I've been a loyal Mr. Tire customer for about 4 years now. Always fast, decent prices, and I've never had any problems with their work. Definitely recommend.

We had tire trouble on a recent road trip to the UP and needed to find a new set of tires that could be installed quickly. I found the business through a Google search and called Mr. Tire. They were very helpful and ordered us a new set of tires in the afternoon, which they said should arrive by 11 am the following day for mounting. The tires arrived as promised and we were back on the road to continue our trip by 12:30 pm that same day. Amazing quality service which exceeded what we are accustomed to. Thank you Mr. Tire!

Unbelievable service. Hands down, the best service I have experienced. The staff here was so kind and helpful. Toby helped us out when we needed new tires during a road trip with our family. He even went out of his way to drop us off at a local park, so the kids could get out and play while our service was being completed. Prices are fantastic, I just wish we had service like this where we are from!You will not be disappointed with your service here!Thank you so much!

Had an appointment for almost a month, it was at 8 am, they called at 7:55 to cancel and wouldn't work me in for another appointment. I'm not calling back for any other appointments

We are on our honeymoon staying in Gladstone, we were visiting Marquette and noticed a nail in our tire, we are pulling a camper so we knew we had no choice but to find a place to patch the tire. We called every place in Marquette, Gladstone and Escanaba, from the biggest names to the mom and pop shops and the only ones that could get us in at all was Mr. Tire and it was next day! On top of that they took care of our patch for us because my husband is a veteran. Highly recommend this awesome business!

My boat trailer tires were about to blow and the wheels were bent. They were too unsafe to get me home so They squeezed me in immediately and replaced the tires and wheels completely in 45 minutes. Excellent service at an affordable price.

Mr Tire customer service is awful. Avoid this business at all costs. They expected us to leave our keys in brand new truck ignition instead of asking for the keys. Although they should not have needed the keys to change trailer tires. Lazy!!! Left & got taken care of at Walmart right away. Horrible customer service!!!

Our camper got a flat while passing through the area. They replaced the tire immediately with the same brand we had. We did not have to wait but 10 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable (cheaper that I could buy on Amazon). They were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We decided we needed a new set of tires for the trip home from Escanaba. Mr. Tire was the only place that had our size. They got them mounted, balanced, and I was back out in a couple of hours. The down side was, the tires had no warranty. Having paid over $1000 for them, I was surprised to find, after 3000 miles, one developed a bulge in the sidewall, and had no road hazard warranty. Needless to say, I was not happy.

I stopped in to make an appointment for a tire rotation. I was surprised when they took my car in immediately and serviced it within a very short time. The cost was very very affordable. My experiences dealing with Mr. Tire have all been absolutely wonderful!

These guys were great. Fast and courteous service. They ordered me new tires. And when they came in , I was in and out in no time. Made it to work and it felt great knowing I had tires that were safe to be on the road.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and showed up for the appointment 5 minutes early. The waiting room is off limits because of the covid restrictions so I was told to wait in my car and they would come out and get it. After sitting in my car for an hour, they finally came out to get it. The only option they gave me was to wait outside in the parking lot. There were 25 mph wind gust and sand and dust blowing everywhere. One hour later, they finally finished my vehicle. That seems a bit extreme for a tire rotation. I have always gotten good service from them in the past, but today was terrible

The sinking feeling when you're miles away from home then hear and see the gigantic bold in your tire. The team at Mr. Tire were honest, fair, thorough and quick. We were so grateful for the recommendation from a local. We will be back when we need new tires!

Mr. Toby and his staff are awesome! They removed a screw from my tire, patched it up and I was on my way. Quick friendly service. I highly recommend them, show your support for the local guys!

Need a tire1,2 maybe all 4 this is the place. Hard to find your size, before you give up check here.I did and and am I ever glad I did. Great customer service to. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeble. There prices were as good and even better than some places.I can say we highly recommend this place!

Needed a replacement tire. Called and let them know, but that I'd be out of town for a week or so. They blew my phone up daily. Also, they put the cheapest tube in a mower tire, it blew on my first lawn cut and they charged over $60 for new tubes. Gave back my old ones and said there was nothing wrong. Save yourself the headache. Go to Steven's in Manistique

Mr. Tire in Escanaba now has a forever customer in me.I called them this morning with an emergency tire problem as I have to leave town in two days, and this wonderful place got me in right away.They fixed my problem and their prices seemed very reasonable.Thank You again MR. TIRE, you probably saved me from some serious trouble out on the road.

Just want to thank BIG NATE For suggesting upgrade to the Nokian wrg4 tires just drove 50 miles on sat. And Sunday morning in the storm on dec. 1st. Best tires I've ever had. Great traction and driving. Thanks Mr.Tire and BIG NATE the best all around service as far as I'm concerned
