BUYER BEWAREUpdate March 2024LG came to look at the dishwasher. Surprise, surprise the hose was destroyed!!! The subcontractor ABC Warehouse hired pushed the dishwasher back so far it crushed the drain hose causing the water to backup into the dishwasher. All of this could ve been discovered had he taken the time to come back and look but NO! ABC Warehouse said they couldn t help us because we didn t purchase their warranty. I WILL NEVER shop there again nor will I recommend this store to anyone I know. All of this could be been prevented had human decency and kindness been the first step instead of TELLING me that because I didn t buy their extended warranty there was nothing that could be done for me. Go somewhere else! Skip the discount and pay full price and hopefully you receive better customer support.Purchased an entire appliance suite (refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher) for approx $8k from ABC Warehouse for our new home. The staff were nice and we even caught a holiday sale. We were told everything was brand new so you could imagine my shock when 6 months later the dishwasher stopped draining water and the dirty water would back up into the dishwasher. The first thing I did was check the app and it immediately said there was an installation issue causing the water not to drain. I called LG, we did troubleshoot steps over the phone to do a manual drain and was informed that since they didn t do the install and that the manual drain worked, I should contact the company who installed the equipment as my first step. I called ABC warehouse back and the sales associate asked ME who did my install. How would I know that when we paid to have their team install (low and behold it was a sub contractor). He said he would call me back because that purchase was made last year (delivery Sep 2023, I called in March 2024) and that info may be hard to find. Needless to say he never called back but my husband played phone tag with some guy for about 2 hours before he put it together that, that was the subcontractor who installed our appliances. The subcontractor then called me (because my husband was at work and I asked him to call me first anyway), asked me to take photos and TEXTED me back and said based on the PHOTOS, your equipment is installed properly and that I need to call LG back and the ABC Warehouse store manager for the next steps. Called back and the sales associate repeated what the subcontractor said and also said that since we didn t buy insurance we need to call LG! My husband explained that LG was already called and they explained that because the equipment successfully completed the manual drain and was installed incorrectly (remember the error codes stated this) that they are not liable. The sales associate said he would call back and surprise,surprise never did!! Now you would think after spending approx $8000 in the store that we would have received better customer service but I guess not. Not once did I ask for anything free, I just wanted someone to come out and look at what was installed because AGAIN, the automatic error code said something was INSTALLED WRONG! Now I see why people don t shop here. When the next appliance goes out I ll just pay the regular price and pray I receive better customer service. Especially when I spend thousands of dollars in one store!

I recently purchased five appliances at ABC Warehouse. While I knew that ABC had good prices, I didn't know it had such excellent customer service and helpful salespeople. Lisa Redmond at the ABC in Farmington Hills went out of her way to comb both in-store stock and the company website to get me the absolutely best prices. She made me feel like she working for me and not ABC. In the future, my search for affordable appliances will begin where my last purchases ended - at ABC Warehouse in Farmington Hills and guided by Lisa Redmond.

My wife and I needed a new refrigerator. We looked at the website last night and I went to the store this morning. Lisa was the salesperson that I worked with. She showed the fridge we were interested in, gave me the exact measurements,and told me we were able to change how the doors would open. The model was available and we set up.delivery for tomorrow. She gave me the rebates and lowered the price a bit. She was very profesional and kind. I think it only took about 20 minutes to get everything settled.and I was out the door. A wonderful experience!

Great experience.Picked out a washer quickly..little issue developed everything was ready so I just ran in and it was taken care of.Delivery was excellent. Called twice to keep me up to date for delivery. The 2 gentleman were friendly and respectable even working in the rain .They worked quickly,had everything hooked up,and insisted on cleaning up later. I could not be more pleased.2.5 weeks wo a washer trust me it is working already!. Thank you for an incredible experience. Highly recommended

Exceeded expectations! Lots to choose from at ABC Warehouse! Lindsey Compo, our sales associate dug deep to make sure we received all available discounts and even arranged zero % financing. Enjoyed working with Lindsey, she was great to deal with, very pleasant and professional. We purchased a washer, dryer, king mattress and box spring. Would recommend to others.

