Great service I will be back<- this is what Gary wrote when he asked me to write a review. He asked me for my phone to get to the link. He wrote that as he was "helping" me get to the site. This is false!This is my review I wrote on MR. MUFFLER Google review...9/17: Got my car repaired there this weekend. I shall see how it holds up. Scary after looking at some of these reviews and knowing they enter a review for you. I'll see in a few days, weeks, months how things hold up. But I see from reviews they do a lot of price gouging. I'll call around to see the cost for my repair to see if I got hoodwinked.Update 9/28: I am at a different shop right now about my car. They said they would have charged $800 less than Mr. MUFFLER. And Mr MUFFLER spray painted the exhaust pipe under my car as well as left weld stuff under the car. I have pictures. They have high ratings cause they enter their own reviews.They left the cap to my headlight on the transmission. They left the break cap off but why. They didn't need to do ANYTHING with my break liquid.Call BBB, sate of mi attorneys general office, corporate office and the news.Service: Exhaust

I tell the guy I need front brake pads & rotors on my Subaru Outback. They have a coupon on their site for pads & rotors for $225. He tells me it's more because my car isn't domestic, quotes me $300. Okay. They do the work. After I left, I check the receipt, it's lists pads but no rotors. They didn't replace the rotors. Feel like I got bait & switched. Not going back.

Gary is the guy who runs the shop, he's down to earth and will help do his best to make sure you're a satisfied customer. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs any works done, foreign or domestic. Ask for Gary. He's the man..

Gary is an absolute gem! We wanted to get a 20 yr old MB back on the road after sitting in mom s garage for two years, and K&F didn t disappoint! Two days and $700 less than the dealership quoted us the car was back on the road!

I was told breaks for my M850i BMW would be $550, I called back to ask were the brakes OEM he replied no and that the only difference was the price. then he said by the way I may not be able to get you the breaks for $550 it will actually cost you $1000 and the will not be OEM either. I canceled the job and went to pick my car up, when I got in the car there were several lights on for breaks, traction control and the car was stuck in sport mode. He told me to drive it for a mile and the lights should go off. THEY DID NOT AND AS I WAS DRIVING MY SIDE MIRRORS WOULD GO IN AND OUT AS OF THE CAR WAS PARKED!!! NOW I HAVE TO GO TO BMW BECAUSE THEY SAID ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE THE TIRE OFF YET MY CAR IS SHOWING SEVERAL ALERTS!

Gary and the crew took me in last min and was very perfessonal with me. I had just moved to Michigan recently and been to a couple mechanics but there is no way I'm going to any other mechanic after the service he showed me. He even worked with me alittle with the price after I couldn't afford it! He is one of those guys that are actually looking out for people like us and I'm sure if u come to him he will do the same for you! This is the second time I came to Gary. Always great customer service and my car is definitely in great hands.Updated! 3rd time seeing Gary. Always honest. His prices are reasonable and I'm always happy with his service. Even if you can't get your car fixed in one day there is a rental place in the same parking lot. He works on more than mufflers so give him a call.

Got me in same day, diagnostics took less than 2 hours. The owner is very nice and personable and is willing to do the upmost for his clients. He is very sweet and honest which is nice being a girl who sometimes can be taken advantage of in the auto industry. Will be referring friends and family to this business as the owner and his team took care of me and my car! THANK YOU

I came in last minute to get a repair completed after someone stole a part from my business vehicle and the staff was amazing!!! He saw I was distressed and worried and he said he d take care of me. The price was very reasonable and they really worked with us to get us back on the road quickly! I ll definitely be back again for all repair needs!

Check their BBB Reviews. On Jan 6th, I brought my car to K&F(which is also Mr Muffler) for the battery issue. On Jan 7th morning Gary, the front desk, told me the alternator was broken as well and Gary told me to change for a new alternator. On the afternoon, I took the car back and noticed the alternator is still the old one, there s no sign for any repair and asked about it but Gary denied. However, in the same day I asked 2 more mechanics and they did the inspection on my car and it is confirmed the alternator is still the old one and no work has been done on my alternator. The person in the store looks nice, but they are shady inside. You should not come to this place for any kind of service

These guys got me in the same day I called, they were done fixing up my car that day in no time. She wouldn't start and kept dying and now there's no problems. And they have great flexible prices!!! Highly recommend

Nobody wants an emergency repair, but when my transmission went out completely, I found myself in front of K&F Auto repair.What a blessing that turned out to be!Gary got me a new transmission in less than 48 hours, at a reasonable price. He was fast friendly and did a wonderful job. The dealership would have taken five days just to see my car! I was so impressed, I brought our other car in for a corroded headlight. Great service again and great work again. Gary is one of the best, if not THE best mechanic I've encountered in years. Highly, highly recommend for jobs big and small.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair
