It was pretty cool they should always let the people pick out the car there comfortable the guy Vincent I met yesterday was pretty cool dude I want to say this too 2 Many old males they need to hire a younger people to be confused in there was some kind of personality Vincent personality was really good.

My experience was friendly and helpful. Easy to make the appointment from the GM app. Easy and exceptional communication upon making the appointment. Smooth transition from service to completion. Nick is who helped me. He made sure to clarify if service were included in my warranty .He has a kind and patient demeanor, pleasant tone and communication, and great customer service. I received an oil change, tire repair(Nick filed my claim using my warrant). And to make my experience even better, I received a complimentary car wash.Great men and women performing service with integrity from my experience.

I was unsatisfied with the way a service appointment went. After speaking with Ken, the customer service manager, I was assured that the issue would be fully & quickly rectified. Ken made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up and serviced as agreed. I am very satisfied and thankful that the issue was quickly and fully resolved.

Due to they're empty promises I was very unhappy as they had quarts ofOil on display in the lobby and wanted to sell me bulk oil and didn't cooperate when I ask them for my old filter back and normally they wash the car to get the salt off in a few snowflakes were coming down and said it wasn't car Wash weather l..azy incompetent refusing to give me the part number of the oil filter they removed

Brought the car in for some service and the check engine light was on. After 195 you'd think it'd be fixed. No the engine light was still on. So i had to take it back in for another day without a vehicle. It was an o2 sensor and it wad covered under warranty. The point, it should have been addressed the first time i went without a car not the second time.

Need a salesperson?! GO TO BRITTANY COLLINS! She is amazing! She will try her best to accommodate all your needs around a price you are looking for! She a sweetheart and knows her stuff! She was very straight forward and to the point. There were no surprise fees when it came to Brittany. She was honest and helped as much as she could. All questions I asked her she was ready to answer!Go to Brittany trust me!

My first service visit, since I leased my vehicle from Genesis Chevy, went very well. Hailey was very accommodating with my schedule. I was able to squeeze in my free oil change on New Year's eve before it expired. She was professional and courteous, and the entire facility was clean and organized. It is nice to know that a dealership service department follows the lead of an exceptional sales department, making my entire experience at Genesis second to none.

Kept my car for 1 week and a day, paid too much for a side mirror replacement in my opinion. Didn't call me after the original deadline was passed. For the amount I paid (I negotiated the final price down), it was exceptional work.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Frank is a one of a kind man who values his customer. I had a new 2020 WT 3500HD in my driveway within 3 hours after filling out all the online paperwork. I can't say enough great things about Frank and Genesis Chevrolet.

This is My Chevy place of business! Most dealerships are cut throat!! When it comes to customers, but at Genesis? They run like a family! And treat customers like family Joe in service is my favorite across the street in sale Ryan is my ho to guy and Sean sales manager is the man! All the staff in both places are people & pet friendly and I recommend them!

I had my vehicle serviced today GREAT Service my only complaint is there was no A/C is the waiting room and it was 90� outside thanks for always taking such good care of Me Genesis

Every thing went well I told the clerk what I wanted he pulled it up on the computer told me how much it would be and when it should be back part had to be ordered very nice young man I would rate it a 9

Went in this morning to get a tire fixed. The service man (Jeff), was very professional and had me situated in no time. Tire fixed. The GM tire warranty that I purchased, is worth it.

Besides not having a delivery driver like EVERY other dealership, I like the new setup with the new ownership. HUGE shop with a much cleaner service/parts department.
