I hit a deer January 24th, and it was very extensive damage to my vehicle. The airbags didn t deploy so it wasn t considered totaled. I knew it was going to be quite the project for them. They did an amazing job! Everyone was so great to work with here. Evan was wonderful, and made me feel less stressed in this situation. He handled everything with my insurance, he said don t worry from here I will be in contact with your insurance. They had parts ordered with my insurances approval within 24 hours. I got my car back in less than 2 months. My car looks like it never even hit a deer. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them, I would recommend anyone in this situation to them. It was as stress free as it could be without a vehicle, and handled with such care.

Beyond impressed with the work done to my vehicle. The staff was great, as i made a few new friends. They took care of me as if i was family and my vehicle like it was their own. I will be useing there service in the future from now on. Thank you Island Auto body and keep up the fantastic work

Brought my car in with a flat tire it was fixed the same afternoon and the technician took the time to show me where and how the damage occurred. Great service and trustworthy people!

Did you just hit a deer? Well look no more! I hit a deer back in February 2022 and although I didn't hit the fella too hard, he did a lot of internal damage to my Rav4.Not going too deep on the details of repairs, but let's just say I'm glad that I have good insurance.I saw Island Auto Body had 4.9 stars on Google here and immediately wanted them to do the repairs. My insurance company (Auto-Owners Insurance) said to have caution with them since I guess Island doesn't have a system set up specifically with them, so AO couldn't guarantee that they'd cover everything. But Ray, at Island, assured me that everything would be taken care of and they did, indeed, take care of everything!Island even brought my Rav4 to the Toyota experts in Lansing to have them reprogram the radar sensor module that also got broke (as it sits right behind the center Toyota emblem on the front).Now my car looks better than when I bought it! They even gave it a wash and cleaned up the interior. Given that and the whole supply chain shortage going on, they were able to finish up the job in only 3.5 weeks!And even if you have any issues, concerns or questions, they want the opportunity to make it right with you. Something you don't really see anywhere else (or at least with my experience). As long as I'm in the area, I'm choosing Island every time I hit a deer :)Tl;Dr very satisfied customer. Happy to add to another 5-star review! 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend.

I'm so impressed and grateful for this place. They did a beautiful job on body work for my suburban and had it done in record time. I have yet to hear back from the corporate body shop that the insurance company recommended just for the estimate. If we ever need body work again, this is our go to and I'll recommend your shop to anyone who'll listen! Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you so much, Ray to you and your staff for helping me repair my vehicle after a deer accident! I can not say enough good things about Island Auto Body!! Ray came promptly to my place of work and personally drove my vehicle back to his shop as I was worried it might not make it. Ray also worked with my insurance company and made sure everything went smoothly. I was kept updated every step of the way as well. My vehicle looks like it is brand new again. For the second time in 3 years my vehicle hit an animal (1 deer and 1 coyote) and Island Auto Body did the repairs. They worked well with my insurance company and had excellent communication. They do high quality work and will only use high quality parts. Both repairs resulted in my car looking like new. I also like how they clean your vehicle inside and out before they return it. They also do tires and worked with me to match tire prices and warranties I found elsewhere.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Had a great experience here! They patched a hole in the tire and filled it back up in less than 5 minutes. They were a pleasure to work with and super nice. Would totally recommend them!

I thought one of my tires looked low and was concerned about a nail or some other kind of puncture. I called a couple big franchise places but they couldn't get me in. Wilder's got me in the very same day and they checked all 4 of my tires for free. There was no puncture and I was on my way in minutes!!

Did you know that you can get TIRES at an Auto Body shop? I didn't either! But you can at Island Auto Body. I was able to get two new tires installed while I waited, for the same price or less than a big box location while saving me the drive to Lansing or Jackson. This small business is full of friendly people with lots of integrity. That is very important to me and where I'd rather spend my money. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Ray and Heather, along with their team are nothing short of awesome. They strive for perfection and are extremely honest. We have had the pleasure of working with them several times, due to unfortunate accidents. We have referred them out many times and they have never disappointed. From small jobs to large jobs, they do it all. Our town is definitely better for having their business here! Do not trust your safety to anyone else. Keep up the great work.DW

My car was damaged at a car dealership when it was getting an oil change and I needed an expert to help me figure out the true extent of the damage. Island gave me thorough estimate of the repairs, and it was much more extensive then I thought. If I ever need work in the future I will be sure to come back here they are professionals.

I was able to stop by and immediately was able to get my car in and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely polite. Ray was very honest and helpful and tremendously gracious when it came down to price. I would highly recommend them.

Some places don't charge for est. If you have work done there, but this place does. I like having a local place to go to and they know what they are doing.
