I had the best experience here. I had what I was calling Schrodinger's car. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it wouldn't. These guys fine tooth combed through my whole vehicle and finally found the problem. I would definitely trust them with my cars in the future.

Took my vehicle in for a water pump and thermostat replacement. They only changed the water pump which was under warranty and told me the thermostat was fine. Had to take it back in less than a week later to actually replace the thermostat. Then they forgot to pressurize my coolant system so it spewed coolant everywhere so had to take it in a third time in less than 2 weeks. So now it s not even a year later and the water pump and thermostat need to be replaced again. I will not trust them with another vehicle again.

Very nice people mike is awesome my water pump needed to be replaced so I drop of the van mike was nice enough to give me a ride back home 4 or 5 hours later mike picks me up and I pick up my van the job was done quick and great thanks mike

Great experience, but over priced.Had a starting issue with my 2005 Saturn Relay. I pushed it in to save a towing fee cause it was so close to this place. Good thing for Google cause I never knew this place existed! They were very accommodating and helped me push it in the shop. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day. They were very friendly and I am happy that my vehicle is working with no issues.The next experience with this place was not so great. My driveway was drenched with transmission fluid. I asked about bringing my leaking 2005 Saturn Relay to them. It was akward because they gave me no direction on where to park it. Finally after pulling teeth to get an answer he said I can look at it. Well I hope so your a car shop. Anyway they quoted me a price that i thought was 100 dollars over priced. They had me stuck and I just told them to do the work. The next day when it was done they said they didnt know a leaking transmission needed fluid. It was an extra 40 bucks the day of pick up!!! Like most car repair places this place is just the same. They can care less about customer service and they just try and squeeze the most money they can from you. The only thing they tryed to do for me was apologize. They said sorry for confusion. Seems these car repair places are always confusing and I will keep trying to find one that is not a rip off.

Very nice and professional, i came explain what i was experiencing. He took his time and figured out what was the problem. I brought my car back, it was repaired so i was able to go to work . Really didnt even want to give a star but I had to just to post my review. Its a guy there by the name Dwayne Collins , he supposed to had did an engine job on my car but instead he ran off with my money. He got my car back in February and I didnt get my car back until the beginning of MAY! He rigged the motor enough for it to be quiet enough to bring it back to me. Within a week or two my car was back loud. When I tried to contact him he blocked my number but he answered from a different number that he didn't recognize!! When he heard my voice he hung up in my face. My car has been sitting for months. I contacted the shop and the said they don't know what im talking about. So with that being said, Mr.Collins think he has got away with the scam but im taking it to the court house because he hasn't even tried to reach out and im out of 1500 dollars.!!!.

My wife and I have taken cars and trucks to clover and had a great experience every time the team there were very professional the job was great and our vehicle s were clean better than when we brought them to the shop would recommend them to anyone who wants a great job complete and on time thanks to the team at clover you are the best.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change

I had a coolant leak they found out that it was my water pump and charged me a good price to fix it. I would highly recommend them

i took my car over there for a tune up and they charged me 375.00 then they told me my coils were bad charged me for that then they told me my engine was bad they totally ripped me off some guy with the name mike hassaled me out of my money now my car doesnt r un anymore. dont take your vehicle to those crooks

Best place on the East Side to take any car, new or used, for mechanical or collision work. Mike and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They are currently taking care of our new Ford Escape and Focus, 12 year old Ford Mustang and Hyundai Sonata and 15 year old Nissan Maxima. I won't go anywhaere else!

This post feels awkward. The customer service is great but the service is less than desired. I enjoyed talking with them but the service was sub-par. I wish them the best.
