Took our newly-leased CR-V in (without appointment) for A/C problem, got a ride home until it was fixed. Car was ready the next day after it was fully tested to ensure no more leaks. Nothing but efficient, courteous and professional service. Highly recommend Suburban Honda.

Ensure you complete your calculations prior to purchasing or leasing from this establishment. They presented me with an offer, collected a sum of money, and consumed three days of my time. However, just before finalizing the lease, they altered all the financial figures. It s not advisable to buy or lease a car from them.

We had been looking for a used car for awhile and I came across one I had saw online. I inquired about it and Joseph replied in a timely manner and made sure that the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. The car was sparkly clean and the whole process was very smooth and easy. Josh did an excellent job of making the best of a difficult situation in that our original salesman left the dealership just before our delivery date and management failed to notify us. That being said, Josh did a great job of meeting our expectations and went the extra mile to get things right! Would definitely recommend him to others interested in a Honda.

Purchase a vehicle for my brother. Everyone was friendly, customer service was great. Before completing the purchase I noticed the car windshield had a chipped. Sales manager and salesman assure me it ll be fixed. Finalize the purchase and a couple days later had to come back in to have it repaired. The repaired happened but the windshield still looks chipped, no cosmetic difference. The man who repaired it said he will talk to his manager about replacing the windshield. Fast forward I had to make several more phone calls and left many voicemails. No one called back or even cared to correct the problem. It s been 1 month already. He's still driving with a chipped windshield. He purchased his first vehicle from a reputable dealer only to find out they don t keep their words. Just be careful when making purchases. Be sure the vehicles in exactly the condition you want.

Do your homework before buying or leasing from here!I recently signed a 3-year lease for a new 2024 HR-V. I brought my dad with me to the dealership to assist my search. He knows a lot more about cars than me, and I know that having an older-looking man with me would help prevent sales reps from taking advantage of me - or so I thought.One of the few requirements I had when looking for a car was to have the ability to start the car from an app on my phone. I know that sometimes this will cost an additional fee, but I was ready to pay that. My parking situation at my apartment is not convenient in Michigan winters, so I wanted to have the ability to start the car, track it, and lock it all from my phone.When I asked the sales rep, Gigi, if this was available with the vehicle, she said yes. The finance person we worked with confirmed this as well. He said I would get a letter in the mail a week or so later that would give me information on how to enroll in the app.When the letter never came, I took matters into my own hands. Turns out, the car I already signed a lease for was never and will never be compatible with the Honda Link app features I was promised. When I contacted Gigi to figure more out about this, she apologized for the inconvenience.I asked for a discount or something to help remedy the mistake, but instead of taking accountability for a very major mistake in providing false information to sway my decision process, she offered me a free detailing and nothing else to make up for it.This is unacceptable. I'm not taking them up on a detailing, I'm capable of doing that myself for free. If you lie to customers to convince them to sign contracts, you should own up to it. Do your own research into a vehicle because the people here are uninformed about the cars they sell and/or liars.

They were extremely professional and handled my sevice request promptly with 100% satisfaction. I had bought my car at suburban honda on 2018 and I am glad that I chose this location otherwise I would have missed such an amazing service support team.

I had a WONDERFUL experience buying a used car here. I met with Aryn when I bought my car. And the car unfortunately had an issue within 24 hours of me driving off the lot, and they towed it back and fixed it at no cost to me. And it s been running great since! Would recommend Subruban Honda to anyone.

I came here to find a Honda Civic but decided to turn to a Toyota Corolla or Camry instead. The first day I met my sales person, he gave me a reasonable price for a Civic LX and texted me using a number ended with 1514, mentioned most his customers prefer to communicate this way. Later I found my wife prefers to have blind spot detection and that means I need to upgrade to EX so I texted him to ask for another quote. No reply after two days so I called his cell phone ended with 7703, he did not answer but sent me a message asking me to text him. I forwarded my previous messages to this number but no reply that day. The next morning I decided to move to another Honda dealer or a Toyota dealer, it is impossible to buy a car from a sales who does not answer you. Suddenly I got a message from the first number, thanked me for my patience and gave a very unreasonable offer. After I mentioned it might be my best option to switch to a Toyota Corolla and add blind spot detection, he gave me a deal too good to be true and asked me to pay a nonrefundable $2500 deposit so he can order an EX because he does not have one. Next day I met him in the office it looked he did not know the deal at all. After checking those text messages in his computer he told me it was his manager who communicated with me, his manager did not tell him anything about the deal and it can not be guaranteed. Also the deposit should be refundable. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!Seems both me and my review were treated as VIP (very ignored person). Below is my google review I just gave to Suburban Toyota, hope my bad experience at Suburban Honda will not happen to anybody else in the future."It was a very nice experience and I am enjoying my new Toyota Camry now. I called them last Wednesday and Garrett answered me. I was looking for a Corolla adding optional blind spot detection function. We talked about different options like order one from the maker (it will take 8 weeks so I do not want to wait), or have a third party to install it for me. I worried about the possible issue and would like to keep Camry with blind spot detection as an option. He reminded me a Camy is more expensive and give me quote though it was a little bit off his working hours. In our appointment last Saturday I told him my original plan is to buy a small car to save money and gas, also my garage is small. He pulled in numbers to show me that a Camry is very efficient and my Ford fusion 2013 is actually slightly wider. This definitely convinced me to move to a Camry. He recommended a Camry with promotion and color I like. Before the test drive I was curious about the ECO button, did not expect him to explain but he just started do it. Since there was already promotion we spent 5 minutes to lower the monthly payment and locked a deal quickly. He offered to deliver the car to my home then was surprised how close it is. Even the check out process was speeded up after I told him that my son has tennis class in the afternoon. I promised a 5 star review and here it is."

When my vehicle would not start because the battery was changed incorrectly, suburban told me to bring it in and see what they could find. Jeff Smith in the service department was very transparent on everything and got my vehicle up and running again along with an oil change all days before my scheduled appointment. I have been getting serviced, and will continue getting services at this dealership. Thanks suburban Honda and Jeff Smith!

My Honda CRV was in for repair...service team kept me updated on time and even found a taillight that needed replaced and was able to do that while getting repair. Courteous and friendly...even added air to a low tire before I left. Great customer service! Thank you Suburban Honda!

We had a great experience buying a new Accord at Suburban Honda. We visited / called around at least 4-5 different dealers in the area, and this was by far the most pleasing interaction. A very painless transaction from start to finish. Everyone assisting us, starting with Jon Quick, and all the way up to Karl, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager, was very helpful, courteous and efficient. We received a great price for the new car and excellent trade-in offer. Jon took his time getting my dad familiar with the new car, patiently answered every question and was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this location.

Went there to get a recall serviced and I got an email to provide feedback on my experience. So I did and was honest about my experience on that day. To me that was the end of it but the service manager contacted me trough email in a vey unprofessional manner and basically telling me don't step back on this dealer or else! I tried to contact the general manager through their website but I kept being forwarded to the sales department. Please see attached picture!
