We were in the area on vacation and had a tire with low air pressure. We stopped in and asked if we could air up, expecting to pay something. The girl behind the desk was so nice. She came out to show us the air hose and brought the attachment so we could fill up and did not charge us. Thank you so much!

I am new to town and was recommended vehicle repairs be done here. Customer service is fantastic, and repair was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. They went over and above to make sure I was well accommodated. I will be back because I have a couple more things to be fixed on my vehicle and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I went in for a tune up and a replacement radiator plug. Now my car does not run for more then a few seconds. I asked for "anything at all that can be done please do" they didn't want to do anything. My wheels make a sound, the faster i go the faster the sound gets, they never mentioned this to me, never looked or cared. I have a whole list of things i would love fixed but instead now my car is worse then ever. I wouldn't go back to this place if you paid me. Garbage service, Thank you very much for absolutely nothing!

Mackenzie was extremely helpful. Even though I had a minor problem, they took care of it very quickly. They were very responsive and returned my call back immediately. Everyone working was very friendly! I would recommend them.

Had a tire issue and other shops were booked, so I took a chance and drove by Willouby Tire and Auto. Was greeted by MacKenzie and she called Connor and he was able to look at my tire right away.
