I have taken several vehicles to Debbie for major collision repairs. They were great for completing the work on time and at a more than reasonable price. She kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with the process or the final repair, and the vehicles have all come back looking showroom new. They even took the time to detail the inside of the vehicles, which was an incredible touch. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Best Service!! Debbie always takes the time to listen and answer any questions, very detailed about what to expect with repairs, service, parts purchasing and everything. Her and her team are very accommodating and helpful. They work with my schedule & it seems to always work out. I always take my vehicle needs to Ellis Richards.

What a great place! I took my car in for repairs. They are thorough, timely & very efficient ...they won't hurry to get repairs done if you won't be safe. They do have some used cars for sale & you would have to check for competitive pricing. Debbie rocks & does she know ALL about cars ...she's one awesome lady!!! They won't rip you off & their pricing is reasonable. Debbie & her staff are friendly, courteous, very assistive & if you don't know much about cars they explain the what & why on repairs.THANK YOU Debbie & Ellis Richards Motors for making an otherwise anxious moment very easy to get through

I drive 25 miles to go there , i completely trust the owner and her employees. My wife can take the car there herself and she doesn't have to worry about being treated like a lady who doesn't know anything about vehicles. The owner also sent me to another great place Doug's Muffler in Mt. Clemens because they don't do muffler work

I have had several vehicles repaired here for both mechanical and body work over almost 20 years. Wouldn't have anyone else work on my vehicles other than Mark. The job is always done right the first time, everytime, at a reasonable price. Debbie, Bob and Danny have always taken care of any body work I've needed and it's always been quality work done quickly. Debbie makes the whole process very easy and it's always a pleasure to have that small business attention to detail in everything they do.

I have been taking my cars to Ellis Richards for mechanical service for about 15 years. I first chose them because I had called 3 or 4 places to get estimates and Ellis Richards gave me the lowest quote. They did a good job so I kept going back. They have never let me down. They have always done good work, have been honest with me, and don't take me to the cleaners. They have outstanding mechanics. I highly recommend them for mechanical service!

Ellis Richard is the best dealership I have ever been too. From buying cars or have them repaired there workmanship is above excellent. Had body work done on my '05 Escalade. Repairs were performed to my complete satisfaction at a fair and competitive price. They went the extra step of thoroughly cleaning the truck including the 22" wheels. Debbie Richards was a pleasure to deal with - I would definitely recommend checking with Ellis Richards Motors for automotive body work.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable staff that takes the time to explain the issues you are having with the vehicle. Quick turn around, and very trustworthy. Honestly I prefer to work with private business as they seem to do a better job, and don't try to "up-sell" you on service.I will be going back for sure
