It was dark and pouring rain, and that is when I realized that my wiper blades suck. I couldn't see anything. I stopped in and Kim was the most helpful. She helped me pick out the best wipers for my truck so that I could make it home safe without dieing in an accident. It was raining so hard and I've never replaced wiper blades before and she was more than happy to run out into the parking lot in the rain and install them for me. Amazing. I will only go here from now on whenever I need something for one of my cars. A++++++++++++

This store on this day was not welcoming, it is poorly lit, they were short staffed and were not offering to be helpful. Many of their miscellaneous parts only had 1 on display... I came here today to get 2, 5/8" heater hose connectors. There was 1 on display. There were 2 people that I could see, working. Nobody greeted me on store entry, nobody asked if I needed help, nobody bid me farewell as I walked out. They were not unfriendly... but I might as well have been the only person in the store. I was not impressed with this location. I stopped by O'Reilly nearby. It was brightly lit, cashier asked if I needed help, they showed me the parts, asked if I needed anything else and cashed me out with a smile. They also appeared to be the only person working but made an effort to be aware of everyone in the store. Advance Auto needs to pull a chapter out of O'Reilly's book.

Very well attended and supported supplied. Sales personnel are very good at researching and finding the correct parts. They will also assist on locating the nearest store with your part or help with shipping.

They had 1 employee in the store when I bought a battery. She was very helpful and let me use any tool I needed to replace my battery. Management needs to help more in having enough employees to operate this store better.

Had what I needed. Various brands and prices. Only one clerk working. Nice enough, but did not offer to bag my purchase and didn't. Made shopping at the bakery next door a bit challenging.

Very concerned about the speed in which employees engage with customers. I'm not confident that they know what they're doing. Sold me the wrong item, after looking up the part on the Computer. It's a light bulb for crying out loud!

The customer service was excellent. A staff member was on his break outside and came over to lend us a hand at our car. Really friendly and helpful staff, which is super key at an autoparts store where you want a bit of advice, etc. Price seemed a bit high but probably not outside market prices. I'd totally go back there.

Darius was extremely helpful to me! I bought a replacement oil cap, then promptly dropped it in the engine while putting it on & couldn't find it to save my life. He came out & found it in the engine, risking burning his hand in the process. Thanks Advance for having such an excellent sales person as Darius! I'll definitely be back!

Review is for exceptional customer service with no purchase.I needed an inexpensive hex head 15/16 socket to remove my camper's water heater drain plug (not a 12 point because it's a nylon plug) and an adapter to fit my small socket wrench. Store did not stock one but the employee behind the counter was very kind and made several suggestions of local places to obtain one. Friendly, professional and polite. Keep it up!

Best customer service!!! Zac was super helpful to me. My phone ran out of battery and I came to store to buy a cord to charge my phone in my car. Zac helped me find the right cord and also made sure my phone was charged. I definitely recommend this store to my friends in the area.

Anna and Schwin were amazing, super helpful with diagnosing my jeep and replacing my battery on site after I got off work! Definitely recommend to anyone on the area.

This location is honestly my favorite. The guys working there are really relaxed and very knowledgeable. If you walk in there knowing what you need, they don't question you. If you do an online order for pickup it's ready in under 30 min every time. Highly suggest making this your go-to store if you're close to it.

The employee refused to check my engine light for a code (which takes 10 seconds to do on their machine). He told me they have Speedy across the street do all of their engine light checks now and that they're still free. I went over to Speedy and after waiting 30 minutes the employee told me it would be an $80 charge. I've been coming here for years but with this service I will start avoiding this place and purchase my parts elsewhere.

Have been trying to find a head lamp for my2012 MW3 Special edition Wrangler. Nobody had them anywhere.Called Advanced Auto parts Farmington. A extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable person answered the phone. "We have multiple varieties in stock." Awesome!!!! Love this place. Thank you Advanced.

Love them, always there to serve and help out with anything. Would recommend this store to anybody looking for car equipment. Very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Good deals come up every couple week. Keep an eye out on your email!

I skipped other stores in my way, to come to this neighborhood store for oil filter. Guy was not very helpful. System was showing 24 in stock he said we don't have it, buy the expensive one. I left the store disappointed and waste of time.

Didn t have the parts I was looking for.Guy behind the counter that was helping me looked like he was having a bad day.Was using profanity several times in my presence about another Customer s return of items.Could ve been a little bit more professional.

Clerk needs to learn for help when they don't know things. I ordered online for a pickup, spent nearly 35 minutes, when it should have been a 5 minutes in and out.

Their online chat support claims I returned both rotors but only one was returned as my bank verified and as the in-store employee verified. Now refuses to honor warranty. They're likely running a fraudulent scheme with returns. Will be filing a report with the BBB

Horrible service. The store was closing at 8 pm and I got there at 7:50 already knowing what I wanted to purchase and had cash but the employees refused to help me out and were rude.

It's okay dealt with good customer action, but unknowledgeable service doesn't add up and abit over priced.'I may be a female but I'm not guliable nor stupid' why do auto places think they can play off a female to make more money, like she doesn't know anything about cars....seriously not okay, and they themselves don't either lol no seriously!

Purchased a tool to remove wiper. Checked in parking lot. Didn't fit. Wouldn't even make contact. Said "our boss won't let us return it". I knew better. Always avoid Advance Auto. Untrained. Zero automotive knowledge.

Ordered a part. Charged shipping(To store, Normally this is free).Confirmed part with pictures.Part arrived ahead of estimate. Completely wrong part, still expected for shipping.So We make mistakes and you need to pay for it.One good thing called corporate office they are going to send refund.

I actually started out at a different store in westland unfortunately they didn't have my part BUT they were able to locate it for me and make sure it was held and waiting for me to arrive and pick it up..... thanks guys you saved my bacon my driving is going to be much safer now that my windshield wipers work

This Advance Auto Parts location, was very helpful. Even through freezing rain, blistering winds, and frigid temperatures both workers ( Phil & another young Lady) went out of their way to assist us.
