Thank you so much for your services. Once again I broke down in Bay City and it was Tacey's to the rescue. I travel 2 hours to visit my family and this was the second time I've had to have repairs done. Very professional and superior service is what I received both times.

I had a few really good experiences here, so I thought this was always going to be my trusted place. Great people and great work generally but I am not impressed with my most recent experience. I shared that if work could not be completed by the end of Thursday to not attempt as I absolutely needed vehicle on Friday and I could bring it in another time. Well, I called at the end of Thursday and learned it wasn't done and bolts were out. I was a bit ticked as I had no backup plan and they had no loaners. I furiously called rental places and downloaded ride share apps, called my boss, and fortunately found a neighbor who could help. After driving home, I found the hood was not latched! The truck continues to smell like skunk mixed with catnip, too. I guess we should be thankful though that there is anyone willing to work as I couldn't fix something like this on my own. I am also not fond of $1600+ for control arms, but it beats not having a working truck.

Honesty. This is what you want when it comes to auto repair. Took my vehicle in after performing an oil change and unable to detect a new leak. Taceys went through and discovered it was residual oil that spilled after they did a thorough cleaning and inspection, explaining everything to me. Good honest people. Will use them for future repairs.

BEWARE! If i could give ZERO stars i would! I had taken my old vehicle here before and had a small issue that was fixed and everything was good. Then i purchased a new car and after about 3 weeks i had a weird noise coming from the front tire, i took it to this shop and within 15 minutes of me dropping my new car off (mind you they could tell it was just purchased due to the previous carfax reports. They called me only 15 minutes after i left the shop and told me it would take 2 days and cost $1200 in parts (both front Struts AND sway bar links) not counting labor. obviously i said no and took it to another shop. The new shop said the brake pads were not on right and causing a noise costed me $80 out the door and never had another issue. DO NOT go to this place. they will hassel you and try to make you fix things you don t need. thankfully i am educated on cars and repairs so i could tell but this showed me they will gladly take advantage of their customers to profit them.PSA: I also was looking at the shops schedule as it was laying on the counter while i was there and the following day the shop had nothing scheduled so i was assuming they just wanted mine for the money!PSA 2: When i went the first time about 2years ago they did not have the same employees or lady at the front desk which i agree with other reviews they are unprofessional and not even educated to be able to explain my repair to me.

Awesome bunch of people and a great auto mechanic. My car had problems just this morning. I called up and spoke with Chris, he got me in for a diagnostic within minutes. On a Friday, with Labor Day weekend, he found the issue, ordered the part and got me fixed up before the 3 o'clock hour. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

In my opinion the best shop around, truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after their work was done. If you support local businesses and VERY good service this is the place to go.

They did the job, and we went back. However, over $200 for a battery is ridiculous. Also, the woman at the counter spoke on my wife's father. Inappropriate.

I had a truck that would turn over but not fire. They got me in within a day to diagnos the problem. They wasted little time finding and fixing the problem. Price was way below what I expected. Very happy customer that will return the next time I need service. Thanks guys
