We were so impressed with Dustin and the team at 8 Mile Collision! When our car was hit we took it to 3 different body shops for estimates. 8 Mile Collision was not only the most reasonable of the estimates - they were the only one that noticed an additional area of damage missed by the other two. They were able to get the work done quickly and did an incredible job!! Dustin was so good about keeping us informed throughout the process - he was honest, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

I would recommend these guys any day!! They got my car in quickly, and got to it the same day! Dustin was great to work with, he kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would do! Fast, friendly service, and reasonably priced!!

Omg! Dustin is AMAZING. I was in a accident and he worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything sorted out! My car was dropped off early Monday morning and he had it back to me the next day!!! These guys are awesome and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Especially being a women you always feel like you re getting scammed and not here, I trust Dustin and 8 Mile collision. Very trustworthy and honest men! Thank you!!!!

Dustin is very professional, honest, and always willing to work with you no matter the issue. The people at 8 mile collision are experts, paying attention to every detail. I have used them about 6 times now. I never take my car anywhere else.

They did a quick easy repair on a door for free a few years ago for me so I went back when I needed serious repairs to the car's safety systems and they were able to track down some hard to find parts do the the age of the car. They kept us updated and got things done in short order.

Second time coming here and will be the only collision shop I will be coming to. Dustin shopped around to find me the best price on a new rear view mirror. They even removed some paint on my bumper free of charge without me asking. You don't find businesses like this anymore!

I came to this place for collision repair after having a frustrating experience getting a quote at another collision shop. Both Jason and Dustin were welcoming, friendly, professional, and just an overall pleasure to work with. They worked hard to help me find good deals on parts and were very fast in completing the work once we got them. I will trust them with any future collision repairs (though I hope I don't have any)!

I m glad I found this place. I took a Jaguar XE and Toyota Matrix (both were my friend s) after collision to the shop.Jason s the best. He s very transparent in his price quotes, offer good quality service and repairs and is very quick in fixing the issues. My husband and I stopped by the shop to inquire about some minor repair work that my car needed. We met with someone (I forgot his name unfortunatley) who told us what part we needed to purchase at the dealership. I bought the part and returned to the shop and in spite of having a full schedule he took the time to install the part that I purchased. Great customer experience!

Jason and his brother are very welcoming, called the shop on Tuesday, got estimate, ordered the part, rear bumper, installed on Thursday, job completed. 8 mile Collision is hands down the best! I would totally recommend them every time. They are professional and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Came in and had just crashed my car horribly, front bumper was fully off and back bumper was destroyed. I brought my own parts and Jayson immediately was able to fix the situation. I ended up leaving with a execellenr job done on my car and he even did extra work with no extra charge. I loved the service and I love how kind and trustworthy they were. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs their car fixed! :)

My wife is the original proud owner of a 2002 Ford Thunderbird. We have maintained it in pristine condition and drive it regularly in summer and winter. Eight Mile Collision has been selected for their expertise and great customer support to recently repair and paint some rust from a rear quarter panel. They preferred to do a replacement panel, but could not locate on anywhere . After taking exceptional efforts to mitigate the rust areas by taking it down to the bare metal, they treated it with rust proofing, did thorough undercoating, and painted the adjoining areas, blending all perfectly. Their work was amazing and completed exactly when and as promised. They are honorable and a pleasure to deal with.

Took my classic 1974 Ford pickup truck in early morning and Jason found a way to get me in and made me a priority! Great attitude and was much faster than I expected. I would strongly recommend them. Excellent quality workmanship!!!

Terrific Company! Honest, fair and caring. When you walk in, you feel like your family. My son's first car, that he bought with his own money, was rear ended after owning it for only a month. It was an old car and he didn't have collision coverage. We were devastated. Two other collision shops turned us away saying that there was nothing they can do, its not worth it. Tom and Jason took one look at it and didn't even hesitate. They knew they can help us, and for a great price! My husband was amazed at what they did for us.

Took my 2012 Dodge Durango to Jason to install a whole headlight assembly. I called him late one afternoon and he got me in the next morning. Straight to the point and down to earth kinda guy. Definitely someone you want working on your vehicle. Quoted me for 2 hours and only took him 1 hour, only charged me for the 1 hour. Great guy and very helpful. Plus he beat the price of literally every collision shop and auto repair place in the area! Will definitely be coming back to get the remainder of my front damage fixed.

I brought my 2005 SRT-6 Crossfire into 8 mile collision & fiberglass. I live nearby and I have seen many beautiful classic cars and custom fiberglass work parked at their shop. Given the complex body lines in my car, I knew that I wanted a shop with quality trained professionals. 8 mile collision did not disappoint. The quality of the paint job was excellent. They have a beautiful heated paint booth. The paint had no orange peel and matched the black perfectly. The entire process from the adjustment to me getting my car back was explained. They warranty all of their work and are a great company to deal with. Shop the competition and come to 8 mile collision last for the best price and quality of work. I will be taking all my cars here for any body work from now on. Thanks again !!!

I brought my vintage VW to 8 mile collision after it sustained serious damage while being shipped and I am very glad I did. They (Tony) was confident from our first meeting that he could repair it and he exceeded my expectations. I hope to have them do some additional work in the future. I will definitely recommend them for their fairness and craftsmanship.

This place is garbage. They gave me a quote. I had them do the work.They raised the agreed upon price. Tried suing me, but didn't bother showing up to the court date. Wish they would have, then I might have been able to address the shody work they did.Honestly. Find another shop, this company stands on lies and little else. You will be soooo much happier if you avoid this place.... unless you like being treated like garbage, then I guess go ahead

I took my car at 8 collision for repair and they gave very good price compare to all other places including few in Detroit. They even suggested few more stuff and did it free of charge. I was given the car exactly on time. Lifetime warranty on their repair was the best bet. Try at least to make a visit and u will see the difference in price compare to all other auto body shops.

Jayson and his Team game changers. Took my Nissan Versa to get rear frame, bumper repaired. Initially, Maaco collision told me the frame cannot be fixed and the car needs to be totalled. I was devasted and contacted 8 mile collision. They took time to inspect the damage and came up with solution for a fix. Unbelievably, they turned the car around in just 2 days! I would totally recommend this place to anybody who's looking to get body reworked. They're very dedicated and go the extra mile to fix your car.

This guy couldn't be more of a pos hack. 5 years after using his shop for repairs, i still have to see his terrible work on my vehicle every day. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere but here. Worst body work I've ever witnessed. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Charged my insurance company for all sorts of parts that were never even removed. All panels painted are chipping paint all over. All said and done he pocketed an easy 4grand off my insurance company for one of the worst jobs I've seen a professional shop turn out. I could have rattle canned it in my garage and done a better job. Feel free to message me I'd be glad to tell you all about his shady business tactics and direct you to a REPUTABLE shop.
