I would be extremely careful dealing with this business. I was quoted a price to tint my SUV and scheduled an appointment at the Livonia store. Right before my appointment they called and asked me to take my vehicle to other store in Farmington. The worker tinted only 2 front windows, brings the vehicle out and tells me that the price quoted over phone was to tint only front 2 windows and not the rear windows. Now I am asked to pay twice from their original quote to get the passenger side completed, what is absolutely absurd and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great!!! Great!!! Fast Service first time here and definitely will be bringing my others vehicles. The shop manager Eric and Dom are very professional. Nice and clean air conditioning waiting area. Never go to this place. What you will get, what you paid for. I purchased a Tint deal from Group On, and the price was attractive, but their service is horrible. It was one of the worst ones I experienced. They damaged my door panel (puncture mark) and didn't assemble the door panel properly, and it caused me to go to the dealer and repair it. I called the owner and one of the people who work there ask me to send an E-mail to him and he told me that it is the best way to communicate with the owner - I guess a phone call is faster than an E-mail. There is a reason why you go. You need to pay a little more money to tint the car window.Even he lied to me. He said that he heard what the employee explained to me on the window bubble. But when I talked with his employee, he was not there. Never ever go to this place to Tint the window. I really regret going to this place.I totally agree with the other reviewer who had an issue with this place.Update: As I mentioned to you, I contacted your store and one of your employees asked me to send E-mail that I don't have information on.

We've waited weeks before we chose to leave this review as we were hoping they would make this right. We have left several messages for this owner (Nick) to call, but as of today, no calls. Below is a detailed outline of our horrible experience.My son found this place and wanted to get the rear lower bumper wrapped in black vinyl. Dr Tinto, agreed to do it for $140 the next day. So I dropped off the car at 10:40 am and was told they only needed about an hour or so to complete it. They had me put my phone number down saying they would call when it was done. I left to go back to work, and figured I d be able to pick it up around lunchtime.Around 1:55 pm after not hearing from them, I called their shop and asked if the car was done yet. The guy who answered the phone said they were almost done and needed another half hour or so. I was super busy that day at work, and could not sit there waiting, so I told them I ll just come by a bit later, and asked them to call me when they were done. I rode to lunch with a co-worker, so he would drop me off afterwards thinking my car would certainly be ready by then.Its 3:35 pm now and again no call informing me the car was done, so I called again, and was surprised to hear my car was still not ready. He said " it was still on the hoist", but that they d be done soon. I specifically told them that if it is not ready now while I had a ride available, I would have to pick it up after work.5:30 came, and unbelievably, still zero phone calls. I called them, but this time, no answer. Their google listing said they close at 6 pm, so I headed straight there and guess what..... They were closed and locked my car inside with no keys or anyone around to help me. I called and called, but no answer. I was furious with them doing this to me. I was over 50 miles away from home and they left me stranded without my car or as much as a courtesy phone call informing me that they were closing soon. The irresponsibility was frustrating and very unprofessional to say the least. I wish this was the end of the story.....The next day, my 16 year old son drove over an hour in each direction to pick up the car. We thought we would never have to deal with this company again but after seeing the job they did, I was dis-satisfied to say the least. It appears they didn't bother to take the license plate off to wrap behind it, and instead they cut around it and their lines were jagged and stuck out like a sore thumb. The job did not look neat or professional. And by the next morning, the wrap started to peel off in several different areas.My son contacted the owner and sent him pictures of the peeling wrap, but Nick chose to block us instead of offering a refund or to fix it. Whenever we called the business number, we were told we had to "deal with the owner" who was not there of course, but he would be back Friday.So that Friday morning, we drove there for the 3rd time. Nick was not there, and the workers said they would not refund our money, and didn't have the time to fix it. In fact, they closed the overhead door on me and were very argumentative the whole time. I then went inside the office and was met with another worker there who was at least reasonable and listened to my complaints. This worker said he was the main installer however, he was not there the day my car was done. In fact, he told me that if he would have been there, he would have told us that our car (Ws6 Trans Am) was not a good candidate for wrap as he had a friend with the same car and his wrap failed as well. So they ended up removing it and painted it instead. I wish I was given this information at the time so I could have made a better decision. He said he would have the owner call me.As of today, it's been over a week later and still no call from Nick. It s unfortunate, and it appears my only remedy is this negative review and a small claim case against them in court. Fair is fair and this company appears to have low standards in their product, and horrible customer service.

Two weeks ago I got my entire car tinted besides the front windshield. While I was there, I got excellent service and they got it done rather quickly. Due to the cold, I still have not rolled down any windows 2 weeks later. However there are bubbles on every single window. It s as if they have no ventilation system in their shop or just did a very poor job at cleaning the windows before applying the tint. I have tried to call the shop with no success. I would think twice before trying to save a buck here.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I couldn't be more happy with the service and tint that I received. Tint looks absolutely amazing! Definitely worth the upgraded additions. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I've recommend this place to all my friends. Will be back in the future for a wrap

Purchased a Groupon to get 2 front windows done on my mom new Ford Edge! Service was quick and professional, they even pulled up my Groupon,matched my tint had us in and out with a unlimited warranty as long as you keep your receipt. Staff friendly and professional

I made a appointment for Saturday 11/5/22 at 8 am. I show up to a closed business, waited for 20 minutes then left. I call at 8:45 they guy answers and immediately puts me on a 3 minute hold.I tell him I'm ready to have my truck tinted, and he says he can't do the job. He tells me he is sorry, and to try back in a few weeks.I HAD A APPOINTMENT SET, but you failed on your end.I should have went to sunshade, like I did on the last three trucks.
