Stopped in due to air leaking from my tire at about 3 PSI a day. The fellow manning the front desk was positively pleasant. Sat and waited while the checked out the tire for about 30 minutes or so. Then, they just came out and gave me the keys. There was a nail on my tire and they fixed it. When I went up to pay I was told no charge and to have a nice day. Truly great customer service at this location. The attitude of all the employees was a breath of fresh air. In a post-covid environment service appears to have gone out the window every place else. This place has service down and should be a role model to other businesses.

Very disappointed with service today. I came in the day before to schedule an appointment for low tire look at. My appointment was for 2:45pm the manager/supervisor with glasses told me just a quick repair but 1hr wait at 3:45pm my car hasn t been pulled back yet and instead a different car was put in before me. I stop coming here due to the disrespect that is given to a woman vs a man but after this I won t be back.

The store was clean and orderly with friendly and professional staff members. They reschulded my appointment FOR a day earlier and got it done without a long wait. The store manager, Bryant has created a indistinguishable Homogeneous DISCOUNT TIRE STORE. MOST IMPORTANTALLY , they understand and accommodated my special NEEDS.I'LL BE BACK.

Brian reminds me of John Candy. I felt at home because of his personality and eagerness to help me. He kept me in the loop about my vehicle a d was very apologetic when things started to get behind. This is why i go to Discount Tire and nobody else. Thank you for another great service !

My tires were 10 yrs old. I did research for size and brand. With my ducks in a row I went to Discount and spoke to Logan. I had already logged into their website regarding what they had. That was Wednesday. By Friday the tires were installed. Used their services previously so I felt confident. Logan was very helpful. Obviously, I'll be returning.

The process from suggesting what tires to order, to ordering the tires and getting them on my car every thing was smooth. The overall cost was around 15% more than Costco, but I have read online that getting appointments at discount tires is easier which was kind of true in my case as well. The only thing I hated was the wait time. There was only one person at the counter and it seemed like a busy place. May be add another person. But other than the initial wait time the service time was fast and experience was great. I will update this when go for a rotation

I would like to start off by saying that I would give Adam and his store a five star review based on my past history with Discount Tire. However, last year my tire was not holding air. Adam sold me a new wheel as he said that was the problem. I purchased the new wheel and then while driving down the expressway the wheel broke off and my car was totaled as all airbags went off. Adam gave me a refund for the wheel ($500) and stated that it was a defective wheel. (Although today he said that he said it was "possibly" defective). I asked Discount Tire to pay my $1,000.00 deductible as this defective wheel was what caused my car to be totaled. I emailed the insurance documents to Discount Tire as requested and now they want my affidavits from a Chrysler and Ford Engineer who stated a wheel is not designed to break apart and that in their 40 years of experience they have never seen this happen. In fact, the store manager stated that he has never seen this happen before. I left the wheel, tire and rim at the store over a month ago for them to send it back to the manufacture to inspect it. I called today and said I want the wheel, tire and rim back as corporate told me they have not yet sent it back. I called the store and Adam said he mailed it out yesterday. At first, everybody was handling this professionally, but now it apparent that they want to make this experience to be difficult for me. The funny thing is I am not taking this matter to court and I no longer want the $1,000 for my deductible. This one star review is for how Discount Tire Corporate Claims handled this matter. I feel sorry that a excellent manager like Adam is not backed by his corporate office.

I've used discount tire from Seattle, to Cincinnati, to here in Farmington Hills for any tire repair or replacement. Always amazing service and fair prices. Recently came by due to 2 seized metal air caps that came with a 2023 vehicle I purchased. the dealership wanted $120 each to replace them. The team at Discount Tire was able to fit me in and removed the tires, removed my valve stems, installed new ones, and remounted the tires - and didn't charge a thing.I see several negative reviews for this location, which is odd. I find that the team here does their best to go above and beyond.

Too comfortable with not greeting guest in a time matter. It's always a long wait time with no other options. If you have never been here before they address you like you have and can lose potential clients and future returning clients.

First and last time at this Discount Tires for the following reasons: I arrived early, about 20 minutes before the place opens. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot which forced me to park in the back lot. Went up to the door and it was locked. No biggie. I was early. Got back to my car and saw people coming and going out the same door. Ok. So, I went back up and in. Stood there in the lobby behind three other people. Nobody asked me if I needed help, or even said hello. They were busy. Ok. No problem. Then, all of the employees (3 of them) went into the garage. Now it's 5 after 8. A few minutes later, one employee came back to the front and finished helping one of the other customers. No good morning or hello. The phone started to ring. One of the employees came in from the garage and answered it. Nobody was on the other end. He then hung up the phone, turned, and went back in the garage. More time went by, without any hellos or good mornings. I thought that maybe I had turned invisible until I was walking out and could see my reflection in the window. I found another place for my tire needs. When I walked in, they said good morning.