They had what I needed, but during the checkout process, it all went downhill. I asked about two separate added on charges for installation and moving of my old equipment, as well as new hookups. The man explained that he took the price off of the product. I explained that if it wasn't included in the price, it was not necessary and that i can do it myself (my husband). I also asked to see something else, but he just processed my payment and said bye. So I left, and when I called to figure out why I had been charged so much more, the other employee was condescending and tried to hurry me off the phone by "I will take care of it". When I asked what he meant, he tried to refund me half of what I overpaid for. Once I asked if he could help me cancel my order, he was apologetic and kind. Then the salesman called twice trying to save the order. I ended up purchasing the exact model from Home Depot with the same 5 year extended warranty for $100 cheaper, and I didn't have to be treated like I was a burden to anyone. My recommendation would be to spend your money elsewhere.

If you want the experience of a personal shopper, Lisa is your woman! She was so helpful and is extremely knowledgeable with the appliances and brands. She made outfitting our kitchen remodel a breeze! So thankful for her kindness and amazing customer service! Would definitely seek her out for any other needs.

The main reason to buy at ABC Warehouse in Farmington is the salesman Bruce. Yes, they have very competitive prices, but it s the customer service that brings me back every time. We purchased an extended warranty on our dryer. Service was backed up, he was able to move our appointment up several weeks! Try and get that from a big box store. He also steers us to the best made products to avoid future issues. We have had a great track record with his recommendations.

Salesperson Lindsay Campo was great. She was very knowledgeable about the various products and offered insight we did not know about the appliances. What was very appreciated was the fact that she didn't try to shove anything down our throat and listened to our concerns and needs. Many options were provided to us. The prices we ended up paying for the Washer, Dryer, and Freezer were very fair. I would definitely recommend going to the ABC Warehouse on Orchard Lake and asking for Lindsay to assist you.

We could not be more pleased with our experience buying a new dishwasher from ABC. With the help of Bruce Gorman and Soulat Bashir at the store and Jimmy the installer, we ordered a new dishwasher, had it delivered and installed, old one hauled away all in less than 24 hours!

I purchased furniture and a TV from ABC a few weeks ago. Everything was great. I recommended them to my sister that needed to replace her stove. This is a busy time of year for her. She offered 3 options for delivery times. They agreed to it. The night prior to delivery, ABC called and told her she needed to lbuy a part for installation. She ran out to Home Depot and got the part they specifified. When they arrived they said they said they asked for the wrong part. They dumped the stove in the garage and told her to get another part , call the store and left. Now she has another part, called the store and gave the manager a choice of 3 time spans she can be home for delivery. The manager was not agreeable and hung up. NOW the stove is sitting in her garage and who knows if they will ever return to install it. Not a good way to do business. Hanging up on a customer that is cooperative is never a reasonable solution. I just purchased a home and planned to redo the kitchen early next year. Lots of places to get appliances, ABC is NOT on my list. I feel bad I recommended them.

My not so great review is mainly due to our delivery experience we just had. Justin was our salesperson who sold us our fridge, he was pretty nice I guess. We purchased a 33 inch wide GE fridge. The delivery guy, I unfortunately did not get his name, was not friendly at ALL. He didn t even say hello in response to me greeting him with a hello and smile at the door. We also did not realize that there were instructions for us to be prepared for the delivery. So we did leave a few items in the fridge that needed to be moved away into the garage. Mostly left was my insulin in there because it needs to stay refrigerated. The reaction this delivery guy had to this was really rude, he seemed appalled and said oh definitely not, I m not TOUCHING this, I m SERIOUS, you should ve read the pamphlet. Well, Justin never told us to read any pamphlet or prepare for delivery, so that would ve been nice to know. It took us less than one minute to empty the fridge out while they were prepping our new fridge in the truck. The aggressive reaction was definitely unnecessary. He also said when we told him the fridge needs to be moved to the garage oh, you guys are killing me also didn t seem like he was joking, another unnecessary comment. The other delivery guy who was there was extremely friendly thank goodness or else it would ve been a 1 star from me. We were planning on going back to ABC Warehouse for a new stove and washer/dryer, but due to this experience, we will most likely be taking our business elsewhere.

