Our motorhome lost all power as we were pulling into the Holiday gas station in town 10-4 was the only diesel repair techs that answered the phone. I m so grateful they did because they were extremely fast at fixing the problem. We suspected the fuel water separator was leaking and allowing air bubbles in so we lost pressure resulting in lose of power and that s exactly what it was. The tech quickly replaced the part and we were back on the road within the hour! The pricing was extremely reasonable for an on call fix on a late Sunday evening. Thanks again! Exceptional work!!

The alternator in our F350 diesel truck went out during July 4th weekend. 10-4 got us up and running in record time as well as affordable repair cost. These are guys are genuine, ethical and the only mechanic experience where I left feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of. Thank you all again for getting us on the road again!

The people there were able to get me in and the truck fixed so I could still deliver my load in traverse city today. The people there are good people and try and work with you on getting your problems fixed.

My family and I were traveling back to Green Bay from the UP and one of our wheels came off due to loose lug nuts. 10-4 was recommended by our tow truck driver. They far exceeded our expectations and we were back on the road that afternoon. The charge for the job was more than fair. If I lived in Escanaba, I would be going back for any other repairs I needed in the future.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Very professional, I needed a carrier bearing replaced and was back on the road within an hour. Their shop was clean and not cluttered. The mechanics and office staff were very friendly. The shop rate is very competitive. Would definitely recommend going here.

Took our Class A motorhome to 10-4 for oil/filter changes on the engine and generator along with a check of the hydraulic system. I texted their number and received a quick reply (after hours, mind you). The needed filters were ordered quickly, and the motorhome was serviced within the week! During the servicing, Adam kept us updated and sent pictures comparing the new filters to the old. When we picked our motorhome back up, Adam and Matt were very thorough and explained everything they did, along with a general check-up of everything, including the brakes & batteries. Although they are not an RV specific shop, they are very knowledgeable about their mechanics! Whenever we need general RV maintenance and repair, we will be going to 10-4! Thanks guys!

I called them to see if they could work on my truck that broke down about a mile from them. I was going to have it towed there. They called me back and gave me a tip to get the truck running and I was back on the road.

I highly recommend these guys to anybody with a diesel. One of the terms I heard when buying my first diesel was find a good diesel mechanic . And I know I ve got that now.

Came into this shop after hours on 3.30.22.Had 2 fried batteries, they came out, put in 4 batteries and had me back on the road in less than an hour. It means a lot to me because no one else I called wanted to help so thank you sir!
