All services required for my BMW (oil change, tire rotation, details, brake service, etc) are done exclusively at this location thanks to Julian Lewis. My career mandates my presence more often than it does not and Julian is the person that makes it possible. Since day one he s been reliable in making sure I get in and out in a timely fashion. In record time, I leave BMW with my car serviced, cleaned, and good as new. Julian s cheerful demeanor, expert advice, and unwavering dedication make him by far the best service advisor I ve dealt with at BMW.

Julian in the service department provided what I would consider to be without a doubt the best customer service experience I ve ever received in my entire life. I had a connectivity issue between my car and key fob, which resulted in the need for an unorthodox tow out of my driveway that ended up causing body damage to my car (with no other way to tow it because the car couldn t be started/put in neutral). Julian was very much on top of things and able to resolve every issue in a timely manner without any caveat s and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the process. Even from our first meeting on one of the busiest days of the season with a lot of action in the service department, he took the time to understand my needs and make sure that no details/request were left off the table. He even took it upon himself to give me a ride 30 mins away to my work meeting when there were no loaners available. His level of service and attention to detail is unlike any other I ve experienced, especially at a car dealership. Fox Motors is lucky to have him on their team and I can confidently say that any customer that s worked with him has likely had a similar, positive experience and will be gladly be returning to Fox Motors for their service or purchase needs!

BMW Farmington Hills Service department and especially Mr. Hood has always done an outstanding job on our 3 different BMW s. I sincerely appreciate the honesty Mr. Hood provides as we own 5 BMW s and when the other 2 are too old or would be way too expensive to repair, he tells me up front. If I want to blow my money, they would take all of my cars but he understands my situation (financially).I drive over 50 miles and past 2 other dealerships to come to BMW Farmington Hills.

Hands-down the best service in Michigan for Bmw my buddy, Julian always takes care of me and everybody else that I see around me service is impeccable, and nobody can even come close to how wonderful professional and courteous, as well as autumn from the courtesy vehicle division always gets me in a vehicle Making sure it s clean up-to-date and washed and presentable. I can t begin to explain how highly this Bmw Dealership comes recommended. I have zero complaints and nothing but positive things to say about the facility and the staff. They went as far as bringing me my own vehicle and picking up their courtesy vehicle. If you have a BMW and need it serviced this is the only place to go in Michigan. Wonderful people.

Our sales person Shannon was very nice and has a lot of knowledge about cars. Quick service. Alonzo is a sweetheart. He went all the details options day of pick up took time to show us our car and came to our house couple days after to set up the garage remote and dropped off the car mats. Excellent service .

Amazing service at this location. I had Autumn top off my Oil, and she was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. I love having a BMW, but it s even better when you get great service.

My recent experience with service manager Chris Rankin, was extremely disappointing. He seems to have a pattern of mistreating Black women at this specific dealership. His inability to rectify an issue that was admittedly the fault of their technician, an error that could have put myself and my loved ones in an extremely dangerous situation was beyond disheartening. As a 14-year tenured BMW customer, and having owned four BMW vehicles throughout that span of time. I m happy to discuss the details and how to bridge this divide. Because, ultimately love and respect are what should drive this machine of a world we navigate every day. I can say that Julian Lewis my advisor was extremely helpful and responsive. He did what we could to make try my experience more satisfactory. Kudos to Juilan.

BMW Farmington good customer service, they treat you with professionalism and excellent customer service. The service team s awesome, Julian is AWESOME and knowledgeable! I appreciate Julian hard work over many years. BMW Farmington where you get personalized car service and the service team is fast, and they will get you in when an emergency arises. I highly recommend BMW Farmington for service and sales new and used.

Eddy the Master mechanic literally came out to my BMW X5 and finished it in record time. Also, Eddy who's been at the dealerships parts department for over 20+ years was a true professional, answered all my questions, and guided me step by step resulting in a successful solution. I d like to personally thank both gentlemen for their efforts and efficiency. Nice job fellas. Five stars today.

