Please don t go here. I took my daughters car here after I had been friends with the owner for years and trusted him big mistake. He said he fixed her car that it was the throttle body after we had told him we thought it was something with the turbo but I m not a mechanic so I paid him and she went and picked up her car and it was worse then when we took it there. So I took the car somewhere else and it ended up being the turbo cooler so I told Chad I wanted my money back and we agreed that the money I paid for labor was fine since the part was on her car. He wrote me a check and it bounced so then I had fees from my bank as well as having to pay for what was actually wrong with the car. So I took him to small claims court and won. Of course he didn t pay me so now he has a warrant out for his arrest. Please don t go here!!!!!

A thieve and a liar Brake 3 out of 4 mounts bracket fell off after a few miles then chad was suppose to put a trans in my hummer H3 for doors i had dropped off and won't call or text me back and said his dad was dyeing so I loaned $ 1,000 to help and now no payment and I still have a hummer without a trans and he has lied to me multiple timesService: Steering & suspension repair

To tell the truth I can't review their ability to repair anything. I took my truck to have a front transmission seal replaced and was told the frame was rotted. He asked to purchase the truck, so I sold it to him. I didn't realize that some of my personal possessions were going to walk off before my son could remove them from my truck. In all they don't amount to much, a collapsible stool a collectors set of Jonny Cash CDs a couple ratchet tie downs and a pair of good quality insulated leather work gloves, two plastic black dollar store toolboxes and still counting. I stopped by the repair facility and was told nothing was left and my son doesn't have it, it just vanished. So, they get a one star for all the stuff I am going to have to replace for that reason.(This is an add on to my review). Yes, my son did say he had everything out of the truck. They, my son and daughter-in-law cleaned out my truck. The stuff I mentioned was not in the truck at the time it was cleaned out evidently. It has been approximately a month since I did a review and the items seemed to have turned up. As stated above I stopped by your shop and was told that nothing was left in the truck. It's a 70-mile trip one way to do any business with you and I am not inclined to drive there or change my review. If you would like to package things up and ship them to me, I would be happy to change the review statis I have left.Service: Transmission

Chad is a phenomenal mechanic and always makes me feel right at home. His wife is a joy to have around and together they really do everything they can to get my vehicle up and going.

CAME TO MY SALVAGE YARD BOUGHT PARTS. PAID BY CHECK . IT BOUNCED ! CALLED TWICE TO HAVE CHECK TAKEN CARE OF. CHAD SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT TWICE. NOW WILL NOT RECIVE PHONE CALLS .BEEN SINCE 11/26/22 WHAT A WAY TO DO BUISNESS WITH CRTSTAL MIKES AUTO THANKS ? MIKE
