Van s website/FB page provided a text query option. I requested information about replacing my leaf vac tires which are, apparently, not standard enough to get at TSC. They answered my query quickly, ordered my tires and tubes and arranged for me to bring the old ones in for replacement the next morning. I brought them in and was only half way through my free bag of popcorn in their clean, comfortable waiting area and they were done. They are efficient, cost effective and friendly (and I loved the popcorn).

Have been going to them for years. Always helpful and easy to get ahold of. Love the ability to text them to set up appointments or ask questions. Makes it so easy for me as I can't always talk on the phone when they are open. Highly recommend.

Went in with a dead battery. They ordered me a new battery, but Shane put the old one on the charger overnight to make sure it was the battery since it looked new. They were very helpful, friendly, and went out of the way to make sure I didn t buy something I didn t need.

Outstanding service. Reasonable cost. The only downside was the coffee was brewing all day and was stronger than navy coffee. Will be back for tires and anything else I need.

I m able to get an appointment in a reasonable time that fit my schedule. The one thing I really like about Van s is the ability to use Texting as a means of communication, in fact, one time I used texting for every step of the process (except of course for the actual dropping off and picking up of my vehicle).All in all, as a new member of the community, I am very pleased with my experiences with Van s.

Customer service is great. They were busy yet still were able to get me in and out without an appointment in a very timely manner, to remedy my unexpected issue. This was way beyond what I could of ever expected. They re great!!

Well, not so happy. Had diagnostics, however, was supposed to get oil change also. That didn't happen. Could not afford repair at that time, but estimate for future repair includes charge for diagnostic again. Not paying for something I already paid for. Should get repair, minus diagnostics, plus free oil change. Just saying.

Had 2 shops diagnose an issue with my F150 that would cost about $3000 to repair. I just didn t agree with the diagnosis from the first 2 shops, so took the pickup to Van s, explained the issues. They drove the pickup with me and confirmed my concerns. Within hours, Van s delivered a different diagnosis at half the cost to repair, which is what I suspected the whole time. Repair was completed the next day and my issue was completely resolved. Great service, will use them on any future automotive repairs should they arise.

Had brakes and oil change done. Good job in reasonable time and price. Forgot and left my Debit card there they called and kept it safe until I went back and got it. Can t buy integrity highly recommend them.

Eric, Jonah, and the entire Van s team are top notch. Always friendly, efficient, and have treated me right. Just purchased my 4th set of tires from them. 2 sets on my Jeep, a set on my trailer,And a set for our 4Runner. You will not regret supporting this fantastic local family-owned business.

They got my truck in quickly to get the alignment done. It needed some ball joints so schedule a time to get them replaced. Had a couple hiccups along the way but got them worked out. Overall super satisfied. I am a return customer.

I have used Van's auto & lube a few times before no problems but today I explained that I have a medical condition and needed to use the restroom he denied me the courtesy I understand no public restroom but I WAS a customer I no better now never again
