I would give negative stars if I could. Told me I needed a rear end, so I got one and had them fix it. Paid for it drove it not even a mile down road and sound was still there. Took it back seeing as it wasn t fixed and mechanic told me he heard sound but doesn t know I must have gave him bad part (I didn t) Gary called me the next day to tell me they would give me my money back except for the seals and fluid they used. Drove my broken car down to Midas to find out it was never the rear end it was infact my right wheel bearing. Oh even better they fixed my evap leak March 11th but yet I m paying Midas for that to ACTUALLY fix it not even a month later. Sickening. Crooks. Beware.

I had a new Boss Plow and tires installed. The technician was very thorough and did a top notch job on a typically difficult vehicle to install a plow on (Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro). Gary the owner of the shop personally made sure I was happy and his office staff was very courteous. A friend of Gary s family recommended I come here. When I mentioned my friend suggested them they were all smiles with a hearty oh yea we know him! I explained I was in a financially tough position and had too large of a deductible on a car ($1000) I could barely afford they assured me we could use used parts etc to help.I even called after two weeks or so and verified we were using used parts with Gary himselfA week or so later Gary s wife calls me and says my car is ready, I said great and asked how much she proudly replied $1000 I reminded her they said they would help me and that wasn t the price I expectedShe had the gall to say we helped you in every way we could After reminding her that she didn t help me at all; I could have gone anywhere and paid the same and I wanted to see an itemized receipt of the parts used she said she ll see what she can do.Calls me an hour later with a better price.Bad business practices I ll never come back nor recommend and I ll be sure everyone knows.I d give one star but my car looked great (they forgot to attach one thing) and it was done within a month.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Super friendly people and very knowledgeable. Gary rocks, I worked for him when I was younger and still continue to bring vehicles to him. Very honest guy who won't screw you around and give it to you straight! Highly recommend if your looking for reasonable pricing and great service

My family and I both have been using Gary's for over ten years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Great work and great timely service. They get the job done! I Highly Recommend!

We were hundreds of miles from home and our brake line broke,, six brake places couldn t help us ..Gary s did, they saved our vacation. when nobody else would help they got is in the garage..great people ,fair prices,, makes me feel safe now when I m in the UP ,It reminds me of Alaska great people great place,,I can always get towed to them for great service ,, thanks guys we made it to our destination and back home thanks to you

Do not use the had a brand new truck 400 miles on it lifted and bushwacker flares put on and flares are falling off lift pings and pops and tail gate dosent close right and was charged top dollar would not recommend to anyone
