The guys here are knowledgeable. Quick service. Worth the time and money to have them do the job than for me to do it myself. They can add Lucas Oil upon request. Will be a repeat customer.

I have been getting oil changes here for over 5 years now and have always been impressed with the service and friendliness. They have never tried to "up-sell me".I watched "TJ", who I assume is the Manger, moving around, watching activities in both bays, double checking each step of the way. He obviously really cares about great work and customer service.As for pricing, I am a certified penny-pincher, and have always found them very competitive to the local market. I suspect that those who complain are not truly comparing apples-to-apples.Service: Oil change

This was my first visit here, I will definitely be back for my next oil change. I was in and out all while being treated professionally. They answered my questions thoroughly and didn't try to sell me on any of the "extras". Very pleased!

They've changed the oil on basically all of my cars for the past 20 years. I've gone somewhere else once or twice and regretted it.

They were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough checking all fluids and made sure everything was topped off. They also made sure to show me the condition of all my fluids, as well as being straightforward with the pricing and knowledgeable about all lines of product they offer. I will send anyone I know here without any qualms about the service they will receive

I have been going here for at least four years. The gentlemen here are polite not pushy. They tell you what they are doing. They offer suggestions if something needs hour attention. I always feel comfortable. Great staff. I recommend women to go here for great service. I m going there today!

Had a awesome experience at this place the staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile, I had a oil change and it was quick, they also checked the tire pressure and all fluids. definitely will recommend and return..

I had just left from receiving my chemo infusions and I was in a very upbeat mood. Upon entering the shop there were three guys two dark skin and one of a lighter complexion. As I roll my window down the dude of the lighter complexion looks at me and goes "you want a oil change". No greeting whatsoever very straight face. James actually help me and fix my car but I would only give him three stars because it seemed like I was getting on his nerves to. The atmosphere of that location is depressing everyone seemed like they hated their job I'll never go back.

They are nice friendly ppl... I come in to get my oil change and they check all my fluids plus my lights... make sure everything is good.... when I bought my new vehicle I came and they checked all my fluids and filled them for me... I was low on everything....so I'm very thankful for the service I get...

They always do a great job. Helpful, friendly and efficient service. Don't forget to use your 10% discount pass, because every little bit helps. That way you can leave a tip. No matter where I am, I will drive to the 9 mile location in Eastpointe.

I was treated very well and the oil change was done quickly and at a great price. They checked multiple aspects of the car and was very transparent with telling you about what they find. Will definitely be going back next time.

Never have to wait very long and the price is great. These guys are honest & don't try to pressure/upsell you unnecessarily. Been going here for 3 years (at least) and plan to continue!

I originally liked this place but I didn't like that they over tighten the oil filter Basically stripping it out so you'd have to go back.

First time here, the staff was very professional and friendly. Brought my own Lucas and everything was fast. Will definitely come back. 100% recommend this place.

Never will go to this Pennzoil location again. On march 15 2018 around 6:15pm I arrived and I had 2 guys service me. The young Man getting my vehicle and oil info seemed very anger with me for some reason and was slamming the clip board down and ignoring my questions. His partner goes by the name D was under the hood not knowing what was going on approaced me with the same attitude immediately taking the first gentle side I paid for the service and asked for a supervisor and was told no one was on duty I asked for a number and was thrown a Pennzoil location card I called the number on that card only for the first rude gentleman to answer again I asked for a supervisor and was given a non working number.

Went an for an oil change this past weekend. I didn t have any washer fluid in the car after a long snowy salty week. The service guy called off different checks as he checks them. Today when I went to use my washer ........... DRY!!!! there was not an ounce of washer fluid in my car. On my receipt it says that it was filled!!!! Now I m in doubt that they actually changed my filter. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN! Way to go guys.....

On March 26th I went in for my regular service. I was setviced by a attendant named "TJ". They checked my tire pressure and I paid and left. The very next day I notice my tire low pressure alert light in my car came on, come to find out these people didn't put 3 of the 4 valve caps on my tires. My tiredl pressure had gotten all the way down to 6 when it should have been at 32. I called up there upset because I was on my way to work and my daughter was in that car with my tire pressure like that because of them. Reggie tells me on the phone, "its just a tire cap" so he transfers me to a manager and he doesn't resolve the problem over the phone starts to yell and he hung up in my face. I went up there and they replaced my valves while recording me without my permission even though I was by myself when I went and the TJ person LIED ABOUT ME INITIALLY NOT HAVING CAPS ON BRAND NEW TIRES I HAD JUST PURCHASED AND HE TRIED TO SAY HE CHECKED THE CAMERAS SAYING I DIDN'T HAVE CAPS ON WHEN I DID AND HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ASK MY NAME OR CAR INFO SO HOW COULD YOY CHECK A CAMERA NOT KNOWING WHICH CUSTOMER IT WAS?FOLLOW UP: the attendant apologized after I visited on today (4/24/2019) 1 year after this incident he remembered me and took it upon himself to apologize in which I very much appreciate. For this, I will raise the rating from 1 to 4 stars, my service today was quick and courteous.