I went to this place for puncture 5 months ago and they repaired my puncture and told me to replace my tire as they are danger on roads, I had my service after 2 months of that and dealer said you are good for more 5-6K miles. These guys wanted me to change tires and I drove my car until now, again I got puncture in another tire and this time they said they won t repair, get it replaced and the quote they gave was very highly expensive. I took my car to belle tire and they fixed my tire and never told me for tire repair. This place is fooling people so they can just replace tires and they get money. They have sensors for tire treads which looks damaged or they are doing on purpose to fool people. I am still gonna drive my car for next 6 months with no issues. The people here are cheating with there customers.

Wow. Waited 20 minutes, nobody made eye contact or even said hello while I stood there. Instead they prioritized their pizza delivery over the customers. I'll take my business somewhere where it's appreciated. Enjoy your pizza, guys!

I Walk-in and I was first in line. There was a customer service representative helping a current guest. A few minutes go by, and a second customer service representative comes in from the garage area and says it will just be a couple minutes. I said no problem I do have a couple minutes. Meanwhile 5 minutes ago by and 2 more guests walk into the location. The second customer service representative then asks is anybody picking up a vehicle. I said no I want to buy new wheels and tires. The other two gust say yes we are picking up and dropping off. The second customer service rep goes on to help both of them. Another 15 minutes go by and the first representative is wrapping up with his guest. Another guest walks in and apparently he knows that first customer service representative. They exchange pleasantries and he says what brings you in. The guy says I have a flat. The first customer service rep is like let me go take a look. Meanwhile over 25 minutes have gone by and I am just standing there in shock as to what is happening. I leave and end up buying my wheels and tires at another location. Thanks so much guys for wasting my time and you just lost a $3,000 sale

Looters!They refused to patch my tire saying it was too big. Belle Tire patched it in one hour for free. They tried looting me selling new tire by saying that they tried patching which evidently they didn t.

Got a tire replaced, service was completely fine. I don t understand why my tires were inflated to 40 all around. The recommended PSI is 34 I don t understand the logic at all. This is your profession. It is a sedan not a pickup or suv.

Quick service, nice staff. One issue, i made an appointment but still had to wait about an hour before service due to alot of walk ins. I asked if appointments were necessary and they said yes, you wouldve waited longer if not.

Worst experience ever!!!! They're charging extra price. Had to wait 4 HOURS even after having an appointment. NOT GONNA VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN ! And there is one employee with specs and curly black hair, he charged me extra amount.

My tire pressure was going down. Went to costco and they said that the damage can't be fixed. My car is new with only 2500 miles . Wanted to get a second opinion. Came to this location and everyone from front desk to the service person were amazing. In 30 minutes i was done . When i wanted to pay ,they said it's on us.When i asked again to pay . They refused and said it was a small matter and it was free.I haven't had such good service for a while now . 5 stars all the way .

So I had been wanting rims on my car for awhile, and when I finally got around to it, Mike was the one who educated me on the subject. He was SUPER helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional yet personal, and when asked on his expertise for what wheel I should choose, he was extremely insightful and instantly made me feel confident on making my purchase.Overall this store has awesome customer service, and did an amazing job on my new rims!

I had a bad experience with this tire shop. A piece of metal pierced my tire, so i called discount tire (they are close to my house) and they said they can seal it for free. I dropped my vehicle at the tire shop and after 2 hours they called me and said that they can t seal it because the hole is too big and offered to buy a new tire. Eventually I went to another shop I know, they said the hole is regular size for this situation and sealed it in 20 minutes though i had to spend half of the day. Maybe they are good at other services but if you have your tire pierced i don t recommend going there. They say they do it for free, eventually u bring your vehicle and they try to get your money. It would be better if you guys charged some money for doing this but get it done.

Good friendly service. What I really like is that they aren't trying to upsell me like their competition. I was a lifetime Belle tire customer, but not anymore. I don't trust them because they were always trying to sell me things that I didn't take the car in for and that I didn't need. I will never go back to Belle Tire

Great service and friendly staff. Appointments can sometimes get pushed out by half an hour due to prior appointments but make sure you get an appointment. The place is always busy.

Had a small screw in the tire. Within 5 minutes of arriving Nick checked out the tire, removed the screw, determined that it was not long enough to do any damage, and sent me on my way. I would go out of my way to return to this store if I have any other tire issues.

Very well managed shop. Alex treated me so well. Very professional, fast, and honest. Went out of his way to have my preferred tires delivered to the shop, and beat Costco's price too. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
