Excellent service from Chris, Frank and the crew. They took care of warranty issues my dealer wouldn't. Glad I'm finally able bring them some service work. Very well stocked store. Counter offered to special order item for me, too.

Don't waste your time. I went in for a battery, walked around the store, found the batteries, no one around. Went out to get my core replacement. Stood at the front of the store for10-15 minutes. Still no one came around. So I left. Waste of 20 minutes. Do your self a favor and go else where if you want actual help.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the owner used to work @ a SeaDoo dealership, which makes this place a perfect fit for maintaining my 1996 & 2006 machines. I'm sure they would rather work on boats [most marine shops seem to feel that way], but this place has always been top notch in service and reasonable in their prices.On my issues, they were able to identify the root cause on the first attempt, which saved time and money......and kept our family on the water enjoying our short season!The also have a nice store that is clean and orderly with a good selection of product. Highly recommended.

Frank at Schneider Motorsports was fantastic to deal with. Was able to fix my boat quickly and affordably. He told me time frame was 3-4 weeks to get it fixed but was able to get it done within the week. Big thanks to Frank and his crew for a quick repair and getting me back on the water.

Dropped my boat off for repairs, he said 3 weeks before he can get to it. I said sure and left my boat with him. 2 months go by with me calling each week. He never touched my boat and never returned my calls. I picked up my boat dirty and dusty even though I gave it to him clean. I would recommend finding another place to do anything boat oriented. He is rude and disrespectful, as well.

great place ! Chris spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out the clothing I needed for riding. had a chance to try it out last January in the U.P. and I am 100% satisfied

Wouldn't recommend this place. Our boat sat at their dock for three and half weeks last season and they never got to even looking at it. I called every week and asked what the hold up was. They neglected us and our boat so much that it came lose and they never tied the boat back up. The person across the canal had to go over and tie it back up when they noticed it in the middle of the canal. Shameful people can run a business this way.

I certainly wouldn't recommend buying any sort of used powersport vehicle from these guys...mainly auction vehicles that went to auction for a reason. I bought a RZR from them that they claimed to have fully gone through and inspected. 1100 miles on it. I blame myself at the end of the day for not doing my own due diligence but when everything from the entire front end to all 4 wheel bearings to the engine is bad (yes, that's correct...the engine was blown up. $5k fix) it's apparent them "inspecting it" was either a lie, or they knowingly sold me a POS. Regardless, after talking to the owner he was not willing to do anything beyond splitting the cost of $120 in wheel bearings. Thanks but no thanks buddy. For anyone that may read this, do what you would like, I just don't want you to end up in a similar position and then think of me saying I told you so afterwards.
