The service department employees are very professional and knowledgeable at the Nissan dealership in Farmington Hills. I took my 2023 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done in about an hour. They called me right away when my car was ready. When I arrived I did not have to wait at all. I would highly recommend this dealership and its service department. They know how to treat their customers well.

Robert Kelly was great to work with & overall, I am pleased with the work performed. My previous visits to Suburban Nissan weren't as pleasant, so this was a refreshing experience for me.UPDATE 3/11/24: It was extremely disappointing when I learned that Suburban Nissan does not participate in the Nissan One to One Rewards program. I spent almost $1200.00 last week & knowing that there will not be any 'service dollars' available for future services is rather unsettling.

I was unsure of what I wanted when I came in but Brian Evans put my mind at ease and helped me to decide .I was pleasantly surprised that Brian was the same fella that helped me with my previous lease. He is so helpful and does everything he can to put my mind at ease . Nissan is very lucky to have Brian. He is a dedicated and hardworking employee. I know if I need any thing regarding my lease Brian will be there .Thanks you so much Brian ! I truly love my Rogue.!

Cherie Jones was the most amazing sales representative anyone could ask for. She was very attentive to my preferences and went above and beyond to take the time to explain in detail the features and benefits of each vehicle I was interested in and really work with the team to get the one I wanted. The Store Manager Blake and the Finance Manager Courtney were very patient with my questions and very informative throughout the entire transaction and helped make the entire experience a seamless one. Overall the best car buying experience I ever had. Would come here again for my next purchase.

Frequent flyer here at the parts department. Recently called in 'cause something happened on the road causing my Nismo 370 to be thrown out of alignment. Spoke to Alex about pricing and she was very professional and showed empathy over my situation. Will be calling back to set something up when im ready.

It was a very smooth process. I was immediately offered a shuttle service and was dropped at the mall to do some shopping. I was able to text when finished and was picked up quickly. My vehicle was ready to go once I returned. Both the shuttle driver and service employee were great to work with!

After online shopping for several weeks and test driving a few full size SUV, my wife and I decided to stop by Suburban Nissan to check out an '21 Armada that seemed too be much lower than comparable vehicles. I figured the car was going to be in poor shape or have some other issues. Well, the Armada checked out and I closed on it 3 days later. Quay was very knowledgeable and walked us through the infotainment system features and other vehicle amenities the first night we stopped by. The night we paid for the vehicle, the 3 members of the team helping us moved the process along smoothly and quickly as possible, answering all questions. During delivery prep, they noticed a small trim piece missing on the truck, which I missed, ordered the replacement part, and will install at their cost. Very good experience. Highly recommend!

Had a great deal worked out on a sweet pathfinder but the family didn't agree....... yet. I will be working on convincing them and I'm sure i will, but i wanted to leave a review because it was a good shopping experience for a dealership.

Spoke to Brian yesterday afternoon about leasing a pathfinder. He did an amazing job with making my whole transaction smooth as well as Mike in financing. They both are very sweet and very honest. If you re looking to buy a car or lease a car he is the right guy for you. I love my new car and can t wait to do business with him again.

Cheryl Jones made my auto purchase experience one of THEE BEST EVER!! She was considerate, understanding and just awesome to work with. My child and I went to test drive some vehicles, and it was her interest in not just my opinion, but my child s opinion also that let me know we were in good hands. She was concerned for our comfort and safety. She also ensured that we selected a vehicle that was full of great amenities and fun to drive. We love our 2021 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Rogue!! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I recommend Cheryl Jones. She is very attentive and personable. In reachering the best deal on the internet for what I was looking for it brought me to this wonderful dealership. I called in spoke to a super helpful & efficient sales rep Quay. Coming from a different state I wanted him to thoroughly walk the car to send me any defects & test drive the car himself personally since I was coming from a bad test drive earlier that day.He greeted us with a warm smile had everything ready to go even the deal we worked out. The test drive was awesome the car lived up to exactly what I wanted/needed & I couldn't be happier with their entire team at this dealership to get me taken care of & go above & beyond to make sure my experience was the best!I would highly recommend Quay & Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills for your next vehicle purchase!!!!!

It was my time to get a new car. I've been driving Nissan cars for years, so I qualify for their Loyality pricing program. Basically it gives customers discounts for staying loyal to Nissan.My award winning salesman, Brian Evans, utilized the pricing software in order to work a deal. Because of my business' color, I wanted a coordinating car...in red. I saw what I was looking for and got more than expected.( touch screen, heated seats, handless rear door opener, etc...

Never buy a vehicle from this place. For one, their salesman had no clue about what they sell. After agreeing to a price, the salesman tried changing it. Also, they ended up charging my son twice for registration on his vehicle. When my son took possession of it, they damaged the windshield and sent a company to come out to replace it after many many calls. They did not tell the company to recalibrate it afterwards so my son was driving a vehicle without all the safety features it was supposed to have. Then they wanted him to drive an hour to them to recalibrate it. If I could, I would give negative stars for the total lack of professionalism they show. Will never buy another vehicle from them again.

First off I want to say thank you to Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills for restoring my faith in Nissan. I made the mistake of going to two other Nissan dealerships when I should have just came here first. The process was smooth and simple. Shaun Bradley was our salesman and he was amazing. No BS, worked out what we wanted and helped every step of the way. From the sales floor to financing, everyone was awesome. Thank you for everything!!

I have tried to reach the dealership via the online Chat they offer. Opening the Chat the greeting says "Someone from our team will be with you in less than 1 minute.". No true. 10 minutes later still no chat response - bot or human. Useless feature...

I purchased a 2020 Nissian Rouge 7/2023Still under WARRANTYNissian Dearborn did not fix what Ibrought the car in for.(there own digonois)White Smoke & Oil leak .I followed all of Nissian recommendations .3 ,other mechanic said I needed engine work . Nissian Suburban agreed that it was the engine & Denied the claim for there own trumped up technicalities Engine is under 50,000 milesBuyers Be Ware of Nissian Dearborn & Nissian SuburbanI'm Stuck with a unhonored WARRANTY

My leasing experience went very smoothly, and my superstar salesman Chris Clark was extremely knowledgeable and made himself readily available to me every step of the way, responding quickly to any questions I had. I was able to complete the sale and sign all of the documents from the comfort of my own home and then had my new vehicle driven out to me. Chris was able to find the right car for me at the right price, making sure to get me the best deal possible, and I couldn't be more grateful. I place a lot of trust in the people there at Suburban Nissan and plan to keep going back there for my vehicle needs.

I highly recommend Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills, especially Brian Evans, the best sales consultant I have ever met. Brian was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. He realized early on how exasperated and nervous car shopping makes me. He is very open and honest. He was very calming and reassuring in his demeanor. He recommended the best car for my lifestyle, as a single mom. He answered each of my questions and was very patient with all of my questions, as well. His kindness to everyone, both customers and co-workers, is very apparent and genuine. His professionalism is admirable. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me choose an amazing car. I chose the Rogue 2023, which I just love driving. I appreciate how easy and flawless the process of leasing a new car was at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills.
