I've passed his information along to others, looking for a new vehicle. Coworkers, family members... He's an asset to Serra Ford and Ford Motor Company in general. I'll always be driving a Ford and I'll always be dealing with Derrick for my next F-150.

I had a great experience replacing my F150 lease. Blake as always made made it very easy to find the replacement car fulfilling all my wishes. Blake was really friendly and accommodating. The financial process was straightforward as used to be. (It s my 4th F150 from this place). I really would recommend this dealership.

First time purchasing a vehicle through Ford and this was the best dealership experience I've had. Will and Bruce specifically went beyond my expectations to get me into the car I wanted. NEW Review on Oil change: I am impressed, yet not surprised (again) by another wonderful experience at Serra Ford in Farmington Hills. Art S. from the service department was absolutely top notch - kind, polite, and knowledgeable when I brought my Ford Edge in for an oil change on January 11th of this year. (2024). After finding out that one of my closest friends passed away on Monday the 8th (age 41), I was having a tough start to my week. Art's kindness, updates, and prompt service did not go unnoticed. These qualities are what set teams and good companies apart from the rest. I am willing to bet that he is a valuable asset to your already awesome team here, - along with Karen Mallad from the sales side of things. I was fortunate to work directly with Karen Mallad. Trust me when I say that, not all Karen s are Karen s, like we hear about. Karen is not your average cars saleswoman. She is the furthest from pushy and does not attempt to pressure you into anything. Karen takes the time to listen, responds promptly, and will work her butt off to get you exactly what you need. I was treated like family. Because I didn't feel safe driving my car, Tom Holmes drove it personally and took it into service immediately. Before I could check the following day, Tom called with an update and a loaner since it needed to be kept over the weekend. Tom exhibited customer service at its finest and went so far as to insure I was familiar with the controls, etc. of the loaner (quite different from my 2018!) before I drove off. Tom Holmes and the Serra Ford team are outstanding. I remain a delighted customer!

Leaving a very satisfied and happy customer! Christine went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be. My situation wasn t an easy one, lots of factors came into play, but I truly believe she pointed in the most logical direction. She worked her tail off to get me into a safe and reliable car. I can t thank her enough or say enough good things about her. Shoutout to Ashley B. as well. I know she played a role in all of this as well. If you want a courteous and kind gentleman to handle your new vehicle needs, please treat yourself to a stress free experience with Nick Watson. We did most of the numbers over the phone. I test drove three different vehicles before finally choosing a Ford Edge. It was equipped the way I wanted and it fit my budget. I will gladly send my friends and family to see Nick and feel secure he will treat them like family. Great experience! Highly Recommend!!

Really great experience with Scott Shawbitz. Needed two new vehicles after driving company vehicles the last 10 years. Scott had us in and out with no pressure of any kind.Locked in our vehicles on Saturday and took delivery on Monday when Scott arranged for us to have a shuttle so I could get both cars home that night instead of planning rides later in the week. Overall a very great experience. Would highly recommend.

I was a Tom Holtzer Ford client and have continued to return after Serra took over. I ve never had any issues until now. 1) the Ai voice answering service is horrible. It forces you to leave a message with service and then hangs up on you, kicking you out of the line. 2) whoever Peyton is, needs to be taught about customer service and retention. The first time she answered, I said hello. She said something to the effect of what kind of vehicle can I help get you into? I said I m not looking for a vehicle. I m trying to reach the service department to make an appointment. Peyton goes silent. Then I hear the phone being rumbled with and she hangs up in my face. I call back, she answers again and I say, I just called and was hung up on. Not sure if it was on purpose or not but I m trying to reach the service department. Peyton says let me try to connect you, in a tone that sounded like irritation. I say thank you. Peyton goes yep, then puts me on hold. I m sorry but saying yep, to a customer who not only just said thank you to you but was 100% kind to you is the equivalent of saying you re not welcome. I m just doing my job. I d rather not be bothered by you. It s unacceptable. I initially gave 2 stars but I added an extra star because of the nice lady who called me back (Emily). She extended the same respect that she received. Delivered customer service as expected. That s all I expect. Nothing extra. Just respect your customers and have basic manners that are taught to kindergartners ( you re welcome comes after a thank you). Basic. Manners.

Lynda DeRosia has helped me for the past couple of years with lease cars for my parents and then most recently, with a lease car for my daughters. Lynda was very helpful in finding the perfect car for them (and us). We really appreciate Lynda for going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, downloaded the Ford Pass app and set it up and understood all the features in the car.

Will Kent has been my salesman for over 4 years now at Serra Ford and he is truly the mossy charismatic person there. He takes the extra mile to make sure each customer feels like they are getting the best deal on a car they can, and making every customer know exactly what each sale looks like. Jim Grzywacz/Sales Consultant greatly assisted with my last order for a 2024 Ford Edge since the vehicle will no longer be built. Upon arrival he quickly prepped the vehicle along with all the paperwork as we scheduled a day for pick up of my new vehicle for lease. Jim along with his staff walked us through all the paperwork and before we knew it Jim was placing new license plates on our car as he was explaining all the new features to my wife along with getting her phone synced up for use in the vehicle. We both planned on when we could expect the arrival of our new order and the expected lease pricing. As it turned out we were close on both. Alex Hamilton was great! I go to him all the time for my car leases and/or financing. I would most definitely recommend him to everybody! Also, he s so nice and easy to work with. He doesn t make you feel uncomfortable and he always makes sure that you are well aware of what you re buying and does a consistent breakdown.

Had an amazing experience finding my dream Bronco! Michael made getting the buying process started really easy and Adam was really friendly and quick to finalize everything. They both do a great job! Ron Block is the only car salesman on earth that does exactly what the customer wants. Every couple years, I simply email him what I want, in what color, with what features. Within minutes, he sends a price. No trying to redirect me to something else, no persuading me get something I didn't ask for, no withholding pricing info, no stalling by telling me to come in first, no "well-how-much-do-you-want-to-spend" games. No nonsense. I have bought or leased 15 cars in my lifetime, and 5 of them have been with Ron. Every experience with Ron was perfect, and every experience without Ron (other dealerships) was so exhausting and frustrating that I would leave vowing to never go to any dealership ever again. The older I get, the less tolerance I have for people wasting my time - I would rather walk to work than have to deal with a stereotypical car salesperson or dealership. Unless you have a fetish for pain, I suggest you go to Serra and ask for Ron. "New car day" is supposed to be exciting and fun, so don't go somewhere or give your money to someone who spoils that. Thank you Ron and Serra team for another new car purchase that went exactly as it should!

Just leased my second car from Jim Grzywacz at Serra Ford Farmington Hills. We met Jim in 2021 after having little satisfaction from other car sales staff at other dealers.
