Don't bother with service appointments. They will get to your vehicle when they feel like it. The appointment is only for the privilege of talking to the service person taking in the vehicle. They have the "too big to fail" mentality and have no idea about customer service. That is usually never sustainable. Lost my business...but they are too big to care.

My service manager was great but once again, the cashier pronounced my name incorrectly. I have been going to Serra Ford for several years now and the same woman who I have corrected and even asked her to just use my last name refuses to pronounce my name correctly or just say "Ms. Jackson" as I have asked. At this point it is a sign of disrespect because after the many times I have corrected her, she does not express any remorse which sends the message to me that she does not care that she is not being respectful.

Jim G in sales is great. Lease/credit personal not so. Service can take a while. No transmission technicians.

I called the day before to set an appointment for a test drive. Got there at my appt time. First had to wait 15 minutes in the showroom after they paged for the saleperson. Then they sat us at his desk and we waited another 10 minutes. He was supposedly washing a car but walked in with his coat on and threw 2 packs of cigarettes in his cabinet. ( Not washing a car) They made us wait for almost 20 minutes while they searched for the keys. Then he comes back and tells us the car is in service and wont be ready for a test drive until the afternoon. So we choose a different vehicle another 10 minutes and then we are told that the car has already been sold. Total time we wasted at this dealership was almost an hour. When i asked why when i made the appt they didnt tell us about the service on the car the salesman says well they dont know about it. He wasnt even aware that we actually had an appt until we walked in. The lack of customer service before even buying a car told me not to buy one from them. When you walk in the showroom is nice but it is all lipstick and what is underneath is not that nice. Then to add insult to injury as we are pulling into out driveway he calls and says the car is out and ready for a test drive ( we live 15 minutes from the dealership) what the hell happened to this afternoon it was only 1030. told him we were not interested in driving back to the dealership. Again if they are this disorganized before you buy a vehicle what are they going to be like for after sales service. Run away and dont go there!!!

My purchase at Serra was my first Ford and my first time dealing with them. I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience. Both sales and finance were transparent and happy to explain anything I had a question about. This was the best dealership experience I ve ever had, and I ve owned a ton of cars.

Serra Ford Farmington Hills and Steve Pinneo are the best! My first choice was not available when I first called, but Steve was on the case. Within a week, he called me to say that a vehicle had become available. I was pleased with the trade-in value received which was higher than what two or three other dealerships offered. The finance process was smooth and efficient. I am very pleased with the finance rate I received; the finance team worked hard at finding me the best/lowest rate. Overall, I feel confident in saying that customers won't be disappointed.

I made an appointment online for service and stated I needed a rental. When I got there, they didn't have a car for me nor knew anything about the appointment. I was told I should call for an appointment instead. Why offer online appointments if you are not going to check to see if anyone booked one. The worst part is they didn't offer to correct their mistake. If you need service, find another Ford Dealer.

Serra Ford was great in helping us get into a new vehicle even after another dealership told us they couldn't get us a similar car for months!Everyone we worked with were very professional.We would definitely consider them again in the future and will likely be returning when our vehicles need servicing.

I'm very happy with my experience at Serra Ford. I waited 6 months for my truck to be built but I couldn't be happier. I love my Ranger. My salesperson Christine is wonderful and I would recommend her if looking for a salesperson.

Great experience with Will, Max and Logan. They kept us up to date with where our car was in the production process and had us ready to go within 72 hours of the Vehicle being delivered to the dealership. Great experience. Highly Recommend.

You can TRUST them to keep you SAFE on the road!! Brandon and his team were truly wonderful! They all do everything in their power to treat you with respect, explain things until you completely understand and all with kindness and compassion even during the nationwide shortage of mechanics and parts. I wish I knew the mechanics name because he even spent time kindly explaining things to me in the midst of his busy schedule. Their jobs must be incredibly stressful, but you wouldn't know it. They all DO keep us safe and should be appreciated for that. Devon even washed my car at 6:59 pm as they were all ready to walk out the door and handed me the keys with a big ol grin on his face like he was giving me the gift he truly was. My car needed a bath as badly as it needed work lol PS, I previously had not known anyone here. I definitely will be going back.

I lease from Serra Ford. I have an awesome, amazing lease agent, Reggie. The entire staff is wonderful and professional. The dealership itself is clean, orderly. You can lease or purchase an auto at 1000s of dealers across our state but Serra Ford in Farmington Hills is definitely top notch for me.

The staff at Serra Ford (formerly Tom Holzer) have been taking care of myself and my vehicles for years. I am always so satisfied with the level of service and detail every staff member, especially Will Kent and Max Onica, show when taking care of my car needs. I am confident with every person I recommend go see Will for their car needs because I have experienced first hand the high level of service he and Max provide their customers. Thank you Will & Max!

Great experience. Charles T made sure that I am taking care of 100% and showed me around the vehicle inside out. I was very happy that I drove the extra 40 min to go there VS the one dealer that is 5 min from my house.

T. Golden was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable about our new Ford Explorer. He had all his ducks in a row so it made the leasing of our new vehicle very smooth and streamlined . Will definitely return to him and this dealership!

Kept vehicle overnight for an oil change. Demanded that the whole console needed to be replaced because the bottom of the cup holder was broken. Cross Traffic System was faulty - demanded that the module change for this safety issue would cost $1200. When declined for this job - still charged $200 for diagnostics. No review of service - just got directed to cashier to pay and then thrown out like garbage. Customer focus and service could do with an overhaul!

Parts are in short supply. Need a transmission part but nothing in USA right now. Can't use my truck for 3 months they say. Told the rep. to order the part. Hopefully he did.

Car had a TSB issued against it. Car was fixed without charge, runs fine so far. However, dealer gave us incorrect info on how to be reimbursed for rental car and towing due to this TSB. I had to call Ford Motor directly to find out how to be reimbursed (responsibility of dealer, per Ford) and have been trying to contact the dealer for several days to resolve this but dealer is not returning my messages.

Both times I took my Shelby GT350 to Serra it came back with greasy doors, hood and (the last time) on the gas door. They also leaned into the engine bay without covering the quarter panel resulting in spider scratches on it. I'm not a fan and I'm not going back. Twice burned is enough.

Takes way too long. Guy there for oil change was there 2 1/2 hours. Took me 1 1/2 hours to sign papers to buy out lease. Staff is professional and friendly but who has that kind of time?
