Seems to be the place to take your RV or other vehicle. I got a number of recommendations for this place. Took my RV to diagnose and fix a battery phantom draw issue. Ended getting a kill switch installed. Also got 6 new tires installed on the RV. it took two weeks to get the RV back. However, that is not too bad this time of year when everyone is getting their RVs out. General RV was 5 weeks out. The only negative I have for Garrett's is they are very expensive. I had no choice but to use them this time. But I would try to shop around next time.

Garrett Auto is the only place you should be taking any and all of your vehicles, Kevin personally took care of our transmission warranty through the dealership and we didn't have to lift a pinky finger! He even went to bat for us with Chrysler when they said the transmission and cooler lines were not under the manufactures warranty. After it was all said and done we walked into Garrett Auto and paid ZERO dollars! Brand new transmission and cooler lines with fluid! Thank you so much to Kevin , Phil and any of the mechanics that had to deal with the van! We will not go to any other repair facility again! Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!

Phil greeted me and quickly wrote up our order...I gave him some time parameters and he exceeded my expectations by delivering my RV two days earlier than expected. In the future all my mechanical issues will be addresses by Garrett,'s Trucking!!

Excellent service! They made the experience simple and stayed in great communication the whole time. I have a 2008 Ford F-450 diesel truck that needed lots of work done (including a new water pump). They took care of everything and the truck is running better than when I bought it. They do great work and I m very happy with my experience. I definitely recommend them!

My 7.3 powerstoke started turning on service engine soon light. Found shop off internet and drove up to see when I could bring vehicle,they said bring it anytime and they will diagnose it and get back with me. Shop has a pretty cool feature which comes over your phone by text messages of what thier findings where and also pictures of such. Phil was really great to work with and at keeping me informed of issue. After appoving all such issues with truck I got it back in about 2 weeks just before I needed to tow trailer. Truck is running great again and I will be taking vehicle to them if and when I have issue. I recommend if you have a diesel this is The shop to take it to. Thank you so much.

Wonderful place to get your diesel vehicle repaired with no drama!!Phil is a living god,!!They did everything, He said they were going to do , at exactly the time frame, He said they were gonna do it, at the price, He said it was going to be done for. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Garrett auto and truck repair!!!

They were great, very responsive with updates on my truck. Very professional and got in done in 1 1/2 days after getting it into the bay. They are my goto shop now. It's worth it to use them because they only work on diesels. You don't go to your dentist because your knee hurts. Thanks again kevin you guys rock.

My Class A RV needed a catalytic converter. Garrett got the part and got the job done. I found them to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating of my schedule. It s easy to see why they ve been successful for all these years. I highly recommend them.

I came to Garrett Auto & Truck through their sister company Motor City Trailer Repair. Twice now I have used this great company to perform work on my trailer. I received excellent service from Kevin and his team. I highly recommend using them for any needs you have.

I took my 1999 f250 ford 7.3 diesel that was leaking oil from the engine high pressure pump. They got my truck in diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Kevin from Jim

This is the second time I have taken my Motorhome to Garrett Auto and Truck Service. Great experiences both times. Straight forward, good communication and good work. I believe the shop rate for Motorhomes is probably appropriate for the area, and it s worth the No-hassle and trust.

They charged me 10x the cost for a few roll up door parts, I'm guessing because I'm an individual walk-in sale, can't deny it's a great way to keep us away.

Excellent experience! Jason Spencer is very thorough and detailed oriented. Best service and recommendations for future service I have ever had... very fair assessment. Truck runs smoothly, like it's brand new!

I love this place! I have been taking all of my cars here after recommendation! They have helped with tires, control arms, oil changes, and simple fixes! The quick help out was impressive and never heard complaints about getting the service I wanted! Professional work, with smiles and great jokes! Also have helped prep my previous cars in the past to sell! Helped tremendously since I'm a female and would have no idea how to go about it!

Took my 2013 Ford E350 Pleasure-way RV in because I was having bad steering issues driving over 60 mph. They were great to work with and communicated every step of the way. They fixed the problem and it drives great now. From the girl at the front desk to the guys working on the van everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Great shop! Helped us get back on the road after being stranded in Detroit. Gave us a fair price for a major repair and when one of the parts from GM was defective they fixed that for free. Would highly recommend these guys.

Great experience here! Been having my old Taurus make strange rattling sounds for over month but was afraid it would cost me an arm and a leg to get it checked out.Was recommended to try this place and they got me in the very next day, looked at it within a few hours of me dropping it off, and only charged me $66 to fix the problem. Turned out to be a simple fix but they easily could have charged me the $120 they quoted me for the inspection but they were super honest and chose not to. Highly recommended and nice-looking shop to boot!

Garrett's saved our vacation! They were able to fix our motorhome and get us on the road very quickly. Sarah was very professional, and kept us in the loop every step during the repairs. We also thought it was great that they will email and text information too!

They are located next to Chrysler/Jeep dealership. Wanted to replaced CCV filter on 2021 ram 3500 diesel. Asked for $500. Extremely overpriced.

Took truck in for an alignment. While they got the toe inline, castor and camber adjustments were not made and a mild pull to the right was experienced. Due to a miscommunication, I was told that this was just the way it was going to be. Anyway, I took my truck to another shop who got the issue resolved rather quickly with another alignment.I called Garrett auto to express my concern over the situation, and they determined that it was a communication error between the technician and front office. They offered me a full refund and mailed me a check. I would go back if I needed service knowing they are good, honest people.

Took my 1995 RV (new to me) in for inspection. Personnel there were very helpful since I had little knowledge on this type of vehicle. Their estimate was very detailed on what was needed after the electrical & mechanical inspections. I did not see any areas that were padded or incorrect and I am having all the work completed that they suggested. Sarah was especially helpful and friendly throughout the process. They will be my go-to repair shop for the future.
