Great weekly communication on progress. The workmanship was fantastic, our RV looks better than new! Automark collision in Farmington Hills repaired our two month old fully loaded BMW x3 after an accident. Cosmetically they did a fantastic job and our vehicle looked like new, however they made some serious mistakes. First of all, they did not repair the alignment properly so when we went in to the dealership normal tire maintenance a year later we were told they couldn t properly perform the alignment on the right tire bc of a bent tire rod. We were then told in order to fix it they would need to order $950 worth of parts plus pay $200 for labor costs. This tire was the one repaired by Automark. Secondly, Automark replaced our windshield without replacing the lane change monitoring system that s inside the windshield. We found out because it wasn t working and when we took it for service the dealership said it was missing from the windshield. Our $3000 bumper-to-bumper extended warranty could not be used to cover these problems since they were caused by the improper repairs done at Automark collision.I do not recommend Automark Collision for anything other than cosmetic damage.

Amazing service and quality from this body shop!!! Look no further!!!!I am a "car" person and I love my vehicle which I keep in pristine condition. When someone backed into me, I was really worried about finding a top quality repair shop that does excellent work. I was thrilled to find Automark and they certainly exceeded my high expectations. The staff in the office were fantastic. I loved that they gave me weekly updates and handled all the insurance "things" including my rental car. SUPER kind and professional people which is hard to find these days. When I went to pick up my car (AMG GLE 53 Coupe) it looked as good as the day I picked it up from the MB dealership. The detailing they do after the repair work is super impressive. I also had to travel to IL a week and a half after I dropped off my vehicle for repair. The shop staff not only made my car look brand new BUT they also made sure it was done before my trip to IL. I so appreciate the hustle and quality work. Thanks again!!! I will continue to refer this business to many friends and family.

I was very pleased with the service l received at Automark Collision Center. From the friendly customer service by the ladies at the front desk, to the excellent communication and explanation of what steps were required for the repair and the part that needed to be ordered for my car by Jake. The icing on the cake was when l picked up my car, not only did they wash my car but they cleaned and vacuumed the interior!! Now that s what l call service above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this place if you ever need work done on your car. These guys and gals are the BEST!!

I brought my NSX here after several recommendations from friends of mine.Unfortunately my experience was lackluster. The customer service was extremely poor and I was strung along for close to 4.5 months on my car. Automark was never able to provide a completion date after much back and forth, until the literal day the car was done.The team did help me out with some extra work on the car as we had some opportunities when money was saved on some parts. However, the replacement radiator fins were smashed up so bad I was asked later if I tracked the car - I unfortunately didn t notice this during the pickup of the car.The only saving grace was the quality of the work, the folks in the back did an amazing job on the car and for that I am grateful.A little communication, honesty, and transparency goes a long way. Hopefully Automark took some lessons away from this experience.

My car; 2016 BMW 340 X-Drive was hit in the back while it was parked. My friend David Vdx -auto detailing recommended AutoMark Collision Center. These guys are the professionals, if you want your car repaired correctly. From the minute I dropped of the car, the Technician will explain what they intend to do, to the Administration who keeps you posted on parts arrival, and the progress of the car is going through repair process. I really like to thank Nicolette@Automark for her professionalism and friendliness, for keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I really appreciate the quality of the work done on my new Subaru Forester which got rear ended by trucks only months after I bought it. The team at Automark was exceedingly communicative sending me weekly status reports and answering questions. When I went to pick it up, Ian, who was responsible for repairs came out to meet me and explained to me exactly what was done. He took a lot of time with me, and they all did. Alan and the team at Automark completed work my Lexus GX from a minor accident as well as paint correction. The team kept me informed on the repair process and was very meticulous to bring the car back to factory condition. I had the front end wrapped at Clear Auto Bra and they were pleased to know that the work was being completed by Automark. They mentioned this was the best repair they have seen from any collision shop. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome place! A large rock was thrown off an overpass and hit the underside of my bumper. My bumper was damaged, radiator leaking, and had banged up the underside of the car. Called my insurance company and request Automark as they are the BMW certified body shop. Very thorough evaluation and great communication throughout the process. Sent a bunch of pictures showing what was damaged as a result of the rock (as well as showing damage unrelated to the rock). Used OE BMW parts and insurance gave no issues despite not being in their network. Results look better than new! Would definitely go back for any future body work

So I had my 2016 Range Rover Sport in there for some detailed painting. I wanted to Black out all my trim pieces that were silver.So after working with Alan with being specific on what I wanted he went to work on what I wanted done! Alan has an eye for detail and understands my eye for detail and has done a great job!We have a couple things to finish up on and when that's done the Rover will be what I wanted!! Thanks Alan

