They were very informative and helpful throughout the process of getting my car repaired and they were able to get it back to me sooner than I expected. I dropped it off on a Wednesday, they called me later that day estimating it to be ready Thursday or Friday the following week. It ended up being ready for pickup that Tuesday morning so in 4 business days my car was repaired. Great work and great service!

Feldman Collision is an excellent source for automotive body repair. Their team inside was courteous and clear about the work they were doing. My vehicle was finished in an acceptable amount of time and the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend this business for automotive body repair work.

Took my car to them for repair on a claim because they quoted a shorter time on the repair than anyone else. I had coverage for 30 days of car rental. After having the car for 2 weeks, Jeff called me to tell me he had issues with the State Farm claims adjuster and wanted ME to call them and work it out, even though I had no idea what the issue was. So I called and State Farm said all Jeff had to do was send in an explanation why the item should be covered. In the meantime my rental days are ticking away. I called Jeff's boss, Steve, who said he would call me back the next business day. He did not, so I called and tracked him down and he said everything was resolved and I would have my car back by the end of the following week. That did not happen. Consequently, I got a call from Enterprise on Friday saying my rental coverage would expire on Monday. So I called and talked to Jeff who informed me that he couldn't get the part and had no idea how long it would be. Worse, he couldn't put my car back together so I could at least drive it while they waited. I tried calling the dealership to talk to the general manager and was told that he and the other manager were out of town until Monday. I spoke with the head of service, Matt, who assured me over and over again that he would make sure someone addressed my concern on Monday. So here it is, Monday, and surprise, surprise, no call from anyone, I called and can't get anyone of the managers on the line. So now I have to either pay for a rental car for an indefinite period of time, or try to borrow someone's car, because they have no loners and no resolution for an issue that I feel they created with their disputes with State Farm. At the very least they could have continued to communicate with me and tell me they couldn't get the part. Terrible, terrible customer service. And Jeff told me this happens all the time. Unacceptable.

Recently, I had moderate accident damage to my Chevy Traxx and had it towed to Feldman for repair. They had my vehicle way too long, one month, while not calling or communicating to me openly throughout the repair process. Michael, who was my repair contact person was rude and argumentative whenever I called and questioned him about the length of time they had my vehicle even abruptly placing me on hold in the middle of our conversation and disconnecting my phone call on another occasion. I would not recommend using this body shop to anyone looking for efficiency and professionalism as they do not treat customers as though they are appreciated and respected.

Had my car towed there, the towing company Feldman recommended charged almost $500 for a $200 tow. Feldman charged $80 a day to have it parked in their lot, and refused to work on it after the insurance company totaled it even though it was just a fender and bumper that I wanted to fix. Had it towed for $200 to Crestview Cadillac in Rochester and they are fixing it. My opinion would be to avoid this place.

Jeff Shepard was very friendly and helpful. They took my car in, told me it would be 5-7 business days, and it was done in 4. It was also returned to me cleaner both inside and out. All in all, a pretty painless experience for something that is often a hassle.

Do not take your vehicle here for any type of repairs. After running over a dead deer, I took my vehicle in to see if there was any damage to the underside of my SUV. Feldman collision in Farmington estimated my repairs to be $3676.43. The estimate showed my exhaust system needed to be totally replaced, the drive shaft was bend and needed to be replaced, air conditioning unit needed to be recharged and the cross center-brace strap needed to be replaced. I took my SUV to another dealer for a second estimate and my total repair was only $155 for fixing my cross center brace which was the only damage, everything else was fine. Beware of this collision shop!

It would be nice to get a call back from the manager of this shop. I guess because it was a warranty paint job that needs redone, you don't care!!!!!
