of the line. There is new management there and these guys aren t pressuring you to change air filter on brand new cars. Jim thank you once again for having me in and out!

Never again. Second poor experience here. I went in for a tire rotation and decided to do an oil change at the same time, even though it wasn t needed yet. After they started working on my car the tech disappeared. 45 minutes later, still nothing was done. Found out that they didn t have my filter and had already drained my oil. I asked why they hadn t done my tire rotation, and was told because there was some locking device they needed to get my tires off and they didn t have it. Instead of discussing any of this with me, they just let me sit there, and I ended up leaving after an hour with an expensive oil change I didn t need and no tire rotation. Manager Jake was very rude and said his lunch break was more important than my time. Shouldn t be in a management position from his behavior. The second star is only because the service tech Elliot was nice.

I received excellent customer service during my visit. The representative who helped me (Emma) was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through each step of the process, gave me great recommendations and was so polite. The timeline originally provided was met and all the of the team that helped me were very professional. I will definitely be coming back to Valvoline and this specific location for my next service.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came here on a Sunday at 11:30am, signs posted everywhere (including on the very busy road) and hours on Google that say open 9-5 but no one is here.I ended up being able to get in for an oil change and my first one went fine (August 2022). No issues and everyone was very nice.Unfortunately the second time (July 2023), they did not bolt part of the shield under my car back on properly so the first time we drove on the highway, we heard an extremely loud metal dragging noise under the car that wouldn't stop and had to pull over on 696 with no shoulder, very scary. Once we saw what it was (the shield was partly mangled from the drive), we went back to Valvoline, and they fixed it and refunded us for the oil change when we asked them to. But it was still not a great experience as the job clearly was not finished properly and we would have appreciated not having to pull over on the freeway panicking that something serious was wrong with the car.

Please send your mother, grandmother, daughter, everyone you know who owns a car to this place! She will be treated with honesty and integrity. I pulled in for an oil change when, unknowingly, I didn't need one. Not only did Sylina show me that I didn't need to pay yet for a change, but she took the time to go through my owner's manual to point out details that I simply didn't know. You can trust this place. You won't be tricked into buying extras that you really don't need. This will become your "go-to" spot!

I had a great experience here, and I don t usually say that about oil changes. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I could tell they took their job seriously and enjoyed the work. They did an incredibly thorough check of my car and helped me understand a few issues to watch out for. Most importantly, no one tried to upsell me on anything and they were honest about the work that needed to be done. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

The people here are schemers. Be aware. Like most places that do Oil changes, sell wipers, swap air filters etc. Their goal is to sell products they make money off of. They dont make much selling oil changes so they get you on everything else. Its their business Model. I had a women here change my cabin air filter about 6 months ago and she broke my cabin air vent by shoving the wrong air filter in there. I saw it with my own eyes. I told her just stop, and she said no it fits . I no longer go to this location because of that. I ended up going to a different location that put the right filter in. Regardless I go to my mechanic now for everything. Even oil changes. These places are all schemes. 15 year olds working on my car with minimal training? I always get my oil changed here. I usually end up getting serviced by Kyle, he is really professional and does his job very well. I use a coupon from their website every visit and they check my tires, various car fluids, wipers and air filter every time and fix whatever needs to be done. To not have to get out of my car and be in and out in (probably) less than 15 minutes for the oil change is completely worth the extra cost of the service compared to some other oil change places. I ll continue coming here and highly recommend it to others !Service: Oil change

I have been coming to this location for 2.5 years since I moved to the area. The service is generally so good, I always bring cash for the service workers as a tip. Because of the assistant manager, I will never be back. I have a broken bolt on the latch of my hood, $3500 fix on a car with 223000 miles not gonna happen. A bit sticky to undo, but has never once has it taken a service member more than 5 seconds to figure it out and open the hood, closes the same way any regular car would. On my previous 10 visits, I have never been informed by anyone that service cannot be completed due to my broken bolt. Today, the assistant manager refused me service due to liability, 2500 miles over my recommended oil change, with only one afternoon a week off in my schedule. It ll be another week before I can try somewhere else. With my oil light flashing constantly, there is a chance my engine could seize in that time a greater liability in my opinion already having survived a high speed catastrophic engine failure and flames. I informed the assistant manager of my previous services without incident, even removing the reminder sticker from my previous service 5 months prior, to which she thought it was a genius idea to say her other employees were not following company rules and were in violation of liability policy. By her own admission, the staff underneath her knowingly and willingly flout policies and regulations meant to keep everyone safe. Now, if almost everyone that has worked here in the past 2.5 years is willing to skirt the rules and not do what they re supposed to, how can you be sure they re not cutting corners on how much oil they pump or over-inflating your tires? Would YOU survive high speed catastrophic engine failure if they skirt the rules on your car? Rules are rules. If you break one, why not break all? You don t get to change them when 5 seconds of problem solving is too much effort.Oh, and you ve always been far too expensive anyway. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you re feeling like gambling with your transportation. Manager, you should really talk to your AM and ask why she decided to tell a customer they re the place where everyone is in on skirting the rules.Update: I did not have time to go elsewhere before going back to work, but I did stop at an auto store for oil. The manager there said my engine was bone dry, oil caked everywhere, and was indeed a few miles away from engine failure.

Emily tried to pry my hood open with a Philips head screwdriver after being told the hood opens you just have to push the lever inside and wiggle the hood open. Then she got an attitude with me and told me I was being disrespectful when I asked her to stop so she didn t ruin the car or paint. I got out and opened the hood on my first try.

They staff is polite and gives you all the information. They are as a company more expensive than smaller business owned auto shops so bring the coupons they send in the mail. They are cheaper than the dealership though. Quick oil changes every time I go. Know your vehicle because they do make recommendations based on what has been reported to car fax. They offer to update their system if you have receipts proving you had the work being recommended already done.

Very good service. I used the price match coupon which made the oil change to a very reasonable price. The guy gave me all the information about what my car needs and what is recommended. I only wanted the oil change at the moment so I just got that. But he never pressured me to get anything.Would come here again!

Had an oil change, tire rotation, and some other work done on my car today. They were very knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. Got me in and out quickly/reasonable amount of time. Employees wore masks and gloves. Very satisfied with my experience. Not the best customer service. Attempted to get service here twice to no avail. The first time I went on a Sunday because the website said the location was open. We pulled up and the "open" sign was on, but no one was there. Went back the next day at 6:45pm since hours stated the location was open until 7:30. They had one car in each dock and I was next in line. An employee came out and sent me away stating they had a lot to do with the cars already there and they would be closing at 7:30 so I could come back the next day or go to another location. I explained how I tried visiting the day before and said I was willing to wait, but he still sent me away. He also said they are usually open on Sunday, but they had closed that particular Sunday for employee appreciation day. They just didn't update their info online or turn off the "open" sign at the shop. I get the feeling this location doesn't need my business.

Fast and good service.We needed an oil change and transmission fluid flush and were in an out of there in less than 30 mins.Erica and the team were very efficient and safety was their top priority.They would keep you inform of what they do every step of the way.We bought their Groupon which made this transaction very affordable.However, their Groupon is valid only once per customer and their regular costs are slightly higher.I would recommend this place.

I got an oil change on my car and a few days later I got a maintenance message saying Reduce Oil Levels . So I took the car back and they wouldn t even look at it. He told me that if I paid for another oil change, then he would ensure he would put the correct amount of oil this time. Now, I need to take my brand new car to the dealership
