Informative, thorough, and detail oriented. Nobody enjoys a visit to a car shop but you ll always leave Tilbert s knowing your vehicle is safe and well inspected. Staff is also really approachable and good at communication.

We use Tilberts quite often to do tire and alignment work on our fleet vehicles. They are an amazing shop with an amazing staff. Always accommodating and work is done quickly and done well. They are always on time and do good work. Suggest things that should be done right away and some later. Charges are reasonable.

Awesome place! Great service! I just moved up here so I wasn t sure where to go for my truck but I m glad I went here. I got quoted an exorbitant amount at another alignment place in another state, when I went here I was told everything was fine and got the normal alignment and great price! Will keep coming here! We can't say enough about Tilbert's! They are the best! We got new tires and a repair to the rear end of our Ford Explorer. They recommended reasonable tires and diagnosed and repaired the rear end problem correctly the first time. Great job team! Thank you!

Tilberts is the best and most reliable place for a front end alignment. I've been going to them for around 40 years. I tried other places but not satisfied, always returned to tiberts.

Took my wife's vehicle there for alignment, Honest, friendly service. I usually dread going to auto repair shops but was a good experience.Got a free quote before repairs so I knew exactly what parts were going to need replacement.If you need to stop and go straight go to Tilberts.

I brought them a starter thinking it was broken. They could have charged me for a rebuild, I'd have been none the wiser. Instead, they told me the truth, that the starter was fine. Doing so they proved to be an honest and upstanding member of the Escanaba community.

I ve used Tilberts with two vehicles now as they came HIGHLY recommended and I certainly recommend them to everyone. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable and qualified staff, they Absolutely do right by their customers!!!!

My husband was traveling back to Wisconsin when his truck broke down. We called a friend in Escanaba to ask where to take it for repairs. Hands down they suggested Tilberts. Later, two family members asked where we ended up taking the truck and they sighed a huge sigh of relief when I said Tilberts. They claimed they were the best option we could have made. They did not disappoint! The woman was friendly and thoughtful. She asked how my mom was (I had told her I was in Marquette with my family because my mom was having surgery). And she was sincere. They had offered to keep the truck inside, locked up safe and sound until I was able to pick it up. And they did. I would go to them again in a heartbeat if needed!

I went in to get calibers, rotors, pads,and new tires done he came and informed me I didnt need my brakes done at all put new tires on then informed my wheel bearing going bad the were very good and helpful i would and will recommend them to anyone i know to take there vehicles to Tilberts Great customer service

Was passing through town on the way to Colorado. Stopped in to ask about an alignment, lady was pretty snarky telling me they were to busy to do it..... Guess she doesn't care about providing pleasant customer service since I wasn't a local that would return.....

I ended up leasing my tires the leasing company did not contact tilberts but tilberts got me in got my tires on and aligned very happy I didn't have to wait an additional two weeks thank you tilberts
