I can not say how upset I am with the poor quality & customer service of this business. It is rare that this happens, but it did with this business!I needed to get a key FOB replacement for my Buick. They sent out a technician in a sketchy looking mini-van. He would only take cash or Venmo, no credit card. I should have known that was a HUGE red flag.After 30 minutes of work, he had a key fob for me. Technically, it worked...but it would not open my trunk, nor did it have the functionality or quality of the original. I was desperate though, as I needed my car in order to get to work!After about a week, the key fob simply stopped working. I called in regards to the warranty! The business said the technician would call me in a few minutes to get things worked out. HE NEVER CALLED. I called back to the Gratiot store a couple more times.....same thing.A few days later I called back in for help. Same excuses "Oh yes sir, the technician will call you back in a few minutes." I never was called, I never was helped. I called in MULTIPLE times each day, I explained to the operator what happened. I paid GOOD MONEY for a key fob that was slipshod to begin with and then stopped working after a week.If they are not going to stand behind their workmanship & product and there is NO WARRANTY, fine, state up front. Tell me that when I call in needing help. Don't lie to me & waste my time.They lie to customers and won't stand behind their work product. Don't give them your money & business. Terrible business!

Car Key Programming Eastpointe MI tech showed up on time. Was friendly and professional Locksmith man . He was organized, had everything he needed in his car and replaced all in a timely manner. I wish I had more locks that need to be rekeyed and replaced as he was wonderful to utilize. I highly recommend Car Key Programming Eastpointe MI

Not Professional at all kelp quoting me different high prices worst than the dealership and never showed up... I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.. but try at your own risk