I recently had an aftermarket bumper installed on my Audi S4, and was in search of a facility that I could place my confidence in to do the job the right way. Lucky for me, I found Automark! Nick and the rest of the team were so accommodating and committed to quality and detail every step of the way. It certainly made my experience much less stressful, knowing the caliber of the professionals that I have entrusted with my auto body needs. My car looked so good... As good or better than when it was new.Waiting for parts was the worst part and they don't control that.The work they did was perfect and comes with a warranty.Communication was ample as they seemed updated at each step along the way.Very pleased overall!

While traveling our vehicle was towed here. They couldn't even look at it for over 3 weeks. I towed it elsewhere they looked at it next day and got parts ordered. They are busy so that is a probably a positive testament to their work. But, i was disappointed they wouldn't even LOOK at it and order parts for almost a month

Nick and the dudes at the Bloomfield Hills Automark location are the BEST! After I totaled my 08 e92 335xi, Nick worked with me to figure out the best plan of action in terms of buying the car back and fixing vs. cutting my losses and moving on. He didn't charge a dime for the diagnosis and expertise, even though the car was on a hoist for multiple days at a time. Fast forward to my next car, another 08 e92 335xi, that needed a windshield replacement. Nicolette worked with my insurance to get me the best parts possible (yes, OEM Saint Gobain glass) and Nick was able to get my car in and out in a day, even though the shop was busy and low on man power. He even ordered a new a-pillar trim piece free of charge after a tiny speck of adhesive got onto the edge of it. Also, this is the cleanest body shop (or vehicle repair shop of any kind) you've ever seen. Thanks guys!

I had a true 5 star experience. Everything was exceptional from the front desk staff to the claim specialist to the rental car assistance to the communication updates, timeline & cleanliness of my car upon return. I do not write reviews very often, but felt compelled to do so in this case given the extraordinary experience. Thanks again to the entire Automark staff. Nobody ever wants to have to use a collision shop, but they made it as pleasurable as possible.Service: Body & Trim

I walked-in Automark to resolve a large scratch on my car and the staff welcomed me and were extremely friendly. One of them went out to take a look at the scratch, that ran through my rear door all the way to the rear quarter panel. They fixed it within 30 minutes and now that area looks absolutely flawless and I couldn't be happier with the result. Couldn't recommend this place enough.Service: Painting

Excellent experience in getting my car repaired (body work and painting). Very responsive during initial call, timely estimate, and very timely in getting parts in despite current market situation. This was about as pain free an experience as we could ve hoped for. This was the first time we have ever had to have a car in for collision service and our first time ever, obviously, using Automark. They were professional from the get-go, stayed in constant communication with us the whole time and everyone we spoke with at the shop were courteous and attentive not to mention that they restored our car to perfect condition. We couldn t be happier with the service and the results of the work that they did on our car (2017 BMW X1). I came here the other day with my BMW 335i coupe, my fender wasn t connected to my front bumper and needed 2 screws in it that I had but didn t have the proper tools! So I talked to Nick, and he said they could help me out really quick by installing it, for no charge either!! Then when he showed me that they completed it, he also informed me that he added touch up paint on spots that need it on my car! That s amazing customer service and never had anything like that before. I 200% will recommend all my friends to their shop, and I absolutely will be back for my future body repair needs too.Service: Body & Trim

Mark, Nick and Nicolette were amazing in a time when insurance companies have fewer adjusters and parts are difficult to get shipped. They kept me up to date pro-actively via email and phone calls.I asked for a tour of the facilities and they proudly showed me around and explained the processes to ensure quality.I had to have work done on front left quarter and driver's door. The work is immaculate and they detailed the car!I don't write many reviews but, this was an excellent experience. Can't provide a higher recommendation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would definitely use Auto Mark again! Called for updates on progress of front end repair every step of the way. Car was very clean on pick-up. Had a windshield replaced with Automark today. They did a great job! Kristina and Allen were a pleasure to work with and fit me in on my busy schedule. The car was returned to me quickly and with an added interior detailing! Allen made sure to get all the parts in ahead of my visit, he handled all the billing with my insurance, and assured me of the quality OEM parts to be used! Kristina made arrangements for alternate transportation and made the drop off, pick up, and schedule a breeze. Their work is quality, their staff is kind, and the lot full of high end cars for repair speaks volumes to what they do! I'll gladly be back should I ever need.
