BUYER BEWARE PEOPLE OF COLOR DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION I purchased a battery from this store not even two years ago. My battery lost charge after not trying it for two months. I had a warranty on this battery and the store did not want to warranty the battery. The told me it had to be something wrong with my car because the charge was to low. However I honestly think these guy were racist I continue to tell him the only thing I did was buy a new car and put the Hummer outside of the garage instead of parking it in the inside. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. This guy accused me of try to scam them. I said to him I have purchased several batteries there for 10 year or more why would I have to scam of a battery that came with a warranty. The guy that took me there also explained that there is nothing wrong with my car and he continued to accuse me of doing something wrong because he did not want to warranty the battery. I told him I would never come back to that location if he gave me a new battery. The manage came in and said that the only way he would replace it and wrote on the receipt that I did not have a warranty on the new battery. The first guy was Jason and the Manager was called by Jason to come to the store and James was the Manager who did not treat me any better. I asked them to call the owner and they refused!One unhappy customer!Also this store is under new ownership and they let me know they wouldn t put up with what the other owner put up with!

Bought a car battery from the Farmington location. The staff were Friendly and Efficient. They installed the battery for free in about 15 minutes. Definitely will use them again

Wow. I was in Farmington hills area, and went to this location to get a key made for my car. They gave me a price, and I almost had them done it, but I told myself, call the other location by my house, and get a price from them too. The price of the Farmington hills location was 80% higher. Yes, 80%. I told the worker, and he said different ownership have different prices. What a greedy price goudgers.

Ordered golf cart batteries on line. The store called almost immediately saying they were out, but would have them in the morning! True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.

Super easy to find product and order on line - plus coupon code gave me a 10% discount. Product was ready almost immediately - got confirmation of order ready before we even left to drive there to pick it up. Called the store to confirm and ask about how I would get the core credit - Chris is great - he answered promptly and knew all the answers and has a great customer service style -- all a very very positive experience. Thank you Chris and Batteries Plus!! Came back again today complete repeat of the Excellence of before and associate Joey took care of me and he was absolutely stellar. I love this store and I will continue to come here for all of my related needs. Ask for Joey he is absolutely awesome!! Super knowledgeable and helpful friendly very customer service oriented just a really terrific experience today as usual!! Thank you again Batteries Plus and especially thank you Joey! Oh I should mention also I am a woman of a certain age and I asked Joey if he would carry the heavy battery out for me and he did... not only that but it was windy and I was recycling plastic bags and several blew out of the car -- Joey helped me chase them down -- that was really going above and beyond!! Thank you again Joey you're the best!!

I went to purchase a deep cycle marine battery for my sump pump. It was a quick and simple transaction, good prices, close location, friendly service, and they had the product in stock. The only downside is that the new battery had a positive bolt terminal of a different size than my old battery. I was not aware that happens, but the store employees sure should have been aware of that. I called the store to suggest they should always compare to help the customer. I had to retrofit my system to use the new battery.

This place is awesome!!! Joey and Peter did a great job, very helpful and are very knowledgeable. Had my daughters phone fixed and a new battery put in my truck all in under an hour. Highly recommend this location and these two fellas. Thank you again!

After dealing with other professionals that never cared about my car issues (unless you fund their expensive alacarte fees), I was beyond thankful for the gentleman that helped install my car battery today. He was the only one working for a few hours in a very busy store and was the quickest, yet most efficient personnel I've met. His hard work was much appreciated (especially by those of us that just saved $80 for installation). Thank you again!

Very good service. They have the right tools and talents to fix any iphone broken screen. Price is fair. They promptly call you after finishing the repair on promised time, roughly 2 hours. The phone is like new now. I appreciate their service. Will recommend to anyone who need it. Kevin

Needed a battery for my truck. Shopping around for the best battery for the price I came across Batteries Plus through google. Online it said they had limited stock so I called to make sure and they had it. I placed my order online and it was ready by the time I got to the store. The whole process was simple. They had it ready behind the counter and was in and out without any wait at all. I feel like I received a high quality battery with a warranty that was 1 year more than any other local auto part stores in the area.

I try to make sure I reserve my 5 star ratings for locations that I deem as exceptional.We took a first generation, 2016, Iphone SE into this location today for a new battery, $52.99 out the door, and they cleaned the inside of the phone so the charging connections work better as well.The staff was so knowledgeable and professional that we did not stress even for a moment about having them open our phone and work on it.Will definitely return to this place next time I need something similar done.

Found the car battery I needed on line cheaper than the local big auto store. Add on to that the "buy online get 10% off" and then another $10 off rebate and it's a no brainer. Bought online - and within the hour it was installed in my car and I was literally good to go. It was a very easy transaction, the battery was waiting for me when I arrived and installed quickly. This is very convenient.

If you order online and use a pick up person, make sure you give them your credit card to show at pick up or you'll waste time and gas.

You will not be disappointed if you go here to get a battery replaced. I called on a weekday, the gentleman was the consummate professional. Did a fantastic job replacing my phone battery and now it s just like new. Seriously, excellent work and customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but I have had so many experiences at this store with helpful employees and quick service that I finally decided to share my opinion. This store has never left me empty handed, and they are always polite, courteous and efficient. Glad they are part of our neighborhood!
