My fianc� and I had been looking for a larger car for our family and happened to stop into Mark s on a whim during quick trip into town. We test drove the vehicle at 1pm, drove home with it that same evening after a SUPER smooth and easy car buying process. Steve was so easy to work with, to chat with, he even stayed in office late for us to come pick up the car when it was convenient for us. It was genuinely such a nice dealership experience.

Amazing price and quality of used vehicles, Steven will work well to make a good fit great... notUpdate: I got sold a pile of trash. The transmission was shot when I bought it and doctored to run normally until the fluid thinned out where it showed its true colors. $7k in repairs and they refuse to make it right or even accept any of their responsibility in the manner.

Imma tell ya what! Was totally nervous walking into a dealership by myself and not expecting the warm welcome I got from the staff. I would highly recommend them if you're a first time buyer.Better yet Steven knows his vehicles and the process he went through to do the sale. And explained everything!!Kudos to you guys!! Thank you so much for making this process so easy. Plus the traverse he sold me, cherry man . Very happy with my purchase.

I bought my truck from them and have had nothing but problems. They kept telling me that their mechanic looked it all over and that was a lie I was a mechanic in the army when you sign your name to something it is garrented that everything is as it should be

Bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu with High milesWas very skeptical of the vehicle because of the miles but it is best driving car I ve owned.They also let me test drive about 4 other cars and never steered me in the direction of purchasing a more expensive car.Would most definitely buy a vehicle from them again.

I drive by Mark's Auto every day because it is on my way to work. I did buy a car from them a few years ago at the Wells location. Mark was friendly and very accommodating. I was very happy with the car until I found out my car I had to put in up to a quart of oil every month or two. It turns out it is the particular year of the car. Whether Mark knew about it or not, I do not know. My daughter has purchased two older cars with high mileage from Mark. I would buy another car from him.

Great family friendly atmosphere! Also a great place to do business! For a small local dealer they offer competitive financing and a whole lot more! I would highly recommend Mark's Auto Sales in Wells to all my friends and family!!

Don t trust their inspection!!!!!If you want any peace of mind don t buy a car here. Horrible customer service. Do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Lied to and cheated.
