I recently had the pleasure of receiving top-notch service at BMW, thanks to Shannon and Steve (the Manager). From start to finish, my experience was exceptional, leaving me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Shannon greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude, making me feel valued as soon as I arrived. She listened attentively to my concerns and ensured that all my questions were answered thoroughly. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident, making the entire lease process smooth and efficient.I highly recommend working with Shannon if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.

Best service you can get in town, started coming here years ago with recommendation from a great friend (has used them for nearly a decade) and I ve never had a single complaint. Fantastic service, helpful and personable staff, great place to get some work done while your vehicle is serviced, and always fairly priced.Fast forward to this morning. I somehow managed to have my wedding band fly off my finger, one week into marriage, and it bounces off my dash and decided to slide behind the dash between the windshield and panel. I quickly realize it s not a small space but it actually goes all the way down behind the dash and i can t seem to fish it out. I called my go to service rep, Brian, and he immediately tells me to come right in and they ll figure it out. With the help from David, their lead tech, rather than a $2k and 2 day process to disassemble to entire dash, they re able to take a couple panels off and use an air compressor to get my band out. No fees associated, just a couple laughs and a reminder to get my ring sized from David. Can t thank these guys enough for saving me. Appreciate all that you do!

Had the pleasure of working with Ryan Jacobs. Ive been leasing/buying cars for the past 10 years and never had a better experience than BMW or farmington and Ryan. Even Michael in Finance did a great job with streamlining the paperwork process. Thank you again for the great experience

I met Andy Campbell at another dealer and I followed him here because of the exceptional service he provided when I ordered car a couple months ago.He answered all of my questions super fast, took care of everything that was needed. And it s been a fun an great person to work with. The team at Farmington Hills has also given me great support. I highly recommend this dealership, it s one of the biggest in Michigan so they get more allocations than others.

Delightful experience! Jeff was our outstanding salesperson and he got us in a car right away and he drove first so we could see how it operated. He was quick and thorough through negotiations and explaining all of the functions on the car. Finalizing the paperwork was easy and everything matched. Jeff and this dealership will be our first stop the next time we need a car.

From my exposure in many avenues of service, I have had many great services. With today s encounters that started with a call back from Lynn at BMW Farmington hill, a simple service turned into an elected experience. To sum it up, from Miss peggy initial transfer to scheduling to Miss Lynn returning my call voluntarily and arriving to meet the service representative Mr. Mike and with another warm greet from Hannah, a complete experience and care was established. Thank you for externally satisfying my vehicle service needs and for internally providing a customer experience beyond any service.

I had the opportunity to work with Daher for my certified pre-owned M340i. What a car.. what a guy! I felt horrible because I was running late to meet with him. When others might have said, never mind.. I m busy. He stayed late to get the deal done (even set me up with the gold bow!). And this car.. I ve had a range of different cars, but the way this drives is spectacular. Thank you to the group at BMW of Farmington Hills!

I m giving this rating not because my car had not been fixed. But after spending about $10,000 in 2023 solely on getting things fixed on my car, you guys helped me out. BUT to the fact after you spend so much I ask or hope BUT there is no discount. Who knows if it s in labor or the parts? This place is extremely expensive. If you go to a nearby mechanic with 5-10 years of experience you ll SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. IF you have an older BMW do not get it repaired here just get a diagnosis, it is far too expensive. They just charge Too MUCH please save the headache get a diagnosis here then have someone else fix it. (Spoke to manager received no discount)

Just purchased my second car from BMW of Farmington Hills. Ryan Jacobs was the sales person both times and he has been fantastic. When needing service, Mike Hood has always taken care of me. Both Ryan and Mike are the reasons I returned for my second vehicle. They have far exceeded any expectations and I highly recommend Ryan, Mike and BMW of Farmington Hills.

I had the pleasure of being assigned and working with Jason Betts on my first visit. Jason demonstrated a high level of professionalism while discussing issues and answering various questions related to the service process. I was treated as a valued customer my first time in, was shown exemplary customer service and was treated cordially by both Jason and the staff. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting.I Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new BMW or just needing a service call.

Came into the dealership to look at a specific interior color I couldn t find on a car at other dealerships. Tom Kelly was super helpful, I was from out of state and just happened to pass by and wanted to take a look. He was helpful even though I had a car in order from another dealer.

I had an incredible experience at BMW of Farmington Hills purchasing my pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek and Andy was phenomenal throughout the entire experience. I reached out on Saturday thinking I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday but Sunday morning Andy was already working with me to ensure I get the vehicle. Once we arrived Monday afternoon, Andy had everything prepped and ready to quicken the purchasing process and even had a dog gift bag ready for us after I mentioned my puppy in a previous conversation! On top of this, they even mailed me my garage door opener that I forgot in my trade in no questions asked! 5 star service forsure!

I brought in my X5 in December for an oil change and to look at problems I've been having with my rear suspension. I dropped the car off at 8am and was contacted at 530pm to inform me they had changed my oil but had not had a chance to look at the suspension. I dropped it off again February morning, and when I hadn't heard anything from the dealership I called at 530 to check on my car. I was then told that most of the service team had left for the day and my car was still being worked on and would be ready in the morning. Their communication is horrible. Now I have no car to run errands, and I have to uber to class the next morning. If my vehicle is not going to be ready the same day, at least inform me or ask me if this is ok.

I can not even begin to explain how satisfied I was with my buying experience at BMW of Farmington Hills! Daher Farhat was simply AMAZING!! He kept in touch almost daily and took care of all of my questions and concerns. Perfect car buying experience and will definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new / pre-owned BMW!! This dealership gave me the best car buying experience and their customer service is top notch. I was active in the auto market to find the best deal and compared the prices, deals and customer service of BMW dealerships across Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. BMW of Farmington Hills is the clear winner and they value their customers, make sure they receive the best service before and after the purchase. Jeff Seit was my advisor and it was a pleasure to work with him to find the right car. I was primarily communicating through emails and did not even visit the dealership before the day of delivery. I will definitely make all my future purchases at this dealership. I would highly recommend BMW of Farmington Hills if you are looking for best pricing and excellent customer service!

Abe Raad was my salesman.He was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me find the car I was interested in. He was very helpful, friendly, professional and most importantly he was never pushy. I just took delivery of the 2nd BMW I have leased with the fantastic assistance of Shannon Polsgrove. She is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the vehicles is amazing, enabling her to easily answer questions and concerns about options, cost, and financing. She is exceptional at working with me as a customer, but as an advisor, without any feeling of pressure. It is clear she is concerned about providing me the exact vehicle, with the options that I desire. I look forward to my next purchase from Shannon.

I have had the most incredible experience while leasing through BMW Farmington. Ilir, my sales representative, worked diligently while providing me with the best and most affordable options, in order to get me into a new vehicle. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process and would recommend him to any and everyone. The manager, Steve, and Matthew, who works in both sales and returning-leases, we re both incredibly kind, while the three of them provided me with so much help regarding both my new car as well as my previous vehicle that was turned in. Their customer service is the absolute best, while understanding your wants, needs, and price-range. Looking forward to working with BMW Farmington in the future.
