Only given 4 stars cause if he keeps getting these reviews they will be getting to busy to get me in. I have always done my own repairs but as i have been adding on the years i do less and less auto/truck repairs. I will not take my work to anyone else. He has got to be one of the best(well except for me) but i dont do any heavy work anymore so luckily i found someone that does the job on time, does guality work, friendly, knowledgable and damn he's tall. Now i concentrate on Harley Davidsons..Thanks Kieth and Jacob

I had my first visit to Charlie's Auto Care about a month ago. Typically, I stress about car repair issues as I have no idea how any of it works. This was a great experience. The new owner, Keith, explained the scope of the repairs in a way that was easy to understand (not to mention they had great turnaround time and reasonable prices). I also appreciated that an estimate was sent via text and accepted before any work was done. My car has been driving noticeably better since the visit, thanks again!

Easy to make timely appointment, waiting room has been awesomely redone. They located and fixed the leaky tire quickly at a fair price. Great personable folks! Give Charlie's a try, you won't be disappointed!

Charlie s did an excellent job on my vehicle for the second time within a few weeks, due to another issue that arose. The service was excellent again, and they went out of their way to get me beck on the road. Keith and Jacob are top notch! I would highly recommend them for any kind of vehicle service, or repair.

Coming from out of state , i was very skeptical to take my car anywhere for services. After tons of calls to local shops , i decided to take a chance with the guys over here. Keith and Jacob are absolutely fantastic . I took my race car and my daily drivers over there and they took care of me like family would. Beyond honest , beyond friendly , and very fair on pricing. Will definitely be a consistent customer of theirs. Thanks for everything again!

I ve had my vehicle fixed at Charlie s twice. Both times have been a good experience. They are very good at communicating during their diagnostic process and they won t fix anything without approval first.The last visit took a while to figure out the actual problem, but they didn t give up and they got the job done.Charlie s is a very clean and professional facility.I will not take my car anywhere else.Thank you Keith and Jacob .

If you re looking for trustworthy and quality place to take your car for repairs or maintenance, Charlie s is the place. The staff is kind. The process is easy and welcoming. The communication is thorough, plus timely, and the work is well done. I highly recommend.

Both my vehicles needed immediate attention on same day. The guys at Charlie's jumped right in & saved me. One was just a battery replacement, so that was in & out in no time. The other vehicle, however, turned into a big project. But, they kept me updated on everything, found & fixed things that would have left me stranded on the side of the road, fixed everything I asked for originally & now my old suv is road worthy again! But what's most important is they communicated with me every step of the way, they didn't treat me like a "dumb girl" like a lot of shops would have (I'm no mechanic, but I do understand vehicles), AND prices were reasonable, plus the turn around on so much work was fast...like a couple days! Charlie's earned 2 new customers that day, my husband & I will be taking our vehicles there from now on.

I took my car in for one thing, but they did a full diagnostic, which I was grateful for. They didn't pressure me into fixing everything they found, which some garages have done to me before. The repair was done quickly! I'm happy to have found a garage in town instead of having to drive into Lansing. Thanks, guys!

There is a new owner at this repair facility. I had very good experiences in the past with the original owner. This new owner, Keith did work on my classic car only to undo all the work. One; was a 1/4" spacer to give suspension clearance and two; was to fix a rear leaking axle seal. Keith kept the car at his shop for seven days. He tried to charge over $2600 for un necessary new axles. All the car needed was an inexpensive axle seal. He made and installed then de-installed a 1/4" motor mount spacer. He did this because I declined to have him replace good axles. Keith diagnosed all the problems, came up with inflated prices then decided he could not really make new axles work properly. I wish Dexter was still the owner but retirement was his goal. This was my first and last experience with this new owner.

I had a coolant leak in my Ford truck on the coldest week this year. I called hoping to just get on the schedule and they told me to bring it in that day. They are so efficient I had it back inside of 24 hours. Price on parts and labor was very fair. I know this because I looked up some of the parts and Charlie's charged me exactly what I would have paid at the parts store. I will definitely use them again.

Charlie provided the most efficient and effective service to my car that I have experienced since I purchased the vehicle. He fixed a problem that even the dealership where I purchased the car couldn t find and did it within 24 hours. Excellent service and very friendly!

Keith does GREAT work. Also literally saved me, when a different auto repair place, was less than Rapid with my repair. Keith at Charlie's got me in and back on the road quickly. If I lived in MI Charlie's would be my go to repair,but as is, if I have any car trouble while in town I would not hesitate, knowing Charlie's does quality work quickly

I called Keith when I realized one of our headlights were out. He was able to get our car in quickly and he did an amazing job! Very friendly and great service! I d recommend going to Charlie s when your car needs service!

Keith and Jacob have absolutely earned my business and will keep getting business from me and everyone I can send their way.I drive an older vehicle that was having some older truck type problems (oil leak, clutch issues). While the repairs done were not as cheap as if I did them myself, they were done well and quickly with exceptional customer care. Thanks guys.

Great guys. They ordered a part for my car it didn't end up needing and couldn't return to the supplier. Instead of sticking it on my car because they couldn't return it, they salvaged the old part and the vehicle is running nicely again. Really impressed with these guys.

Charlie's Auto was fenominal. I was traveling out of state and needed some work done. Got it fixed in less than a day. Very professional service with exceptionally clean waiting room. Would highly recommend for fast, professional service!!

Hills is Now Under New Management!!! We had our vehicles serviced here over the past few years and we have always been very pleased especially recently. Keith is very professional, honest, highly skilled and fair priced. We highly recommend Hill's Auto Service to anyone!!! We've tried other local auto repair shops in Eaton Rapids but feel more comfortable with Hills in the past and present.

Had to bring my van in for a pretty big job. Keith also noticed something another garage in town that will remain nameless didn't even see that could have been a big problem later on.
