They are user friendly. No red tape about appts. And waiting. Easier then scheduling through the dealer. The mechanic showed me my dirty air filter, and how it should look. This company is my preference!

These guys got my oil changed, fluids topped off, and tires filled faster than I could check in at a dealership. Pricing is very reasonable too! Would definitely recommend if you re looking for a quality pit stop

Just moved into town and this place is right down the road. Before I even rolled up they were preparing for my car. Very professional, kind, explained everything very well when explaining the price.

Outstanding! I have been going here for the last 6 months for my oil changes and they never disappoint. The shop is clean and everyone works very efficiently. I needed rear brakes badly and not only did they change my breaks and rotors at a great price, the cleaned the entire area where there breaks were and everything looked immaculate when they were done. The brakes are top notch as well. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

I have had my oil and other fluids changed here for 10 plus years. The faces have changed a bit, but they still have the same great service. You may think the recommendations are a way for them to make extra money and it is, but they aren't trying to steal from you, they are only trying to help preserve the life of your vehicle or vehicles. I have all my fluids flushed at the manufacturers recommended times, this place has the right tools and the staff has been trained for these specific tools to properly flush your system. Its important to keep your car running smooth.

Very nice people and manager. Offer free water bottles during oil changes. Plus you get free car wash. All for just a very competitive priced quick conventional engine oil change. This is my go to place for oil changes. I also got my transmission oil changed and my oil was so old that they said they needed to cycle it twice than normal. Grade A customer service. One issue I had was they accidentally overcharged me on a conventional oil and offered to retract and reprocess payment, but I said to just give me discount on my next oil change and they were cool with that too! I ve been here at least 3x now and service is pretty consistent.

I ve been getting my oil changed here for years. The prices are fair and service is unmatched.They are experts beyond their listed services, so I even go to them about repairs before I go anywhere else because THEY go above and beyond!With my busy schedule, I can be forgetful. Kal and his team are always patient and informative. Because of them my vehicle is safe for my little one and me.

Amazing service, came to inquire about brake pads. They had them in stock and replaced them in an hour. Really personable and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend all their services.

Take a visit if you're looking for a good deal with honest, efficient employees! I started coming here for oil changes after I read good reviews and I've been a customer ever since. Recently I got my brakes replaced with them and it was a great price! Much better then some other local brake shops. And of course, with each visit you get the ticket for a free car wash next door! Highly recommend!

I will never go to another shop for an oil change. They are polite, honest, and the prices are fair. At my last visit, They were able to patch a hole in one of my tires, change out my brake pads, and rotated my tires. Top Notch Service!!! The men that serviced my car gave me their recommendations based my vehicle s needs. I don t live in the area, but for excellent, quality service, it s definitely worth the drive. AND the bonus is that the oil change reminder sticker was placed with thought instead of slapped on the middle of the windshield like most places do

I live pretty close to many oil change/repair shops, but I will ALWAYS drive the extra couple minutes to come to Future Quick Lube. They have never let me down. The guys in there are personable, understanding; they remember you, and are funny and keep things light. They go above and beyond to make sure your car and the owner are satisfied and in tip top shape. I once couldn't go pickup my car because I didn't have a ride, so one of the guys from Quick Lube literally came and picked me up that way I could come get my car. They are the best in Livonia, maybe even best in the state, and I will always be going there to get my car fixed up.Services: Tires, Brakes

The service here is absolutely amazing. They are always so kind to me and do honest work. Not only are they trustworthy and efficient, but they don t try to scam you into buying everything! Moe and the crew at Future Quick Lube are the ONLY people I let touch my car! They also throw in a free car wash stub with every purchase that can be used at the business right next door. I had a infiniti g37 for 2 years and now i got a toyota 4 runner and i been using these guys since i moved in Farmington. They are so professional with their work and always know how to treat their costumers right. I recommend these guys to everyone that wants an oil change done right and fast. Awesome service. Everyone is super friendly. Brought my moms car in for an a/c charge. They made sure it was blowing ice cold and took it for a test drive to insure it was. I went to another place before finding Future Quick Lube and paid $70 more for the same service. While sitting in the hot car they were kind enough to give us Popsicles and a fan during the service. I recommend everyone to visit here. Bonus they offer a free car wash with an oil change.

These guys never cease to amaze me with every visit. Extremely kind and professional. They're super precise and always quick with my service. (Even when there's a little extra to do - they get it done FAST)They keep me updated on more than just my oil changes, too. Fantastic customer service. Went in for an oil change and it was very quick and the manager was very personable. I was given a bottle of chilled water upon arrival on a 90 degree day. Also, they have windshield repair on site that is super fast and they help you work with insurance - I had a zero payment for it in the end! Deserving of 5 stars! I ll be back.UPDATE: came back 7 months later and had another great experience with high class customer service. This place deserves the business they get. Wonderful!

I absolutely love these guys! I went for an oil change and found an honest group to take care of of my 2010 Mazda. They have done my brakes, changed my headlights fixed some minor damage from when I ran over a downed tree and so much more! I have called other places for service and my estimates were literally double! A friend of mine told me that I could barely do it myself for less! I am so appreciative of how well they take care of my car!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Amazingly quick service from people who talk to you like they actually care about your car and your business instead of just seeing dollar signs. From the moment you pull up, they are friendly and inviting and show you what they are talking about instead of the Firestone Fill, Pay and Go Away attitude. I rarely leave a car shop and feel happy about the service, especially enough to write a review; but this experience totally changed my mind.

Took my car to Future Quick Lube for an oil change a few years ago because the location was convenient. Since then, I've been coming back every time my car needs an oil change. I don't even bother calling around town to find the lowest prices anymore, because their full synthetic price is reasonable and I always leave Future Quick Lube knowing they did everything right (those of you who've gotten bad oil changes at other places will definitely appreciate this place). The mechanics always show me the dipstick, so I can see that it's topped off and the oil is clean, and they check my air filters and let me know their prices, without ever trying to force an over-priced sale on me like other places. I get a free car wash coupon with every oil change and they'll top off my oil in between changes for free if needed. So, if you want a reasonably priced, fast oil change in a friendly, professional shop, I would recommend stopping by Future Quick Lube!

I had a great experience! They were fast, got my stuff done in no time and it didn't put a hole in my pocket! Moe was the guy who worked on my car, he was the friendliest man alive, and is one of those guys that make you want to go here and no where else! Great shop! Highly recommended it for anyone.