Julian is an exceptional individual to work with. He is very professional, transparent, goes the extra mile regularly to take care of his customers. The last few service times I needed help with my X5 and my 5 series, he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with a loaner, explain the details of the service, delivered the car when I could not pick it up and answered his phone even after hours. I had made a service appointment at BMW Farmington Hills for an oil change and brake fluid check as a part of scheduled service. Upon my arrival I was initially met with resistance regarding my North America service package that I had obtained in Toronto, I will state that I am a physician and I travel back and forth from MI to Toronto often and have had service at BMW in Michigan before and it was covered but given this information I had stated that I would touch base with my Toronto Dealership while service was performed and pay for services provided. I was told by Brian the oil change and brake fluid check would take 50 minutes to 1 hour, which is reasonable. However, after 2.5 hours had gone by, I had messaged the service rep Mike Wood via text to check in on progress and made a phone call and heard nothing back. After nearly 3 hours of waiting I had walked down to the service desk and no one was around to help. Mike Wood returned and continued to not acknowledge me until I had asked if he was in charge of service. Mike Wood was very dismissive, and disrespectful regarding my time and service provided. As a loyal BMW customer this was very disappointing. I had asked him if my car service was done as I had sent a message and left him a call an hour prior while waiting in the lounge. He stated "Didn't I send you a message already" I showed him my phone with no message, voicemail or text. He continued to be very dismissive and state he doesn't know about my service as someone else checked me in. I had told him about the previous conversation about coverage as I had called my dealership in Toronto and they had sent me my coverage info however BMW Farmington Hills stated that they would not recognize it or cover it and that I could get it reimbursed in Canada if I want. To add to this, when I inquired as to how long ago my service had been completed and why no communication was made he stated he had no idea and had no idea I was here waiting, he then proceeded to make excuses as to why I was not attended to and complained about short staffing, to which I stated I empathized and understood as a I am a physician who has worked through the entire pandemic. He then condescendingly told me that he was "the only nurse and he is short staffed and does not know what happened". It was truly impressive that he managed to make this encounter worse. Mike Wood was of no help, disrespectful, negligent. I am incredibly disappointed in BMW's service at Farmington Hills and will never recommend or come back here for service. I will say this service does not reflect the North American standard of BMW service but I send this review as a warning to others who consider this BMW location for service

Mike and kledis weee great!! Until there was a problem for us then they forgot us completely. I would not recommend this dealership, once you sign, you re history! A typical used car dealership!!

BMW of Farmington Brian and Julian are literally the best. My BMW was picked up from my location less than 30mins of having a blow out. They ordered my tires with same day delivery. My truck was ready to ride by noon. Also my windshield was cracked about two months ago which was out of stock they ordered it with same day delivery as well same day service. Customer services elite !!!

If you own a BMW and do not service here you are missing out. Always great service... timely loaner vehicles and great follow up. They are growing like crazy for a reason. Service is top notch!

I have to say I'm disappointed. I've been to this service center a couple times and have only had okay experiences. This time my experience was pretty poor which is why I decided to write a review.I had some aftermarket wheels on my e92 3 series which I didn't really like how it felt while driving so I decided to make a service appointment to have my wheels switched from aftermarket to OEM. A simple quick procedure really. Mind you my car is far from new but I keep it super clean in and out. So to my disgust when I got my car back the wheels were thrown inside with no wheel bags! The wheels were not clean of course but the least they could do especially for a BMW dealer is cover the wheels so they don't scuff or get debris all over my interior.Summary: No wheel bags which resulted in rocks and debris over my interior. Should I have taken photos? Sure, but I'm not one to complain (as long as it wasn't something I couldn't take care of myself). I think I'm going to just go out of my way and go to the Bloomfield location because that's where I got my car from and it's a far nicer establishment.

Horrible communication with service department. They never answer calls nor return messages!!! If they can t do something as simple as answering a phone I can only imagine how horrible the quality of work is. Avoid this location!!!!
