Listen!! This is the place to come to!! The guy Rick is very helpful! He explained everything to me and worked with what I had and was able to get my car up and running safe the same day! the establishment is very quiet, clean, and professional, very friendly environment! He was very patient , very calm , and made sure that I was good , I ve never had this, all other places run scams overcharged you they rush you and everything , not here, they literally work with you and inspect your car! Come here you won t regret it! Thank you Rick!

I would like to say thank you to Rick. The owner of Break Tech auto In Eastpoint.And steve who was the mechanic you guys were fantastic. I just got out of the hospital from having heart problems . Head cardiology appointment and couldn't make it because my car did not start. I am on a fixed income you guys were amazing thank you so so much. Sincerely sherri

Called for roadside assistance at 6am on a Saturday and the person who answered was pleasant and promptly sent help! The tech was friendly, courteous, and completely the job efficiently. I m so grateful I found them!

Worst place every to get anything done. they dont know what they are doing. went in for a break change they messed up my car and said they cannot do anything. this place should be out of business. i will file a case soon.

Alex and Steve were very professional and kind. I was concerned about the way the process was going to happen and both of them extended me a lot of patience while explaining to me what needed to be done. I was in and out quickly as well. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I loved the service the technicians were so nice and honest being a woman I am always a little shocked when someone doesn't try to over sale me when it comes to automobiles. But this young man came and got me showed me the issue and that I had options. The back brakes and rotors needed replace asap I had 30% left on the front. I took pics and sent it to my brother he agreed with the repairman. It was very reasonable priced too!The only thing that I didn't like is that they have to call for parts that's what took so long because these guys had that car tore down in like 10 minutes flat. When the parts finally arrived they had it done and back out I 20 minutes maybe less. I would recommend especially if these two gentlemen are there.

I got my front and rear brakes did. First time, front brakes, brakes for my vehicle was more than I had. Break Tech is still way cheaper than the dealership and they work with you. Honest and professional, I really love that! Second time, rear brakes, and battery check. I didn't know the 1st time but you can find coupons / promo codes online sometimes, and I found and purchased one the 2nd visit and it helped on the total due. I was and am very happy with my experience and the service from Break Tech. I went to the location on Van Dyke & 14 mile in Warren.Service: Brakes
