Have already had a great experience with the guys here.After getting into a car accident and SEVERELY jerked around by insurance, Ken's has been the only people we've worked with throughout this experience that have been supportive and helpful.I will definitely update again after the body work, but it has been incredibly refreshing thus far.

Rich and Dave worked beyond the call of duty to fix my RV. Everyone here is very helpful and considerate. It took three days and Rich the owner was not afraid to get his hands dirty. They overcame the challenges.

We had an accident Tuesday evening, this provider was dispatched to the location. It took them nearly 6 hours to arrive and when they did they took it upon themselves to tow our vehicle back to their drivers personal residence. Instead of where we had asked him to take it because it was late at night. I just spent 2 hours locating our vehicle for the appraiser because the man I spoke to on the phone had no recollection of ever completing services until confronted with the truth. I asked him several times if he thought that his decision making with our personal property was appropriate and he continued to lie and talk down to me. Also, stated the vehicle arrived Wednesday morning and after being in contact with our body shop we re now finding out it actually arrived Thursday evening. When confronted further, the man I spoke to Richard stated call the cops, I want to make a statement. Buyer beware.

Tow service was prompt, even though it was after hours. The driver was efficient, knowledgeable and very nice.

While on my way to work at a hospital 2 hours away from my home at 5:15am this morning my tire went flat. My insurance company has roadside assistance and they contract this business for after hour emergency services. I was told they would respond to me and fix my tire and that it would take 60-90 minutes before they could arrive. At the 90 minute mark with no communication roadside assistance informed me they decided they couldn t make it. Here I sit in the same location at 7:20. Two hours later. Waiting on another more reliable company. I will never recommend or use this business. If they don t want to do 24 hour roadside by assistance then don t sign up for it. People are counting on you to help. I am a very understanding person but the roadside assistance company or myself should have been informed well before making me sit for 90 minutes. Needless to say to say I am VERY dissatisfied and disappointed.

Rich at Ken's was great to work with! Very happy with the service and the work they put into my car. If the need ever comes up, we will definitely take our vehicles back. Definitely recommend their business!

Super-minor job -- we just needed a new tail light during a family vacation; fast, friendly, full-service attention. Replaced the bulb for us; we paid for the bulb but they would not accept a tip. We'll certainly return when we're in Elk Rapids for any car issue -- big or small.

We had a flat tire outside of Acme. Ken's Towing was prompt and changed our tire quickly and got us back on the road. Very nice and professional service. I would recommend using them in the future!

Failed to adjust the air on my tire after putting a new one on. And mysteriously had a spare tire come up missing after their tow. Other than that, they were there when I needed them, which is half the battle.

Very rude and charged a ridiculous amount to pick up at home near Elk Rapids and take 10 miles to vehicle without even having to tow vehicle as it started. Never will recommend or use again.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Rich and his crew do excellent work and have always been fair on the cost. Several times he has done little extra things for me with no extra charge (not sure how long that will keep up the way business goes these days)

Told us 3 locations before we got to our car. Would not provide receipt for service. Would only accept cash because credit cards can be fought in court when the company (such as this) is a scam- per Ken. Illegally towed my car and would not provide proof. Very unprofessional. I can't imagine how many families are getting screwed by this company.
