Just another positive review for this place? Absolutely! These guys deserve it! They re all friendly and the guy who took care of my heel was named Ish. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, fantastic communication, and easy to talk to. Brought in jeep for a radiator flush and we kept me up to speed every step of the way rather than just making you feel like just another customer he just wants to see gone. My new go-to for any service they provide. Someone mentioned in another review that they appreciated the fact they don t sell you on stuff you don t need. I can attest to that. Great people, do yourself a favor and go to Big Ray s on grand river. You won t be dissatisfied.

I recently experienced outstanding service at Big Ray's Auto Lube, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional skills and professionalism of their technician, Phillip.His attention to detail and efficiency truly set the standard for excellent automotive care. I am always hesitant to go to these places because I hate being sold stuff I don t need.I highly recommend Big Ray's, thanks to the great service provided by Phillip. He is someone who is honest and cares about people. Make sure you ask for Phillip because he will take good care of you!!

Big Rays in Farmington has always given outstanding services. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When I was panicked and worried about my car today, they were my first call and they truly out-did themselves. Thank you, so much. I would highly recommend.

Quick 10 min oil change. Great friendly service. Affordable price.Update 5 years later today 8/11/23.I am still happy with the service I've been offered every single time. It's my one stop shop to get oil changes, new tires, brakes and any mechanical repairs.You can trust them for their products and services they offer. You can compare the prices with the other places and they will always beat them.They know how to keep their customers.Great job Ish and team!

Came to get an oil change before the holiday yesterday and as a woman I was treated with respect and wasn t taken advantage of. They also got me in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and great service! I came in for a an issue with my coolant system, and they diagnosed the issue and refilled my coolant, all at no charge!

Rescinding my positive review. Evidently the lube tech that performed my oil change didn t measure the amount of oil before putting in the engine and overfilled it. At first it seemed okay, then I got the error code. Now I have to lift my car myself. I even tipped as well. That s a shame.

Glad I was referred to this shop!! I have a 2018 Kia Stinger and the maintenance is very important to me. The owner and employees are very professional and knowledgeable. The service is always amazing and the prices are very fair. The shop also does other one off services besides the basic oil and lube jobs other shops offer. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest maintenance shop

Ish, Thomas, Anter, Kal... These guys all know what they are doing. They know their cars and they know their customers. Very few places I've been to for good car service has people like these guys. Over the last few months, I've learned a lot about what goes on in a car and about the services from them - be it a simple oil change.. Or an engine tuneup or a brake system change. They are extremely knowledgeable.. And more importantly, extremely meticulous. See pics below as an example. I don't know if even Honda did so much of a work cleaning the entire stator and parts the last time I had my brakes done with them. Or torquing every nut correctly. Or cleaning out fluids after the entire install. Pretty obvious things to check off.. But have not seen many places putting in the effort cuz it's difficult to verify. And this was not just cuz i happened to be there watching. I've seen their philosophy of work firsthand several times and I fully recommend Big Rays for everything you need done to your car. I'd say that they treat your car as close to how you would... Or should.

Nice people very thorough and allowed me to bring my own oil and filter install took 10 minutes. Filled all the fluids and checked tire pressure and brakes. I would definitely go back for this service.

Prices were great and for once I didn t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and trying to sell me things I didn t need. 11/10!! When no other shop could help me on a Sunday afternoon, Big Ray's was there for me!!! Service and speed were outstanding. They really went above and beyond for me, and I'm so grateful for them! Will be back for future work, for sure!! Thank you again, guys!

I brought my vehicle here last week. The guys that were there were very pleasant and helpful. I stayed in my car while they looked for the issues that I was having, which was a unique experience because every other mechanic shop or dealership that I've been to has never done that. They told me what I needed to have done in detail at an extremely fair price. When I came back to get my vehicle the following day, the gentleman showed me the bad parts that they had to replace, which was also a cool experience because every other place I've ever been has never done this either. This business and it's employees are stand up guys that aren't out to scam or take advantage of you. Before coming here I lost all trust and faith in mechanics. My experience here has brought back that trust/faith. I have been doing the maintaince here since my subie hits 22k now it's 62k They help me change the oil free check my axle and bettery change spark plug and differential oil and etc.I have to say these people are talented people, you can't find better guys from sears or firestone ororor taffy or trust me i tried. on top off all, they are honest people who dont take advantage of people who know little on the cars or bad with English. As an Chinese they are quite patient with me and I'v witness they do the same to a know_nothing_about_car girl.another good part is although keeping a shop clean is hard, they keep it very orgnized i never worry about they put wrong stuff on my car like some other shop I've been to.If i don't move to somewhere else, i will keep coming back~

My cars transmission fluid got too hot at a traffic light and I got it working enough to drive it here thankfully. They put new fluid in very quickly and it wasn't that expensive either. Great service!