Got to ABC on Orchard Lake; easy shopping n access. Lisa Redmond had her stuff together knowing what was on hand. She arranged for turnaround delivery and her pricing was spot on. Will be back as shopping at ABC is stress less, quick n easy!

This place was amazing and I'm being honest the young lady in the photo helped me, in the beginning until I left the customer service was amazing. Her coworkers assisted her with my purchase to expedite the process. I was treated badly in the big box stores Lowes, I came here and it felt like I was buying quality merchandise.

I was originally going to buy my laundry appliances at Costco, but I made a phone call to ABC Warehouse in Farmington Hills and Nolan was so professional and was able to persuade me to make my purchase with ABC Warehouse. He took good care of me, I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends!

The ABC store on Orchard Lake just south of 13 Mile is well stocked with most of the Consumer Report's top rated appliances, which was very helpful. Lindsey and Lisa were very informative, pointing out service and maintenance considerations beyond the appliance features. It was our first gas range and stove in years, and they provided many helpful tips. The delivery was quick and smooth, within 36 hours. Lindsey teamed us up with Kody from Pleasant Appliance Installation, who came in on the same day and hooked us up efficiently within minutes. It was a great experience, and we will be back for more appliances.

I was hoping to get a price on appliances and in just a few minutes I had a dishwasher in the car, and the washer scheduled for two days later, and the refrigerator we really wanted is now on order from the manufacturer. The dishwasher is great, the washer was promptly delivered. Can't wait for our new refrigerator.

The personalities and style of the salespeople (Lindsay and Soulat) at the Farmington Hills store made shopping for a mattress a very comfortable & low stress experience.Lindsay was easy going and respectful, always available when needed, but she never hovered around us.Soulat was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about comparing the different models.They both bent over backwards to help, and there was no pressure whatsoever.

Purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. I dealt with Lindsey and she was amazing. She took her time explained everything in detail. Was able to answer any questions I asked. Friendly, courteous and her customer service skills were outstanding. Getting ready to purchase a washer, dryer and freezer and definitely will be dealing with Lindsey

When I came to ABC warehouse, I had no idea that they sold dressers. As soon as I got there everyone there was so nice, I was greeted with respect and kindness and they all were amazing, especially Lindsay and Bruce and Shim. Shim gave me a good deal, Lindsay helped me with my transaction and Bruce helped me carry it to my car and was so kind. They didn t treat me like a customer, they treated me like family and that is what I really enjoyed about their customer service. I got a really good deal on a dresser and they worked with me on the price. I needed this dresser and they made sure I got it, they even helped me carry it to my car and even wrapped the whole thing so that it wouldn t get damaged. These people truly made an impact on me and my experience and made me believe that there is still amazing people in this world. This team at ABC warehouse is truly underrated and everyone needs to know how amazing they truly are. Whatever you are looking for, go to any of these people, they are all the best !

I was ABC yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Lisa at the Farmington store. She was the besy sales associate I've interacted with in a while. Very knowledge, pleasent, attentive and patient. On the other hand, a had a very rude encouter with Lindsay. She was very rude and arrogent. She was asked for assistance to complete my checkout. But denied Lisa the assistance with a payimg customer that is on the store. I was really upset with the remark since she was on hold on the phone. Multi tasking is something she should be able to handle or at least know a polite way of asking for a few minutes. She lashed out at Lisa in front of me and my family. If this purchases wasn't needed now, we would've went somewhere else.

Lindsey helped me decide on the perfect washing machine for my needs. I do have a policy with DTE for appliances but ABC s is much better. Thank you so much Lindsey

Lindsey, the assistant manager, helped us at the store today and her service was TOP NOTCH. She cared about what we wanted and was happy to change courses whenever we changed our minds about an appliance. She answered all of our questions and we feel that she took care of us like family!
